It is a huge amount of decision making necessary in buying a screen, with color, texture, reflectiveness, viewing angle, durability, unsupported or supported, etc....and I literally spent days learning all of this stuff for nothing. If I had just found and contacted him first, it was extremely easy for him to explain and choose for me exactly what I needed. It took him like one second to know the screen for my application. Also, his DIY instructions for making your own frame are incredibly detailed and include many pictures. He and Dustin Roskam, service support lead, arrived today to make come changes to the setup about which I had complained. When they were through, I had what I had expected in the first place: simultaneous sound through the soundbar and through my hearing aids, when allows my wife and me to watch TV at the same time.
