Being going to Mosaico since they opened. I got engaged there too. Great food and great service. Everyone is very friendly.

My family and I made a 1:00 PM reservation for Mother's Day specifically to enjoy your advertised brunch, which your website clearly states runs from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. At no point during the reservation process were we told that brunch would end at noon, nor was this stated anywhere online. Yet when we were seated, we were handed lunch menus and informed that brunch had ended. This is misleading at best and feels like false advertising. We also paid a $100 deposit to secure the reservation, which was supposed to be applied to the final bill. Even that was not done automatically. When we asked to speak with the manager, we received no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make the situation right. Because we had children with us and it was already late, we stayed. Unfortunately, the food only made the situation worse. * The "grilled" octopus was not grilled at all -- it arrived soaked in oil with potatoes and hot green olives. * The pizzas and pasta were lukewarm, and the pasta itself was undercooked. * The coffee we ordered was barely warm. We also brought a cake for a birthday celebration, and without asking, staff took it to the kitchen and cut it. This completely undermined the celebration we intended to have at the table. Between the misleading brunch information, the lack of communication, the poor food quality, the mishandling of our cake, and the failure to apply the deposit, the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional. This was meant to be a special Mother's Day celebration, and instead it was deeply disappointing. read more

Ate there tonight on the Valentines Day PreFix menu, which is app, main and dessert for $80 each. Drinks are extra. The table starts with bread and flat toasted bread crisps along with whipped butter. I like it better when the bread is warm, but it was still good bread and the toasted buttery crackers were unexpected and enjoyable. For apps we got the Buratta served over a breaded eggplant round, which was generously portioned and nice. Also got these fried battered balls with gnocchi inside with a cream sauce. Unique dish ive never seen before and it tasted good. Apps were good but mild in flavor. For mains were got the Filet Mignon, which was cooked properly and tasted great. Also the mushroom and pea risotto served with the steak was very good, with a deep, slightly smoked flavor. Also nice portion. The other main was the crab stuffed salmon with sauteed spinach. It was a good dish, the salmon was almost perfectly done, just slightly over, but there was not much crab stuffing. The spinach was great, and i used the bread to mop up all the sauce, so i cleaned my plate. Overall, the dishes rely more on the natural taste of the main components, rather than lots of herbs and spices. The flavors are good, but not bold. Dessert was a large slice of chocolate cake with chocolate chip icing. It was a nice slice of cake. The service was friendly and attentive. The prices skew high, as we ended up at $230 for 2 people before tip. read more

The way they cook their food here is always delicious. We had calamari and oysters for appetizers. I had the Veal Neapolitan for dinner. It was my first time. It was very tasty. Tasted fresh and not dry. All my dinner companions thought their food was good too. The wait staff were very attentive and the service was at a good pace. The creme brûlée tasted fresh and not that it was sitting on a shelf. The only thing I don't like was my drink. It was bland. There were live singers that night to entertain us. Ricardo took amazing care of my wife and me. Shrimp cocktail was super fresh; great cocktail sauce. The stuffed mozzarella appetizer special is 5.0 / 5.0. I got a veal entree with taters (lumpy not seasoned). She got pasta with clams shrimp mussels & peas. Her entree was amazing. Dessert we shared creme brûlée & tiramisu. Both excellent. Scratch made. One of my girlfriends and I got together to get brunch. When we arrived we parked in their private lot. I walked in and was greeted by the manager/bartender Fernando. He was very nice and sat us in the bar area. There was a large party there dining as well. Fernando started us off and Antonio finished serving us. I had the mussels and fries for my meal and my friend had the Belgium waffles. The mussels were tasty and so were the fries. My friend enjoyed the waffle. I truly enjoyed my meal. Only small issue is they couldn't break my money to tip and Antonio seemed to be rushing us out at the end which wasn't cool. Everything else was cool and the bill was affordable. read more

So I attended a dinner meeting here for a pharmaceutical company and we had a private room just off the main dining room. It's a cute little restaurant right on 22 . We had a prefix menu with a choice of chicken ,fish or beef. We had a few seafood appetizers which were delicious mussels, clams, meatballs and salad. Everything I had was delicious full of flavors. I really enjoyed the filet mignon perfectly cooked over top of mashed potatoes and gravy. The fish looks delicious although I did not try it. Unfortunately I was not able to take pictures due to the environment during the dinner meeting. But I would definitely like to come back with my family to enjoy a nice dinner. read more

First, it is extremely noisy, acoustics in the restaurant make it very difficult to have a conversation with somebody right next to you. I would ask the owners to go into the dining room when they are very busy and actually hear how loud it is not enjoyable. Possibly they can come in with some decorative acoustic panels to knock down the echo noise. Food was fair, my blackened shrimp and chicken was just overly done with old bay with two shrimp dry chicken and not really blackened. Bartender was good and nice. We arrived at 6:30pm for our reservation. There was a table by the front door with a thermometer but no one took our temp or had us sign in for contact tracing. The dining room was at about 30% capacity. Tables were close together and diners were not seated 6 feet apart. Server did not respect social distancing. Manager frequently pulled mask down to speak to staff and patrons. Other patrons removed their masks while walking though the restaurant. There was live entertainment so patrons had to speak loudly. It was difficult to hold a conversation. Food was average and not worth the high price tag. Appetizer plate was so hot, it could not be picked up. More and more diners were seated to the point of 1 table was available. We were so uncomfortable with the situation, we finished dinner quickly and left. read more

Very good place for lunch. Three of us stopped by for lunch before heading to the airport based on a recommendation. I was very pleased. The decor was elegant and the music traditional New York Italian with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. The waiters even had a good Italian accent. Linen table cloths and other fancy features great you as you sit down to eat. They have an extensive list of lunch specials at very reasonable prices. The food portions were large and my lunch was spot on. The Pollo Parmigiana was excellent, probably the best that I have ever had. So good setting, good food selection, excellent food, at reasonable prices...sounds like a winner. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to run to the airport. Food was good but nothing spectacular. Everything was fresh and the presentation was lovely but nothing to wow you. The shrimp dish seemed to be best. My grilled chicken with sausage was oddly presented with a link of grilled sausage on top. I thought it would be more incorporated in the dish(it was tasty) The portions are generous and they did allow one diner to substitute his vegetable. Desserts were very good. Our chief complaint was the music. The decibel level was more for a banquet hall and not a small dining room it would be better for the musicians to be placed on the out door patio. I came to Mosaico for the first time on May 3, 2019 with my girlfriends family! The restaurant is beautiful and nicely decorated. The environment is romantic with dimmed lights, but it is also family friendly. One of the dishes we ordered was the Salmone Alla Griglia. The salmon was grilled to perfection and the spinach with corn and tomatoes was seasoned just right too. Everything complimented each other. The Homemade Bolognese was super flavorful also and nothing like I have eaten before! The Pappardelle Mosaico I heard was delicious and super fulfilling as well! Ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, salad was warm likely due to the plate being hot and the leaf was wilting quickly due to it. The chicken was room temp, unseasoned, not lightly seasoned, they served me bland, albeit well cooked, chicken. Mundane experience, mediocre food.. (also ordered a pizza and pasta) expensive price. Came here for a Thanksgiving lunch. They had a prix fixe menu - appetizer, entree and dessert and coffee for $30. For the price, the meal is super reasonable. For my appetizer, I got the eggplant parmesan. It was pretty standard, wouldn't say anything above ordinary. The entree and dessert, however, were stellar. I got the roasted chicken and pumpkin ravioli entree. The ravioli was delicious, so flavorful and moist. I wish they gave me more than 4 pieces! The roasted chicken was amazing too. They literally give you a half chicken in this dish - mix of white and dark meat. Flavor is great and the meat is juicy. For dessert, I had the apple pie with vanilla ice cream. The pie was perfectly warm and the apples were soft and the crust was perfect. I died and went to heaven. Coffee is good as well. Overall, had a great meal here and would come back for their regular menu. read more

My husband and I had no idea where to go for dinner on our 2nd wedding anniversary and decided to give Mosaico a try as it was local. Without thinking twice, I would give the food here a 5/5. It was simply delicious and palatable. We had the restaurant all to ourselves as it was a weekday but we had read a lot of great reviews on Local Facebook pages and community forums. We ordered the Mussels and clams fr appetizer and we enjoyed the flavor. The buttery juice from the cooked mussels and the shrimp went so well with the hard dough bread they had served before taking our order. my husband and my daughter enjoyed their pizza and the chicken under the brick. It had a beautiful sear on the chicken and was juicy to the bone. I am not a huge fan of pasta but I enjoyed the papardelle Mosaico. It was just luscious. The only downside I felt was that they didn't have enough choices for drinks; whether it was soft or alcoholic. We were a group of 7 on a Saturday night. Even walking up to the restaurant from the parking lot we commented how it looked like a restaurant you might see in Italy. The looked continued on the inside where it was beautifully decorated. We were greeted quickly and seated in a room where we could hear the live music but could still talk without having to raise our voices. The server was excellent. He was attentive without being intrusive. Food was outstanding. Fresh bread was brought to our table as we reviewed the menu. We ordered a variety of entrees including pastas and soups. Each guest loved their meal. The flavors were authentially Italian, unlike any other Italian restaurant we've been to in the US and tasted like the meals we've had on trips to Italy. Portions were generous and prices reasonable. Dessert options were numerous and we ordered several which we shared and we couldn't pick one over another because they all were delicious. This place is great for mixed crowds. Pleasant ambiance, good menu. None of the dishes will really knock your socks off, but they're satisfying and dependable in quality. Their four-course prix fixe menu has enough options to be a great deal at about $33. Their cocktails consistently seem to have a decent amount of booze. Nice spot! I like coming here, it's nice and dim, doesn't look trashy, yet casual enough for a large group that's a little loud. There's a bar with televisions in the entrance which makes this a nice spot for happy hour. The service is adequate. The ambiance is chill. I like their mixed drinks they are not cheap, but they taste good and have a respectable amount of alcohol. This last time I was there we had the calamari which was average. I ordered the lobster and pasta which I found to be a lot of hard work, worth it, the lobster had a decent amount of meat in it. My husband had the salmon, it was well done nice and juicy. For dessert we had the tiramisu which was my favorite cause it came with vanilla custard, kalhua, and expresso. I'd totally come back. read more

I was looking for someplace that I haven't been in the local area and this place was on the hit list with good reviews so why not give it a chance? We came here for Mothers Day and had a party of 4. I made reservations in advance so we were seated properly upon arrival. The service was above par and we felt as if all of our needs were met. The food was absolutely outstanding. We had a variety of dishes from appetizers to entrees and there was not a bad dish that came out. Another outstanding meal but why only 4 stars when the last time it was 5. Well, last time was actually 4.5 and I rounded it to 5 but as my CPA friend pointed out, 5 stars should be reserved for perfection and since it wasn't perfect my last rating should have only been 4 stars. In either event, I highly recommend this restaurant. Friendly greeting, sincere farewell and everything in between made this an excellent dining experience. It wasn't as noisy as last time but it may not have been as crowded either. In fact, most of the noise was coming from my loud talking friend. For an appetizer, we had two orders of the grilled octopus and it was great as was the grilled pineapple that was also on the plate. Or was it grilled calamari? Whatever it was, it was great. Our salads were all fine although I still hate the upcharge here and any other place that does it for anchovies on a Caesar. We followed our server Luis' suggestion on the wine and he led us right. He was terrific all night with everything. Four of us had the branzino special which was nicely plated with spinach, cherry tomatoes and some other chopped "fixings". It was lacking in some flavor as I would have liked it with a little more oomph. Mrs. Yankee-Giant fan ordered the blackened salmon from the prix fixe menu and Mr. CPA had a chicken special that looked good. Have I mentioned yet that they have incredible bread basket?
