I absolutely love this place though it was just my first time there. Kelly did an amazing job on my nails. She was detail oriented and literally took the time to shape them how I wanted to. The place was clean while the decoration gave me some sort of royalty vibe. They let me do self check in and have plastic things to separate between manicure tables, which is totally awesome. Left appointment today not sure how to feel.... made an appointment same day, my nail tech was doing a pedicure.. comes and seats me and I really honestly do not think he washed his hands fore he got started and no one sanitized the area where arms and hands go. Being 38 weeks pregnant that rubs me the wrong way I want to have a safe clean environment as I would not pregnant as well. Nail file and buffer were definitely 100% used before me on another client which is a big no no. Higher end salons seem to be the only ones who open a new nail file and buffer in front of you. And finally I went to pay, and wasn't ever told my gel I picked out specifically was new and $3 more.. not my fault and felt embarrassed asking for Clarification on the price. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I got a full set and pedicure today. My manicure was well done! She executed the exact shape, length and color I wanted and perfected every single detail. My pedicure was so relaxing and she spent a good amount of the time on massaging my legs and feet. The salon is very upscale and they are clean, follow all of the COVID guidelines and regular salon disinfecting. Great customer service as well. Not the best, but not the worst. My friend and I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. As soon as we entered, we were asked to sanitize our hands, which is cool. Staff and customers all had masks on, also cool. Excluding tip, the services I received from Jessica and Helen was $77. Both nail technicians were nice, but the experience was medicore and pricey for what I received. After a week, my gel manicure came off. 3 stars because my nails looked better than when I arrived, but I wouldn't make the hour drive again. read more

I was really excited to check out this new salon when I read the reviews. When I walked in, no one acknowledged or greeted me until a little later. I did not know they were basically appointment only during the COVID-19 lockdown. What really rubbed me the wrong way was when they insisted that I sit down while they called their other appointments to see if they were still coming. A nosy nail tech working on a customer proceeded to death stare/dirty look up and down at me while the receptionist made the calls, making the experience really uncomfortable and unwelcoming. What I asked for vs. what I got. I showed the picture before colors were even on. Asked at the very end to see the design again.. acted like it was too much/too hard to do. Said he can't do and that he/the shop is too busy to do it. (No one was waiting when I left). Continued to try to convince me that this looked much nicer and more natural and so pretty and better than the pic etc. not to mention they use a gel top coat with dip now? Isn't shiny and there are random holes/pockets all over my nails. I'll be going somewhere else to have them fixed. read more

Kelly was amazing doing my brows!! Cons: unfortunately david didn't scrub all my callus out and there are bubbles on my of my nails. Sorry to see you go!!! Too many broken & chipped Gel nails within 1 WEEK!!! I thought this place was going to be my home Salon, but as it turns out, I was so wrong!!!! I visited this place a total of 3 times with my daughter, and I liked it so much the first time I thought I would bring my mother in the following week to get a pedicure. Within that week of getting my nails done I took my mother in for a pedicure on a Sunday and on that same day my nail popped off, just by folding a blanket. And since I was there waiting on my mother, I had them fix my broken nail, and the guy who fixed it said "No Charge" but when I got to the counter, another guy told me I had to pay since I've never been there before. I Kindly told him I was there last week for a fill & pedi and my nail broke (which shouldn't have happened within a week) and I was just told I don't have to pay. Another guy walked by and informed him I was indeed there last week and I don't need to pay! Great! That same day I made an appointment for the following Thursday with Kelly for my daughter and I to get 2 more pedicures and 2 fills. On that Thursday we arrived 10 minutes early and waited 30 minutes before I asked how long will it be for Kelly to be done with her client since it looked like she just started. I was told my appointment was not made with Kelly but someone else could help us. I specifically stated for our appointment to be with Kelly that prior Sunday, not sure what happened however I decided to let someone else services us. I keep asking for long straight and some how I keep getting the coffin shape no matter how many long straight pictures I present. I'm so confused by this! Why can't any Execute what I want!? The final straw for me and my daughter was a week to the day of getting a fill and pedi, both our nails started to chip and we both had a broken nail, which in all my years of getting Gel nails, I've NEVER had the paint chip off!!!! Or have had multiple broken nails between my daughter and I within a week. At This point I don't even think it was gel, it had to be something else, Or maybe the gel powder was really old, who knows but I'm certainly not getting my moneys worth plus the tip I gave them as well. I was going to call and complain to the owner but what good would that do since I don't think they're able to provide me with the quality of service I should be getting for the price we've paid! Not only that, I'm Certainly not confident that I will no longer have broken nails or chipped gel nails!!! I will No longer visit this salon and waist my money!! And neither will my daughter or mother! If a nail tech does a good job your gel nails should last at least 3 weeks, NOT 1 week!!!! And you also shouldn't keep having broken nails in 1 week, that says a lot about the quality of work from this establishment!!! read more

I saw the reviews and was looking forward to my appointment. Booked for 1pm, got here at 1pm, and ended up waiting for 45 minutes. Not 10, not 15, but 45 minutes with no communication from anyone the entire time. My Nail tech was great. But Subpar customer service from the managing staff. Would it not have been good to notify your clients that you are backed up and what the approximate wait time would be? And when I asked for a discount, wouldn't it have made sense to have a conversation with me instead of telling your nail tech to tell me No? When I told you I had been waiting, why not offer me something right away? Sure would have prevented me from feeling poorly attended to. After having to go back and forth through the nail tech, whoever was the manager for the day finally gave a $6 discount. But after $80 spent, and all the back and forth, I was just ready to go. read more

So sad to say that this nail salon gave me foot fungus.... Great service and great people but I don't believe they sanitize their foot tubs and tools correctly. I always loved getting my nails done here because of the great prices and customer service, and was loyal to them whenever I got my nails done. I just had the loveliest pedicure from Wendy (hope I got her name correct). This nail salon will be my go-to from now on. Customer service was excellent and my appointment was very easy to make. The salon is modern, clean, organized, and parking is plenty. Prices were also reasonable and comparable to other establishments. You can choose from a variety of add-on services to get exactly what you'd like. She took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure that the temperature was right, that I was comfortable, and offered to get me something to drink. I have been going here for almost a year (since august 2020) and I LOVE this place. First off they were the only nail salon open through quarantine because they have plexiglass dividers! They also accommodate and care about their clients. I work at a car wash and they always make my nails a little thicker so they won't break and always make sure to get rid of all the black under my nails that I can't get rid of with a nail brush. Last time I got an ombré (pink and white), John made the white powder custom to how much glitter I wanted! They really care about their customers and they are the nicest salon in town!! Free coffee (and I think wine too if you are feeling frisky lol)! Everyone here is just really nice and they actually care about how you want your nails and always make sure to take care of you. Having recently moved to Roseville and finding out that my other salon in Birdcage closed unexpectedly, I scoured the Roseville salon listings on Yelp. It's difficult to make a decision based on reviews, because as I see it, a salon can't please everyone. No matter how good they are, someone won't be happy. So my advice is, take one that seems good and take a chance. That's what I did, and I found my new salon - Moschino Nails! I only waited about 3 minutes with no appointment. The salon is impeccably clean, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Amy did a fantastic job and the foot and calf massage was amazing -- and that was for the price of a basic pedicure ($28)! She took lots of time and didn't make me feel rushed at all. They offered me free water more than once, and they also offer wine for an added fee. The music they play is soothing and not too loud. Honestly she didn't look friendly at all and could have at least been more apologetic so maybe I would consider making an appointment another day wanting to come back. Unfortunately I had a bad experience and i feel if your working at the front desk you should make good impressions since you're the face of the business. I requested an appointment for a fill on nails that were originally done by them. I liked it so much that I wanted them to fill when they needed it. They wanted me to deposit $25 to hold the spot. Ah no. I just had to get a new debit card because of fraud, I'm not giving some rando nail salon my card info! When I was there I wondered why this beautiful salon wasn't packed. Now I know.
