I was talking to the kitchen staff and told them that AI told me about the dumplings and to please hold an order in case I had to take it to go. Front of house Staff were great, the kitchen were guys amazing, and the place was clean The ppl I sat around were all very happy with their food. One couple lived in Bozeman and the other couple were from New Orleans. They both spoke highly of the place. Go try it. Call ahead. I tend to wing it and that's not the best way to go. I got lucky :) David

We had a large group, so we ended up booking the mid-tier set menu. Note that if you're a cilantro hater...almost every dish on this set menu contained cilantro, except for maybe 1-2 dishes and obviously the desserts. It's not explicitly stated in the ingredients for each dish, so we didn't initially think it would be an issue for the member of our party that didn't like cilantro. But as each dish came out, we saw that they LOVE to use cilantro here. Just something to be aware of. If you hate cilantro maybe you should ask them to leave it out of whatever you order. Highlights from this set menu for me were the Sichuanese Beef Salad and the Lazi-Ji Chicken Wings. The chicken wings had a nice spicy kick! Everything on the menu was decent, although the curries were a bit underwhelming and watery. The Coconut and Pandan 'Tres Leches' Cake was good too, although I didn't taste the pandan flavor at all. I enjoyed the lamb skewers, but I know not everyone likes lamb, so it's interesting that they have it on the mid and upper tier set menus. I feel like they should probably provide an alternative option for those who find lamb too gamy. Overall, a great option if you're looking for Asian food in the area!

Snow is lightly falling and the ambiance of Main St is straight out of a cool western movie sets. We slipped into Sweet Chili Asian Bistro after searching the web for a close by Thai restaurant. The interior was well decorated and only one other party of 4 was present, a concern! We were quickly seated and ordered the fried calimari and green curry with chicken, one of their featured dishes. The food arrived quickly and was warm. The calimari was lightly battered with a good exterior crunchy and a delicious plum like sauce. The green curry with chicken, carrot, zucchini and chopped tomatoes quickly followed. For being a featured dish, I found the green curry bland, watery and lacking flavor. For me curry sauce has a rich coconut milk taste and flavor. The sauce here was loose, and runny. Sweet Chili Asian Bistro has a great location, nice interior decor but the food here is not on par. When I think of Thai food, my taste buds begin to dance and salivary gland are purged to explodes. This experience was fine but I know their are additional options to try in the mountain of Bozeman.

Mateo was our server and he was so nice! I thought the prices here were a bit high but the serving sizes and also that the salad bar is included really sold me. The Thai tea was rich in flavor, tom Kai soup was amazing and we loved the mushrooms they use. We ordered our soup at a 1 spicy level and it goes all the way to 5!! I probably could've handled a 2 but I can't imagine what 5 is. LOL The mango sticky rice was also yummy. We shared the soup and mango and there is still leftovers of the soup. The mango sticky rice didn't stand a chance. THANKS Thai Basil. I'll definitely be back. Oh and they also have a separate side just for to go orders and both sides were busy, but our food came out fairly quickly.

My friends and I came for dinner and we were absolutely starving. We were so happy to find that they had a complementary salad bar that was a healthy and delicious appetizer. The portion sizes are ginormous and you will get a great value here. I tried the deep friend vegetable rolls and drunken noodles, both of which were flavorful and delicious. Service is fast and friendly! I'd highly recommend this Thai restaurant.

It was quiet and calm inside which was nice and our host/server was super sweet. He might actually owns the place but made sure to help us with anything we needed and that we understood the menu. Parking was a little weird since some spaces were reserved for tenants but I believe you could park in the dirt lot

We drive by Pho Sai Gon and I told my husband to turn around and go back. Pho Sai Gon is in a building among other businesses and is bigger on the inside than it appears to be (sort of like the tardis...). There was a short line at the host stand, which I didn't mind until the hostess forgot to come back for us as she had promised after she sat the couple in front of us. Twenty minutes later and we were in the front of a line that surpassed the door. The hostess finally came back and apologized, admitting that she forgot about us...and the line that grew after us. The decor is simple and there were pantry items in the middle of the restaurant that I'm assuming were either for sale or perhaps the kitchen is tiny (?). The hostess ended up also being our server. It was the middle of a work week and an odd meal time (2pm), so the restaurant wasn't that busy. For my entree, I ordered the chicken pho. It was good/pretty standard pho. My husband ordered the broken rice with chicken and beef. He thought it was subpar as his beef was room temperature. All in all, a solid 3-star experience that served the purpose of warming me up.
