We weren't expecting to find good Chinese food in bear-and-bison country, but stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant, and wow -- plot twist! We ordered the ELK sizzling platter, because... when in Yellowstone, eat like an elk? Surprisingly tender, smoky, and flavorful -- definitely a local specialty worth trying. The Sichuan popcorn chicken? Legit spicy, crispy, and could easily sneak into a Sichuan restaurant in Flushing without raising suspicion. The stir-fried large intestine was well-prepped (read: clean!) and delicious -- if you know, you know. Even the shrimp lo mein was decent, although it played it a bit safe, like that one cousin who always orders sweet and sour chicken at dim sum.
