They have a bunch of dollies on site and their shop is very fairly priced if you need a lock, boxes or packing material. The building is gated making it even more secure. Management (Jacob Davis) gave minimal help and zero constructive follow-up. When we followed up a week later, Jacob turned hostile and then issued an eviction notice based on a completely fabricated claim of improper conduct in the facility--with no video evidence or proof ever provided. Inadequate security, missing hallway surveillance, indifferent staff, and baseless eviction tactics make StorQuest completely unreliable. Avoid this facility at all costs--choose a provider with real security and honest management.

The after hours access is the major game changer, the big chain in Seattle area has horrible hours for folks who work traditional business hours. I've been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 405 makes it a quick trip from when I'm coming from the east side or seattle.
