Debby, Bruce and the rest of the team are very easy to communicate with and are keen to help meet all your needs. I initially rented a single 5x10 storage and wanted to upgrade to a 10x10 (which wasn't available at the time), so instead they offered me a second 5x10 at a discounted rate. Their units are clean, well lit and have easy access. The facility felt safe and I didn't run into any issues at all. Hours of operation and pricing is fair and affordable. The only downside (if you will call it that) is that you are not allowed to drop off a moving "pod" in the parking lot or in front of the storage unit to unload directly into the storage unit. This is primarily due to the pods often being left there for a day or more before being picked up again. It was an inconvenience as I had to rent a truck to move the contents of the pod into the unit, but I understand their reasoning behind disallowing it. Also, I felt prudent to comment on another review left by someone else complaining about being charged for another month after vacating their unit. The forms we signed with this business clearly state how to move-out of your unit and cancel the service. I had no issues following these instructions and was not charged for a second month.

When we took our boat out of the water last weekend, my wife suggested I call them about boat storage - again, our request was handled promptly. We were able to add our boat to our monthly recurring auto pay. What really distinguishes this organization from others that simply provide storage, is the family feel. Debbie always has a smile, but when I used the restroom to change for a cross country practice I was coaching the other day, I took a bunch of cash out of my pocket and left it on the bathroom counter. Debbie found it and tracked me down. She knew I had left it there before even I did. I can't say enough good things about the high level of customer service, the family feel and the clean, well-maintained facility.

When I got there I was shocked I couldn't believe how much of my stuff was missing, my unit had been so full you couldn't even walk in it, now there's a whole lot of room to walk around. I asked the man in the office what they had on the cameras because they had to make multiple trips in and out to steal so much stuff, he said there was nothing out of the ordinary, how were they able to get thru the main gate and then have the code to get in the building and make multiple trips without being noticed? They told me my unit was the only one broken into, that same day when at my unit a man came to his unit which was down a few from mine, he had to have the lock cut off, he said he had been there the previous week and his unit had a different lock so it had to be cut off he was missing half of his belongings, he then put a new lock on it he was there to empty his unit once again he had to have the lock cut off when he opened his unit it was completely empty. So I had been lied to my unit was not the only one broken into. I believe this was an inside job I find it hard to believe that someone could make so many trips in and out and not be noticed. I do not recommend this storage facility. I feel that more units were broke into but they were also told they were the only one.

Yes, they are on the high end cost-wise but in my opinion, well worth it. Very clean, bug-free, temperature controlled, well lit, high security and very customer-service oriented. They even have carts to help with your loads in and out. And with convenient parking at the entry door, what more could you ask for? Manager Adam is very personable. There are three things one wants in a business: Good Quality, Excellent Customer Service and Low Prices. But, unfortunately you can only have two of the three. You choose!

Coming from Urban Storage, also new, I love how this has the extra touch of individual unit alarms and high surveillance. The office is neat, clean and pleasant: no strange odors or dirty floors. The actual storage facilities are well-maintained and the loading dock is accessible to any location your unit is. Arrived 4/25 with a rental vehicle to do so but the elevator was out of order and apparently had been for a few days. To avoid paying the next month's rent, we had to vacate the unit by EOD 4/30. When we called to check the status of the elevator that day, we were told it was still out of order. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor of a notably large building...at least 500-600 units. There is ONE elevator for the entire building and TWO stairwells on the far end of each side. Only one stairwell is accessible from the outside. Needless to say, moving the items out of the unit without an elevator would've required assistance of at least two other able-bodied people, which was not possible. Although we contacted management, sure enough, we were charged for the entire amount as of May 2. A classic example of a business causing their customer to suffer from what is their--and only their--mistake.
