BEWARE! OWNER OF SHOP LIED CONTINUOUSLY. After attempting to get Motek to take responsibility for the damage, and them refusing other than wanting me to return my vehicle to them to work on it some more. I was forced to proceed to small claims court. Mo (owner) lied repeatedly in his legal answer to the court, where he claimed that this damage could have happened anywhere because it took me 3 days to report it to him, which is not true. I have documented notes, phone logs, and text messages. We went to court on 1/14/24 and unfortunately I lost the case. The only reason I lost was because I couldn't prove what they used when washing the car that caused the damage. Motek got off on a technicality. My detailed experience is below: I have a 2023 Mercedes EQS which had received 3 broken windshields in a year due to rock chips. I did some research and discovered a product called ExoShield GT3+ Product. I then started looking for local certified installers, and found Motek Eurowerks. This company works on dozens of exotic cars, so I thought they would be a safe bed.... man was I wrong. 8/9/24 - I picked up my vehicle from MB of Plano with its new windshield and headed straight to Motek to drop it off. The plan was the work would begin on Saturday, it would sit in the shop until Monday and then I would pick it up. Upon arrival at the shop, I was instantly impressed, there must have been $3-4 Million in exotic cars on their service floor. Andrew told me that they would probably start working on the car today. 8/10/24 - I received a call from Andrew. He said that they had gone through quite a bit of the roll of film and kept finding defects. Andrew said he would call their rep on Monday to see how quickly they could get another roll of film, and then I would decide if we did it now or later. 8/12/24 - Andrew called and said that the new film would be there on Tuesday, so they could install it on Wednesday, and I could pick up on Thursday. I agreed. 8/14/24 - I called Andrew in the morning to make sure that I would be able to pick up that afternoon, Andrew indicated that he had to step away due to a personal emergency and that I should have received a call from Mo the owner. Andrew said he would call Mo, and get Mo to call me to explain my options (I never heard from Mo). Andrew indicated that the film was currently about 50% installed and that I had two choices 1) the shop would remove the film, clean the car up, and I could come pick up that evening. 2) He would personally finish the job up on Friday and I could pick up on Saturday. He told me that Mo had told him that my vehicle was the shops top priority. I really wanted this protective film, so I said just finish it. 8/15/24 - Andrew called and said that they had accidentally tore the film while trying to get some air bubbles out. I was a tad upset, but decided to give them one last shot to get this one. He said they would need Saturday to finish it, and that it would be best if it sat in the shop to cure until Monday. I agreed, but stressed that I really needed the car back on Monday, and Andrew indicated that it would be done and ready, and that they would detail it for me as well. 8/19/24 - I called Andrew in the morning to make sure it was ready, he told me that he wasn't happy with the film and that they were still trying to get some bubbles out. He asked if they could have until 7 PM to finish the film and clean it up. I agreed, but said that I wouldn't be coming there at 7 PM, and that I would pick it up on Tuesday morning around 10:30 AM. 8/20/24 - About 8 AM Andrew called and said that they were still having problems getting the bubbles out. He asked if I wanted to start over, or just remove the film, and clean up the car. I told him just to remove it, and clean up the car. He again asked if he could have until 7 PM to finish up. I agreed. I called him about 5:45 PM to check the status. He told me that his crew was detailing it right then and it would be done soon. I told him ok, and that I would pick up the next morning around 11 am. 8/21/24 - I arrived at their shop around 11:30 AM, neither Andrew or Mo were there. Andy was at the front desk. I told him who I was and that I was there to pickup my vehicle. He said he wasn't happy with the detail job and there were a lot of water spots on the windows, and could he have 5 minutes to clean them up. I agreed, about 15 minutes later he came back out said that he still isn't happy, and said that the car has water spots on it. I said don't worry about it, I will have it washed. After numerous washing, use of water spot remover the film, trim, and glass still have spot on it.

I had my 2022 Escalade and 2020 Bmw M760 V12 wrapped in a Satin PPF! And they did a PHENOMENAL job! BIG Mo and the boys went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were COMPLETELY satisfied! I highly recommend them! I will be servicing my vehicles there from now on!

My preferred shop was using fluids I wasn't familiar with to sell their warranty. I wasn't too interested and was recommended to give Motek a try from another M2 owner. Sofi provided the quote after hours and messaged me everything needed for appointment. She told me how long it would take and when they were available. Dropped it off in the afternoon and was told it would get done the same day, even if they had to stay late which they usually do. Didn't need it as they were done in a timely manner. Had oil change, brake fluid flushed and differential fluid changed for a very competitive price using brand name fluids. I told them about a potential boost leak and they did an inspection which they couldn't find. They told me to return asap if code ever comes back. Hopefully if won't but I will be sure to return if it does.

Stay away. Strives to cater to high end cars and customers but delivers service like a very low end repair shop.

Was quoted crazy prices from body shops in Fort Worth that were unreasonable for us, considering the vehicle is only worth ~$5000. Turned down by PDR shops for the damage being too large. We needed something affordable and something reasonable given the age of the vehicle with quality results- which is a tough ask! Otherwise, we'd need to go ahead with a panel replacement and spend ~$2000+ After speaking with this business, we had quick replies (minutes), quick scheduling (avail in less than 2 days), a fast turnaround (less than 2hrs), clear communication (on yelp scheduling & over text), an incredibly fair price ($500 in this case), great convenience (came out to friend's apartment and was able to do everything in the garage) and great quality results! All positive things to say, definitely would work with Tony again! Check out the before and after to see how bad the damage was and how it looks now, we were quite pleased, paint came out great, most of the originally massive dent was evened out, and now the whole area is looking good as new from many angles! Would recommend! Friend was happy with the results :)

DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. I took the car back to DFW Pro Bright Star and Pouya, not only greeted me with a friendly smile, he actually remembered me from over a year ago. He quickly assessed the situation and without hesitation, he asked me to leave the car so they can take care of it. After four days, they called me to say my car was finish and to come get it. They backed up the work they originally did and my car looked new once again...no charge! I was impressed with their commitment to doing great work and pleasing the customer! I have become a customer for life! They have earned my business with 5 Stars. Thank you Peyman and Pouya!

However, I believe consumers should be aware that I was required to sign a repair authorization before the shop would prepare an estimate for my insurance claim. My vehicle was non-operational and was brought in for evaluation. The shop concluded the clutch was the source of the problem and began extensive body teardown work as part of the estimation process. After the vehicle was returned to me, I had the transmission removed and the clutch components were found to be largely intact. The actual problem appears to have been internal engine damage rather than a clutch failure. What surprised me most was the extent of the teardown performed before I understood what would be involved. At one point, major body panels had been removed from the vehicle even though no repair work had been authorized beyond the estimate process. After I raised concerns with both the shop and my insurance company, all charges were waived and the vehicle was reassembled and returned to me. The truck appears to have been put back together properly and in substantially the same condition it was in before the teardown. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers ask detailed questions about what authorizations are being requested, what teardown work may be performed during the estimating process, and whether the shop is performing a body estimate, a mechanical diagnosis, or both.

Unfortunately, my aftermarket bumper was not ideal to work with, but Thomas and his crew spent almost 3 whole weeks perfecting it. Thomas was very honest about expectations and explained everything to me thoroughly. There was some extra mesh work that needed to be done to protect the inside of the car and Thomas didn't even charge me for it since he probably felt I was spending a good chunk of money on the entire kit.
