Long story short: You will not find a better body shop in DFW. Period. Thomas and Bruce are proud owners of the go to shop. If you don't believe me, just check out their lot full of exotic cars that all the dealerships in DFW send them to work on. That in itself shows the level of work they produce. Details: I bought a body kit for my 370z and was looking for someone who could paint and install it. Unfortunately, my aftermarket bumper was not ideal to work with, but Thomas and his crew spent almost 3 whole weeks perfecting it. Thomas was very honest about expectations and explained everything to me thoroughly. There was some extra mesh work that needed to be done to protect the inside of the car and Thomas didn't even charge me for it since he probably felt I was spending a good chunk of money on the entire kit. Whatever the reason, I was totally ready to pay him for additional labor, but he declined. I'm writing this review an hour after I've picked up my car and it looks absolutely phenomenal. I'll update with photos later. If you need anything custom, aftermarket, body, paint, insurance work, etc. New Concept Autoworks is the place to go. I've been taking my car here for years for body work and paint. I have also referred many clients to New Concept. There is nothing to complain about. 5 stars all the way! Bruce is an absolute artist!! I got into a fender bender with my Lexus and he patched it up for me and it looks brand new and drives excellent!! He was able to work with my insurance and get the job done. He does great quality work and is very detail oriented. I couldn't ask for anything more. I also just picked up my Audi from him today. He painted my brake calipers red and the grill and Audi logo black. He was a able to get it back to me in a matter of days and OOOHHHWEEE does it look sweet!! Perfect shade of red and he gave the car the pop it needs!! Its located off of 75 and Legacy in Plano. The location is fast and easy to get to. Thomas and Bruce are amazing I would not take my car anywhere else. I had a couple of air filters that were in horrible condition which they found when they pulled the bumper off. I've always recommended this place to all my friends. Did a Wonderful job on a black BMW blending and matching the paint. I brought in my alpine white m3, paid $1800 to repaint my front and rear bumper. The front bumper was fine but the rear bumper was atrociously yellow. Bruce said it was because I had a front bra. Seriously ? The rear Color match doesn't have to do with clear bra in front. Gave me a dumb excuse. Whatever I left. Not coming back. I've brought several cars to Thomas over the years to be repaired. My most recent repairs were awful. Found out after the fact that corners were cut. The reinforcement bar on the front of the Camaro was crumpled and not replaced as it should have been. Took another shop to point this out. Touch up paint peeling in multiple spots. Hail damage repairs to my Mustang had paint peeling within 6 months. If you don't own a high end sports car, Lamborghini or better, they're not interested in doing the work. read more

Impeccable body shop and probably the best in the DFW area. Took my 328i BMW here to get an M3 replica bumper installed. Worked with a man named Bruce who took great care of me. He was very patient with my many questions and was extremely helpful in making sure that I was comfortable with letting them do the work. The install looked flawless, and he even fixed a little piece that was broken when the bumper was shipped for no charge. The paint was spot on, and the turn around time was very quick. Got my truck back a couple days ago. Its as good as new and spotless inside and out. Wasn't expecting that. Definitely recommend.

I brought my brand new exotic car to this shop to have the brake calipers painted with a different color. They asked $1600 for the job. I was a sucker to pay them because I thought they will do a great job considering the type of car I have and because they were referred to me as "experts". After a few days, they called me to pick up the car. Man, the job looked so bad and tacky. The paint color was off and inconsistent, faded in some areas. The clear coat had bleed marks and the decal they used had the wrong font, installed crooked and was so small you can't read without looking really really close. It looked like one of those cheap "made in china" stickers. Worst of all, they chipped one of the calipers. One of the owners told me it was the best they can do. Holy S! I was so mad and demanded for a refund which they did not. Bottom line, these guys don't know what they are doing. They will scam you with top dollar and will do a poor job. Don't be fooled by the lambos you see in their shady, unsafe shop. If you care about your car, take it to a clean, busy reputable place even if you have to be on waiting list, which I did later on and my calipers are now done right like stock.
