However, I believe consumers should be aware that I was required to sign a repair authorization before the shop would prepare an estimate for my insurance claim. My vehicle was non-operational and was brought in for evaluation. The shop concluded the clutch was the source of the problem and began extensive body teardown work as part of the estimation process. After the vehicle was returned to me, I had the transmission removed and the clutch components were found to be largely intact. The actual problem appears to have been internal engine damage rather than a clutch failure. What surprised me most was the extent of the teardown performed before I understood what would be involved. At one point, major body panels had been removed from the vehicle even though no repair work had been authorized beyond the estimate process. After I raised concerns with both the shop and my insurance company, all charges were waived and the vehicle was reassembled and returned to me. The truck appears to have been put back together properly and in substantially the same condition it was in before the teardown. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers ask detailed questions about what authorizations are being requested, what teardown work may be performed during the estimating process, and whether the shop is performing a body estimate, a mechanical diagnosis, or both.

I was charged and my insurance was billed for work they didn't even do!!! Illegal and fraudulent!!!! An hour after picking my truck up, my check engine light came on. They ordered new O2 sensors and I brought into another Caliber Collision. An hour after leaving this location...check engine light came on again! After taking my truck into a different mechanic (Not Caliber) to try and get the O2 Sensors fixed properly fixed, the mechanic informed me that they couldn't do anything because my entire undercarriage was burnt including melted wires and harnesses. And, all metal was still charred and oxidized from what looked like a fire. No wonder the O2 Sensors weren't working. Now...I am left with a truck with damage to the electrical system that we don't know how deep it goes. I would highly NOT recommend using this company.

Details: I bought a body kit for my 370z and was looking for someone who could paint and install it. Unfortunately, my aftermarket bumper was not ideal to work with, but Thomas and his crew spent almost 3 whole weeks perfecting it. Thomas was very honest about expectations and explained everything to me thoroughly. There was some extra mesh work that needed to be done to protect the inside of the car and Thomas didn't even charge me for it since he probably felt I was spending a good chunk of money on the entire kit. Whatever the reason, I was totally ready to pay him for additional labor, but he declined. I'm writing this review an hour after I've picked up my car and it looks absolutely phenomenal. I'll update with photos later. If you need anything custom, aftermarket, body, paint, insurance work, etc. New Concept Autoworks is the place to go. Bruce is an absolute artist!! I got into a fender bender with my Lexus and he patched it up for me and it looks brand new and drives excellent!! He was able to work with my insurance and get the job done. He does great quality work and is very detail oriented. I couldn't ask for anything more. I also just picked up my Audi from him today. He painted my brake calipers red and the grill and Audi logo black. He was a able to get it back to me in a matter of days and OOOHHHWEEE does it look sweet!!
