This place deserves 0 stars. Take your money to the hotel down the street or to the next town. Completely avoid this place one of the WORST places I have ever stayed!!! There was water all over the bathroom floor when we checked in, has a water leak so the whole ground has mold underneath, the toilet has low water pressure when flushing & the tub doesn't drain properly so have fun standing in still water The towels shoved in that compartment had black & blonde hair on it when pulled out & lint The volume on the remote didn't work & neither did the wifi Make sure you hold your breath if you decide to use the fan in the room The sheets had a huge yellow piss stain & the other bed had cigarette burn holes all over it Brought it to the owners attention in the morning & was given a stern rude answer of did you want that fixed now For $91, the cunt of an owner with the smug attitude that you can talk to in the morning at 9am doesn't give af! 2 tiny, thin towels for 2 adults for 3 nights. We asked for more and were given 2 smaller ones! Our keys had to be reset each day. The pool was out of order the first day. It was fairly clean and good AC. Mostly quiet. No coffee in the room. Refrigerator froze everything solid and no knob to adjust it. read more

The photos online are deceiving, but no big deal. I NEVER had housekeeping knocking on the door an hour before checkout then linger outside to knock every 10 mins! I told that female at 11am! She didn't listen and said time to get out, BEFORE checkout!! We went to the office to complaint and that Clerk had a smirk on her face. These people are related and I'm sure they own the franchise because they don't care how rude they are. I book every weekend and never had this done to us until today. Price wise you cannot find a place this decent clean overall price wise is amazing the quality is same level as best western,holiday inn etc if not better but half the price,the staff here are amazing from the maids to the hotel clears they are amazing people very excepting/Accommodating. They are all amazing I've been here for a week and literally do not want to leave it's a community in itself of course people come and go but there are few that have fell in love with the place as I have,and of course it's nice and pricing is too good to be true but the staff in themselves make you feel welcomed,important very friendly in which they do not have to be but everyone is on board with making you feel welcomed. It's safe not much activity but when things get out of hand it's immediately addressed,there are even police men who patrol the premises and they are friendly as well I'm still waiting for there to be some sort of catch because it's so fun here the stores are literally thirty seconds walking distance,restraints smoke shop car wash save mart,it's off the freeway out of all of Fresno county I prefer to be here as far as vacationing,taking a break even living.! I don't wish to bore anyone I'm just a bit descriptive it there is an affordable clean wash house on premises it's safe to leave your close unattended as well it's just cool like that here lol. As soon as I walked in the smell was horrible. It smelled like vomit and I had to spray some of my perfume all over so I couldn't smell the nasty smell. I had asked for a non-smoking room which it didnt smell like smoke but vomit. Also the bathroom was nasty which in pretty sure they didn't clean it. There was hair everywhere. First of all, let me say...this was the NICEST Motel 6 I've ever stayed in! And the price was still the cheapest in town! But the water pressure in the shower was so very low, it nearly was a deal-breaker. :( We went to an event at the Cat Haven, almost an hour away in the Sierra foothills, but could not find reasonably-priced lodging close by. We didn't mind staying in Kingsburg, as it was on our way back home anyway, and it really is a charming little town with plenty of Swedish motifs in honor of its early settlers. I love the newly-remodeled rooms, the furniture was of dark wood and looked very classy! The laminate floor was comfortable and everything was super clean. But why oh why can't we get any decent water pressure for the shower, Motel 6? That is just WRONG! I didn't want to even bother addressing it with the office. Stayed here a night because other hotels were sold out or cost an arm and a leg at about $80 you get what you pay for. The beds were actually comfy and the room was decent. Not super clean but good enough the motel was actually quite and I felt safe leaving my new car in the parking lot. For a fast stay it's sufficient. read more

After coming from Sequoia Park on the way to Pismo Beach, my husband and I, along with our newborn were exhausted. We decided to stop midway to get some zzz's. From the exterior, this Motel 6 looked alright. We check in, enter the room, and it's kind of clean. The bathroom smelled like someone missed the toilet more than once a day (and clearly wasn't cleaned). The air conditioner smelled weird, but that wasn't a biggie. (They should change the filters or clean them though.) While I was sitting at the desk eating a meal, I saw a fly. I grabbed a magazine to smash it, hit it against the mirror. It fell behind the desk. So, I looked under the desk so that I could throw the fly away. But, instead, I see a pile of DOG POOP! Can you believe that?! Thank God that my baby doesn't crawl yet. And I was probably rubbing my shoe on it. Good thing I was wearing my shoes! It had to have been there for at least a couple of days since it was pretty hard! I surely wouldn't let anyone crawl nor wear bare feet on that floor. It's not like the cost is super cheap either. You can find even nicer hotels for around $70. I went to the front desk to speak with the manager about the feces and the bathroom. He did not seem surprised nor concerned. He replied, "Do you want me to clean it up? Do you want another room?" I replied, "Somebody needs to clean it up. Most places of business would be concerned in this type of unsanitary circumstance. You really should be more concerned with the cleanliness of the motel. And we are exhausted, otherwise, we would not even stay here. It's absolutely disgusting. The only thing clean are the sheets. We already took everything out of the car. Most people would get a significant discount or full refund for this." He said, "I can give you a 10% discount." -_- We're not the ones looking for hand-outs. It's the PRINCIPLE. I'm so disgusted that we even stayed in there. I could barely sleep. The bathroom smelled so bad and I kept thinking, "What else is on that carpet?" I'd understand if this occurred at an hourly joint, but not here. I usually only write reviews about places and things that I've enjoyed and recommend to travelers. But, this is a unique case. I recommend that this management and cleaning staff step it up, not like the movie, but step up your life, character and concern for others. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Provided by ESL man at front desk. He is plain out RUDE! Booked room for three nights for my daughter over phone w nice young lady- used my credit card- no problems. Called two days later to extend stay same room? Man said no- just that- no. "Excuse me? That room is not available or no rooms are available? No rooms available!" And he hung up! I checked Motel 6 website, Booking.com, Travelocity... all reflected available rooms? So I booked three additional nights via Motel 6 app and got a confirmation number. My daughter goes to window- he tells her AGAIN there are no rooms. She gives him confirmation number and he tells her that means nothing and walks away. I CALL Motel 6. Am told confirmation number means just that- you have a confirmed reservation. She checks her screen- yes, they show available rooms. She gets a senior rep on the line- her name is Rose. Rose tells me she's going to call motel and find out what is going on and will call me back. Calls me back- goes to VM- she leaves messages stating they overbooked and there aren't any rooms- call her at this number and she will help get another room. I call- goes to VM but can't leave message because VM box is FULL! WTH? I wait two more hours/ no call. Check websites again, and again all reflect available rooms. I submit complaint on app requesting red is email- nothing to date. So be advised- if the MAN comes to the window walk away- he is totally rude beyond comprehension! read more

This is a filthy dirty dump , from the arrival the guy working the desk was asked if my pregnant wife could use his restroom . He said no and she had to go across the street to Arco at 12:30 AM . After checking in and getting to our room there were​ some disgusting things we noticed , some before bed , some in the morning . The shower had hair in it , gross . There was a piece of used gum stuck to my pillow under the pillow case , grosser . In the morning there were two cockroaches on the floor next to my bed , grossest! After leaving the room there from upstairs , on the way to the car , there was spit and cigarette butts on the upstairs walkway , and fast food trash all over the parking lot . This is the first motel 6 I've stayed at that has FREE WIFI!! I've had to stay at Motel 6 all up and down California,Oregon and Washington since I inherited 4 dogs 5 years ago. The clerk was nice and the rooms have been renovated and are quite attractive...PLUS FREE WIFI!!! I would give five stars but it ain't the Ritz. Okay so me and my husband go to check into the room And they tell us our rooms not cleaned to come back in 30 minutes we gave him an hour we came back to 1/2 ask clean room then when we went to go take a shower we found The person that stayed there last black hair all over the shower because I have blonde hair and my husband has no hair So it was not ours I also seen Roaches Just because you got a smoking room doesn't mean that we needed to smell like cigarettes or whatever that smell is We didn't ask for a smoking room and it smelt like scrap The young girl at the Window Does not have Any manners Does not have any good customer service.. This place is a joke!! Hairs on the towels, water pressure has been bad for years, with lukewarm water, which was stated in a review from 2016. The microwave door is taped together. No Kleenex in room. Wifi is nofi! It is quiet and the price is low, but I'll pay more to have a nice hot shower with pressure enough to rinse me off. If you are traveling with your pet and need minimum lodgings this still is not the place. I will be calling corporate. read more

Many vans pulled in and out of the parking lot offloading many people. Many rooms had over ten people in then on the first floor with the door open. These same folks were out in the parking lot smoking for many hours. Sketchy behavior was weird. Not sure if this place was a drop house or there were drug sales. Look somewhere else. Never stay at this motel 6!!! It's marginally clean. The window has a greasy face print and the curtains are covered in greasy hand prints, but that's not the worst part...it's 5:30 am and we have been awake for over an hour. The people staying in the room above us are contract farm workers. Because the motel was all filled to capacity, they were allowed to bring in their own additional mattresses and rearrange the furniture to fill the room and pack as many people as they could in one room. I feel like that must violate some occupancy/Covid laws, but to each their own, I guess. The problem for us started at around 4:30 when the workers got up and moved all of the mattresses back out and moved all of the furniture back in place. This wasn't just normal morning noises, this was furniture sliding and banging against the floor. I went to the front desk and the women working was rude and said basically they are paying customers and they can do whatever they want. I ask for a discount on my rate for the night and was told that was not possible. read more

Had to stay here for a couple days, and I wouldn't recommend it for any longer. Kind of claustrophobic rooms, with mostly only beds for sitting room. The fridges weren't very good BUT: the important thing was that the beds were nice, and the air con was great. They allow pets, which was perfect for our situation. (Our Air Con went out). read more

This was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. When I brought the filthy conditions to the Manager's attention, he gave me cleaner/disinfectant to clean the room with and instructions to leave what I didn't use in the room and the maid service would pick it up upon check out. There was dirt an inch thick around the mini refrigerator, there were two separate piles of hair on the bathroom floor, bright red hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper holder was broken and dirty, and the window screens were broken. The sheets and bedding was so dingy I went to the local Wal-Mart and bought a sleeping bag and pillow for the night. The manager refused to refund my money because I was unable, due to work, to check out until after 3 pm. I was scheduled to stay 4 nights and only stayed one. read more
