A very unassuming little slice of paradise…read more I just had an amazing experience at La Dolce Vita Spa. I booked the Love Yourself for Two/Couples by calling Saturday morning. Was able to book the same day. The package is $360 ($10 coupon) for a 30 min jacuzzi soak, a 45 min body scrub, and a 60 min massage. For two people, this is a great deal. Parking: circled 2 blocks and found a street parking spot. If I were running late or if the streets were packed, I would pay the $10 to park at the Shell gas station across the street. Jacuzzi: In the back outdoor patio, there are partitioned areas for jacuzzis and treatment rooms. It's a little tight walking through but it adds to the coziness. Swimsuits are optional. They provided us with slippers (about a size 8/9 women's) and a robe (one size). My partner and I had a glass of rose and soaked for about 20 min. Body scrub: feels amazing after the jacuzzi. The scrub is a little rough on the skin to get the exfoliation, but in a pleasant way. They do a good job of covering you with a thin towel, and don't go too deep in crevices like you would experience at a Korean spa. My skin felt so soft afterwards. Massage: after soaking in the jacuzzi and getting scrubbed on a treatment bed, we were put in the outdoor massage area. My masseuse was Sarah, and she did wonders on my shoulders and neck, which were areas I asked for focus. She was surgical with finding pressure points and working them out. I my shoulders still feel so relaxed from her work earlier today. My partner had Jamie as his masseuse and was equally pleased with his massage. After the treatments, we were led back to the front lounge where we each got a chocolate covered strawberry and water. Jamie, Sarah, Laura, and Vanessa were so hospitable and professional. I definitely felt welcomed here and can't recommend La Dolce Vita enough.

He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. I'm not experienced with massages so I had a bit of trouble letting go control of my arm at one point, but she reminded me to relax. Next I tried out the sauna for a few minutes which was clean and very relaxing. Up next was my copper bath. First was the scrub, then she got a shower ready for me to rinse off and then brought me fresh water for after. Next came the body melt which smelled fantastic and felt really moisturizing. Danielle went out of her way to even give me a scalp massage and she sent me home with some of the body melt she used. I finished my day feeling at peace, soft and in a great mood.
