POS boss.. hired my husband to fix a bunch of effed up bikes that weren't fixed that their current tech had effed up, he turned them all out within 3 weeks, and then the jerk owner "Mike" had to let him go for apparently "asking too many questions "... Mike has dementia and needs to retire. I'm sorry, but if you take your bike here, please be aware of this. He effed over my husband in pay, blaming him for bikes he never even touched, and when my husband tried to confront him on these his response was "so sue me" which apparently he says often. Had my gas filter and air filter changed on my bike they said it would be one hour plus parts. They charge me for two hours which was OK. I could let that go, but they busted my gas shock under my seat and when I confronted them, oh no, we didn't do that. I said here's that picture before I dropped it off he knows he got under there and pride it up and he told me he put a 2 x 4 to hold it up. He broke it instead of being a man about it saying I broke it and I replaced it a $15 part he would lie about it then all the screws were missing on my brackets not happy at all. Well, another business that just can't be bothered to provide any level of service or even follow through on a simple request/promise. I called this place to see if they could replace wheel bearings on my Ducati wheel. Mike answered the phone and said absolutely. I let him know that I commute on my bike and needed it same day, he said no problem and gave me a fair price quote. I drop the wheel off early in the day to ensure they have enough time. Mike again says it will be done shortly and asks me to leave the wheel and bearings outside by the garage door. I leave and 4 hours later, no call. 7 hours later, no call. It is now 1/2 hr before they close so I call, no answer. Called at least 6 more times, no answer. Had to rent a car from Turo to get to work the next day because this joker lied and can't figure out how to communicate or follow through. My wife calls the shop early in the morning and Mike advised that all kinds of things came up and it will be done soon. I call Mike at 10, 11 and 1230p. They finally answer and Mike says he probably won't get to the wheel today. I reminded him that I commute to work on my bike and that he promised me same day service, his response was," ah well, what do you want me to do." I told Mike that I had to rent a car and that I am going to send my wife to pick up the tire. Mike says," whatever," and hangs up on me. I'm shocked of course. How do businesses like this even still exist?? My wife heads over and asks for.my wheel and the bearings, he is confused and realizes that the tire is still outside by the garage. The shop never brought my parts inside and never even wrote up an order. This is likely the most run down; shady shop I have ever been to and Mike has no business pretending that he knows what he is doing. read more

I took my bike for a tune up, and chain replacement. Dropped it off on the 7th of this month. Called 2 Fridays in a row asking for any updates on my bike, each time saying they were gonna get to it on Monday. 3 1/2 weeks later.....I just picked my bike up from them today. This place worked on 2 of my bikes. 3 tows back for failed parts they supplied and installed all 3 times I could have gone down and almost did once because of their either defective parts they use or that they have a kid installing them incorrectly. 3 times, 3 tows, one tire replacement after the less than 30 miles put on the brand new one they had installed the day prior. 950 IN tows and replacement of an already brand new tire because of their neglance. They also had another one of my Harleys they promised to be done in a "week or so" that they kept for 3 months with excuses after excuses as to why it was not done and promises it would be next to go in the shop. Worst part is the owner after all the tows, tires, 3 months with my other bike and so on tried to charge me for labor because of their neglancd in installing parts or the parts being faulty causing the same extremely dangerous situations that could have KILLED ME. read more

These guys will rob you. I rode my bike into them and dropped it off to get the carbs rebuilt. I guess they couldn't do this simple job because they worked on it a bit and then it sat in their shop for a month and a half. They would say they would get to it that afternoon whenever I would call. I then wanted the bike back. I went to get it but they said it was screwed up and it wasn't ridable. I was very upset as I rode it into them? They said the bill was $650.00. I asked why I was being charged when it was ridable when I took it in and they gave it back to me not only not fixed but not even ridable. They said Mike would call me about the bill but he never called. I guess they won't talk to me, won't give the bike back and I have no bike now. Great guys. Enjoy my bike. read more

do not take your bike here. mike the owner is very disrespectful shady and sleazy. i went for a diagnostic and a compression test and they put spark plugs on without asking for my permission. i didnt give them the ok but it was understandable since they were shot but thats just the start. i picked it up after they told me it would be done 4 days prior and didnt hear anything from them when i first called them they said it would be 180 i got here and it was 255 i got 8 minutes down the road and the bike made a terrible noise then started jerking back and forth and lost all power. i called them immediately and told them what happened and they came with a trailer. he told me he would check it out and let me know what was wrong with it free of charge because it was in running driving condition when it got there and it no longer was 8 minutes down the road. when i held him to his word he told me he would have to take the motor apart and he doesnt do that for free. i told them i expected them to atleast diagnose the problem that wasnt present when i first took it in. mike the owner then started being very disrespectful and told me that its my bike and my problem i repeated myself telling him i expected them to at least fix the issue they caused and he followed by saying "you tell me whats wrong with it mr mechanic" and that "theyre not magicians" he then yelled at me saying that i had to come pick up the bike same day or else he was going to get it impounded. i picked my bike up, as i was putting it in my trailer they decided to come out and tell me that the compression ratio was off. they told me this after being told it was going to get impounded, i was not told of this when originally paid for the compression test and it was not in my receipt notes. read more

Heard about Mike being a good, honest, and righteous dude. He most certainly proved that him and his team are capable of crossing all the t's & dotting all the i's before handing my 2006 Harley Davidson Road King back to me. They definitely take pride in making sure that everything is fine tuned before they let you ride off their lot. And Mike is definitely very fair with his pricing. I had to have a lot of work done and I ended up paying $200 less than what I had anticipated my total cost to be. I had to have my brake light switch, set of rear pads, and regulator housing replaced and everything was done within a very reasonable amount of time. I was supposed to get her back within a few days, but after they did a full inspection of it, they were finding things that needed to be done. I completely trust these guys and I will definitely give them my business moving forward. read more

The man on the other end of the phone was very rude. Some woman do know what they are talking about, especially something as simple as asking about a tire. Worst bike shop I ever been to mike ran my bill up to 1800 dollars for a belt replace, carburetor work that's still not right and installing a rear tube 230 parts and 1500 in labor changed parts out without my approval and rack labor up to 1500 after I told them I can only afford a 1000 not to exceed . Won't let me c invoice until I pay he says it's such a shame that little shops like this can screw citizens over and there absolutely nothing that can be done except court. There are not many bike shops that you actually feel like they are taking care of your bike as if it were a piece of jewelry. I have owned my 1993 Heritage Softail for 24 years and had to have some extensive motor work done to my sexy 2 wheel machine. The entire crew at the shop are some of the best guys I have known since I have been riding (30+ years). My bike came out of the Mikes' shop running as good as the day I bought her. I would highly recommend Mike's Bikes to anyone. If you want a $100 T-shirt go to any HD store but if you want your bike to run perfect then go see Mike's Bikes! Moved here a 1.5yrs ago and have been searching for a shop for my toys when needed. This is my new place. Ive tried gateway he's is a joke and scratched my brand new rzr after putting $30,000 into it by driving in and out of his plastic hanging hippie beads into his work area.Ridenow is expensive and a joke! Took my 98 Harley Super Glide in for a myriad of reasons. It's always nerve-racking trying a new shop for the first time. Nothing to worry about here at World Famous Mike's Bikes. Nick was fantastic in making recommendations and prioritizing my repairs based on my monthly motorcycle repair budget. Josh worked on my bike and is a fantastic mechanic who took the time to explain what he did and why he did it, while making future recommendations as if he were working on his own bike. The only hard part was the agony (it's real, folks) of having my precious bike gone for a full week sitting in the shop - but that's my own fault for just dropping it off with them and not making an appointment. I'm 100% sure that would have eliminated the majority of that wait. These guys are busy - and they're busy for a reason - they're good. My bike was still there waiting for someone to look at. I told them to leave it and I went to pick it up. When I picked it up I asked the guy if he knew why I was picking it up.
