Proof of the prices I was sent..

$511.97 to install winch/plow. You dont install a plow. It is taken on and off with ease. Essentially they are charging $511.97 to install a winch and a plow's base plate which is nothing. This does not include the overpriced cost of the winch itself and plow's base plate. $1,023.94 to install the heater in a SXS? Huh? This does not include the price of the heater itself. $1,550 for Freight? Nobody in the US charges that for freight..That means they are charging that much for the shipping of the unit from Kawasaki to the dealership. $400 prep? Business License Fee? $29.57. I researched this online because NJ does not have this. That fee is a their problem not a consumer problem. I still don't understand this. The consumer is paying the dealership's annual fee for them to operate a dealership? For that to fall on the consumer is completely outrageous. I'm surprised the dealership doesn't charge the consumer a fee to assist with paying their property taxes because essentially the Business License Fee is very similar. $695 Doc fee? For them to draw up a sales agreement? What drugs are they taking over there? They weren't even taking care of the motor vehicle paperwork because I would have had to do that on my own in NJ after purchase. I'm sure if they had to do Motor Vehicle paperwork that would have been another fee. When I complained during negotiation they knocked it down to $595. The dealer had a Kawasaki leftover SXS advertised for a really good price on their website. I was willing to drive 5hrs from NJ to Virginia for the deal until I figured out what they do. They discount a unit and beat you over the head on the back end with fees, overpriced accessories and labor fees. Anyone who is willing to pay their document fee, Business License Fee and freight fee alone is crazy. I've bought "many" motorcycles, quads and cars over my time from all over the country. This place is out of control.

My Spyder recently decided to have a transmission failure while I was out for a ride. I had it taken to the Manassas location- since it was a Monday and Purcellville was closed. Manassas was supposed to take it to Purcellville the next day- but had a shortage of vehicles to haul it. I had let them know that I had a planned ride coming up and desperately needed my bike fixed or at least looked at by the weekend. P came down and picked it up for me (estimating that it was around noon on a Wednesday). By 5:30 pm, I got a call that they had not only diagnosed the problem but had fixed it as well!!! All in a span of a couple hours. These guys went above and beyond to fix my bike - I will always go to this location to get my bike serviced and repaired. They have definitely earned a customer for life.

Refused to give my $250 deposit back because the card he used ended up being used to buy shoes

Let's start with the head of sales Nathan, he is the reason that dealership get a bad rap. Finds nothing wrong with $1600 in fees for a bike costing $2000. What a clown. $699 document fee? Must be made of gold or takes a week to do.Larry the boss doesn't bother calling a angry customer back. STAY AWAY

$695.00 for "Document or Administration Fees" ???? 1. Visited their showroom on 10/23/21. Was looking at a specific motorcycle for 15-20 min upstairs. Nobody approached me. I was the only customer in the upstairs showroom. 2. Contacted them via email that evening. I did get a quick initial response but getting the quote I requested took days. 3. $695.00 for "Document or Administration Fees" ???? That was an instant deal breaker. All in all, they are everything that is wrong with dealerships. I am in a position to buy any motorcycle without financing but it doesn't mean I want to entertain greedy practices. I will never buy anything there. Not even an accessory.

Working everything on line, email, and via phone was a great experience. TJ and Holly worked with us diligently in buying our first Can Am a great experience. As a Motomember you will receive 30% off parts for life! We will definitely do business with them again.

I have purchased many bikes, mostly Harleys. I decided it was time for a Trike. From get go this was the easiest and fun purchase. Nicole (sales) and Holly (business office) were incredible I highly recommend them if you are looking for A Can Am. They actually know what they are doing.

Bravo ! Called them up and spoke with the lead sales Todd, who was able to help me with my purchase of a 2019 Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. I was ordering from out of state (PA) and buying a motorcycle for the first time, so I wasn't completely sure on the entire buying process. But let me say now after working with MotoMember, these guys are 100% professional. After we finalized the purchase over the phone, Todd did a full inspection and secured the Kawasaki on its trailer to be delivered from Virginia to Pennsylvania. The two people that personally delivered me the bike were honestly the most friendly people I've ever met (was so excited getting the keys I totally forgot their names, lol). Overall, 10/10 service! Highly recommend MotoMember!!

Motomember is guilty of being a Bait and Switch Retailer. See attached images. The bottom line is in the age of the internet sales dealers like Motomember are not updating their web sites on any regular frequency. For example, I called and asked about the 2020 leftovers on 5/18/2021. The web site image attached shows 19 units in "inventory". If you call the claim will be something like " We sold a lot last weekend so the web site is not up to date..." while they check to see what is in real inventory. This applied to "Manager Specials" as well as "School Units" under a section of the website called "Spyder Spotlight". Upon inquiring about the school, or manager specials units...or even all the leftover 2020's they don't exist but they have a brand new units to sell you or even some used ones "coming in soon". In the era of post pandemic online sales there is no justification for this type of practice. It is a clear example of false advertising and a form of fraud to get customers knocking on the door so they can upsell. It is a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. To be fair they have inventory of brand new units and if you're looking for one they have it. I can't speak of their service department nor of the complete sales process as I was not able to continue based on the above. Take a look for yourself on the web site - lets keep dealers honest.

I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. Those guys worked on it diligently and without trying to rack up a huge bill, sent me back my bike with a reasonable bill, two newly installed tires, fresh fluids and adjusted this and that. The thing is AAA wouldn't two my bike out to me. So Ed delivered the bike to me, dropped it off and they charged me half of what anyone else would/could have. Nice people. But here's the thing. I took a ride out there the last two weekends to get some things done to the bike and I met Carl, Ed Mike and Dana, all of whom are the NICEST people. They've treated me well, treated everyone I've seen in their shop well, and fairly, and so I will continue to get my bike serviced there, despite being over an hour away. Carl is a great guy, fun to talk to, a fair owner of the shop, knows his bikes, and really enjoys seeing people ride. Mike is a good solid mechanic as are the rest of the boys back there. There are also some very pleasant nice, and dedicated bike enthusiasts floating around this shop. So talk to the folks there. Might not be a destination shop like once of those Monster shops, but I'd rather talk to Winchester any day of the week.

When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn't going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Recently, I asked JT Motorsports to supply and mount two motorcycle tires. I was surprised to find that the price of these tires was 35% higher than what I paid for the same brand and size two years ago. I attributed this increase to the rising cost of living in Maryland, as my last set was purchased during Sturgis Bike Week at J&P Cycles on a Sunday (Mid-Rally). However, when I received the (1st) invoice, I was stunned to find a charge of $360. I couldn't believe it and thought there must have been an error. Even the staff member seemed surprised. He double-checked the invoice and printed a revised bill of $288. Although this was a reduction, I was still taken aback by the amount, especially since I was expecting to pay closer to my last experience ($200). I reached out to several well-known motorcycle groups to gauge what others would expect to pay for such a service. Most members estimated the cost at around $40 to $80 per tire. In short, I was disappointed with the invoices received and paid. Unless there is an adjustment to their pricing structure, I will not be returning to JT Motorsports for future purchases. It's disappointing because I had hoped to have a nearby reliable establishment for my motorcycle needs.
