This is the only place I take my bikes to be serviced very professional and courteous they take their time

New tires and brakes. at a reasonable price. Ready for Rolling Thunder and another couple of years of riding. Thanks Brooks!

Purchased my own tires thinking I was game to install them. Change my mind. Jason's shop installed them at a reasonable price on the day they promised. The day before I dropped off the bike I stopped in and asked Jason if they had time to change the front and rear brakes and if they couldn't that was fine I would bring it back another day. Jason's shop did the brakes and the tires at the same time. I did not expect them to do it but they did. Defiantly five stars for service and five stars for price. The price was less than I expected. Keep up the good work and pricing. I will be a return customer for all my bikes.

    Drain cap gone

Recently got an oil change. Could've done it myself but I needed a shop close to home for jobs I can't do. So i paid to get it done with the other stuff I needed done. Well, someone didn't tighten up the Oil drain plug. I slid twice. Once at a traffic light and after I turned trying to get into my apartment complex. Luckily I wasn't on the highway busting balls. Let's just say I won't be going back. I wanted to get new tires but if a simple oil change can't get done, I can't trust them with putting on some tires. I sent emails & pictures to the shop. I was asked to bring it in. Not gonna happen. The other work they did on my bike was outstanding and the price was unbeatable. No issues there. But I'm out $57 for more oil and a drain cap. I'm an Army veteran and don't scare easily, I've been down range twice (Afghanistan & Iraq). Sliding toward a traffic light that is RED is no joke. Sliding toward a sidewalk isn't any picnic either. Found another shop though. Hopefully they pay more attention to detail there.

When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Mike, his wife and the entire team at MGMotorsports are fantastic!…read more I purchased a 2023KLR650S in July and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the country. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS! I am SO sorry for the long paragraph review but I just had to let it be KNOWN!!…read more I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership's SERVICE department (FALLS CHURCH), and I would not recommend them based on how they are handling my situation. On Saturday March 21, 2026, I brought my 2026 Kawasaki zx6r in for a recall service. Towards the end of the day, I had not been contacted AT ALL and had to go into the service department myself! Just to have them inform me that my recall had been finished much earlier BUT ALSO that their technician had dropped my motorcycle. While I appreciated that they agreed to replace the damaged fairings, everything that followed was handled very poorly. I brought my bike back on Saturday April 18, 2026, to have the replacement parts installed. I was told it would likely be finished the same day. During this appointment, once again I was not contacted and had to telephone them on the status. Apparently, the service department had ordered the wrong-colored part. Luckily, the correct part was available at the other location in Woodbridge, and they planned to send someone to pick it up, but the repair would not be completed until Monday. While I initially understood the delay, I was disappointed by the lack of preparation and communication. Then Monday, April 20, 2026, that turned out to be false because the technician assigned to my bike wasn't even there that day. I didn't find out about this until I had PHYSICALLY gone to service because AGAIN NO ONE WAS CONTACTING ME WITH ANY UPDATE! So I had no idea if anyone even went out to Woodbridge to pick up the part-- like they said they would. One of the service workers let me know that my bike would probably be finished tomorrow which was a Tuesday and that they would give me a CALL IF ANYTHING COMES UP. At this point I've started to become quite frustrated. On Tuesday April 21, 2026, I came in with my boyfriend who needed something from parts, while I was there I decided to stop by service after receiving ZERO communication ALL DAY even though the guys said they would start contacting if ANYTHING. I doubt my bike was even finish but I thought it was worth a try. I was told my bike was already being worked on and would be done soon, so I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes, I found out through an employee that my bike had not even been started yet--and that there was no chance it would be finished that day because it takes 3 HOURS to put on a piece. I was LIED to and given false hope! TODAY is Wednesday April 22, 2026, I still have not received a single text, call, or email with any update on my motorcycle--whether it's being worked on or even finished. This is after being told multiple times that work was already in progress. I'm annoyed with having to physically go in and demand answers and then getting lied to straight in my face. I didn't WANT to be a Karen but now I FEEL like a Karen. I just really want my bike, answers, communication, and these ridiculous delays to stop! At this point, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable. A simple update takes seconds, yet I've had to repeatedly chase down basic information myself. It feels like customers are left completely in the dark unless they physically show up or call. This was my first time using a ANY kinda of dealership for service, since I did most of everything else at home and it was only because of a recall. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in their service department and I will never come back to this location for any kind of service and will be continuing with Woodbridge if anything were to ever come up. I would strongly warn others to be cautious.

Incredible used car dealership, went the extra mile from start to finish. To briefly summarize:…read more1) the dealership provides incredible reviews of their vehicles which hold true. 2) the car sustained unexpected damage in the process of purchasing. (A pretty hefty dent in the body) The dealership gave a modest price reduction to reflect the unforeseen circumstances. It did not feel like something shady to pass by an unlisted fault. 3) the truck is 20 years old and I had significant hesitancy about its condition - as I was planning a 2k move. Upon having some concerns, I took it to a third party inspection who verified the condition of the car and validated the dealerships findings. Like any inspection, this third party did identify some things that could be addressed (brake fluids, air filters). I brought it over to the dealership and they immediately addressed all issues and more (going above and beyond to service the battery terminals which the third party inspection did not even comment on). The entire time, the dealership was honest and consistent. They gave me confidence that I could rely upon them in my cross country move, and I would recommend that anyone grant them with such confidence. * The truck easily made it across the country. 4) The dealership remained helpful and friendly through my efforts with registering the vehicle. I can not recommend them any higher. They even gave me a cigarette from their own supply to smoke when my cravings flared up and my own pack sat at home. 10/10 Experience.
