When I returned from Florida and picked up my car Monday morning before work, the exact same issue happened again less than an hour later. I immediately brought the car back, which caused me to miss work. Over the next four days, I experienced extremely poor communication and customer service. I was then charged an additional $1,260, bringing the total to over $4,000, despite the original problem never being resolved. During this time, Julio forgot to order parts, Blamed Mercedes for delivery delays that were his responsibility Completed only part of the work he originally quoted, later denied ever quoting $3,800 or offering a $2,800 cash price The lack of accountability, shifting explanations, and failure to resolve the original issue made it clear that he was not trustworthy. I gave two stars in hopes the work he did was good work.

Without me asking they also checked the tire that was removed and found a nail in it and showed it to me. The tire had been losing air and I thought it was because of a bent rim. They patched my tire , changed my rims and did it within 10 minutes. Very fast service. And then I was shocked at how low I was being charged for all of that. They have a sign showing charges for their services and to me they are undercharging. Next time I have tire problems , I will go to this place and bring some cash with me so I can tip them for their excellent work and give them something more than what they charge. They deserve it.

I've gone to this place many times for inspections, but this time was different. It was apparent…read morethey were going out of their way to find an issue with the car, by doing things they have never done. They lifted the car more than once with a jack, shaking tires. visually inspecting the windshield wiper blade edge on both sides instead of just turning them on and seeing if they cleaned the window. I had to stop the person when they decided to put a jack under the front of the vehicle because there is no front jacking point and that would have caused damage. Then the driver side front jacked and flashlights out all over the front suspension. Now this was all done without any test drive to determine if anything was wrong. I'm my own mechanic so I took out the maintenance record and said what parts history is do you want to know about ? but the person was not able to understand me. They also had three People each do their own inspection. They didnt even check the things they are required to check. Like simple light bulb check. I was very confuse. They did my other car in the spring and they didnt check anything, but now they are out trying to look for business where's there is nothing wrong. Left a note for the manager - he was at lunch- you lost a customer today
