We went out a total of 3 times before driving off the lot Since the car was an 09 we had to go through a credit union instead of a regular bank (we could have paid cash but I wanted to have a monthly payment instead) and it was a bit of a tedious process, BUT Darren was sooo kind throughout the whole process. He waited for our loan to get processed, helped us with the credit unions's weird requests, and ultimately in a span of 7-10 days we were able to purchase the car and drive off as HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra with ~$141K miles. Just a tip for anyone who is buying a car that old - you're going to spend more money to get it up to speed - things wear out no matter what with time. Don and his wife Leyna are a wonderful duo - Don clearly takes a lot of pride in the way he runs his business and Leyna is bright, easy to communicate with and very personable. After purchasing the car, I had noticed issues with the rear door lock actuators and brought it up to Don and Leyna. Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to check because you just assume they worked fine. They were very gracious and offered to replace and fix the issues at a fraction of what it cost me. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship.
