We recently purchased a used Lexus SC430 online from Zee Motors. We live out of state and could not see the car in person. The description of the car did not make mention of many things we found after delivery. During the process of buying the car I had many conversations with the Mr. Flores asking what had been serviced on the car. I received a car fax report from them along with a dealership inspection report indicating no issues. I was informed that the car drove great, tires looked good and all necessary vehicle services had been performed as part of the pre-delivery process. When the car was delivered to us out of state we could see immediately that the car had been repainted and not well, you could see paint over spray on the rubber trim throughout the vehicle. Touching the car you could feel the nibs in the paint. I called Mr. Flores and reported this and he said he hadn't noticed it. Also the leather interior on the drivers seat and center armrest had significant and noticeable wear on it. We have the car in for service today and have been revised that the rear brake pads and rotors need replacement and that the tires have dry rot and are over 10 years old. We had also noticed that on all four wheels had significant curbing damage and need to be replaced. We feel that we were mislead and a true representation of the cars condition was not made by the dealership. read more

Had complete brake failure while driving due to improper maintenance. Also, I discovered the oil drain bolt and filter housing was waaay over torqued, the PCV housing was failing, but the big issue was the damaged brake caliper and improper brake job. They did not have the right scan tool to put it in "parking brake service mode" and forced the piston back into the caliper breaking the parking brake motor. In order to re assemble it, they put the old pad on the inside of the rotor and new pad on the outside so it seemed during inspection like the job was done. I send evidence, photos, and receipts to the owner who eventually denied responsibility and ghosted me. I was very patient and gave him the benefit of the doubt, requesting only the cost of the caliper to be covered, as it was his mechanic's fault, but failed to act reasonably. read more

This car dealership has a great stock of cars. Multiples of older Toyota's, some in really great shape. My problem was Neshat as other staff members seemed friendly and helpful. I made an appointment at 10am for 3pm. Neshat didn't know which car it was I came to look at, didn't know anything about the car, and assumed I was paying cash for it. I will note that their vehicles are retrofitted with a GPS system that they will add to the cost of the vehicle (and that is not necessarily advertised) but it comes with 3 years of monitoring after which, you can continue for like $100/year, so keep that in mind. Zee Motors allows you to send the car over to a local shop, Firestone, to do an overall inspection of the vehicle, before purchasing for $150- which we did. Zee motors sold us a car with an obvious leak coming from the bell housing while advertising it was mechanically excellent, turns out the rear main seal and the front transmission seal are both leaking requiring a costly repair to replace the seals and a fouled clutch. Noticed immediately when we got it home and noticed oil on the driveway, this would have easily been spotted by any novice mechanic. Upon inspection under the car, oil was noted at the bottom of the bell housing and fluid was coating the dust cover boot and a sludge was found inside the bell housing. read more
