Even though many other residents in our area were experiencing like issues, and he was tending to others, John still made it to my house within a few hours and made the necessary repairs. He was just as precise and pleasant as he was in 2016, and his price was not far off from the 2016 incident; very reasonable since it could have been an exuberant charge when you are in that position at that specific moment.
