The carne asada is perfection. The tamales are our go-to for true, authentic tamales. The guacamole and salsas are fantastic. Soft tacos, chile rellenos -- everything is consistently delicious. And they're wonderfully accommodating with special requests, which we really appreciate. If you want authentic, flavorful Mexican food in Fort Collins, you won't find better than Las Delicias.
