I feel like similar to finding a doctor, dentist, hair stylist or something alike that you can happily put your trust into, It's really tough to find a shop that you can trust to respectfully and honestly work on your car and I'm so glad I found this shop! Further details: Admittedly, I initially opted for this location due to the unmatched coupon available within a reasonable amount of distance from me for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation. When I called to confirm I spoke with the shop owner, Dave, who was both very helpful and accommodating. He was even able to fit me in the same morning. I got there and recognized the waiting space, as well as the bathrooms, was clean and well maintained. Then Dave came in to introduce himself, and he was equally as customer oriented and friendly as on the phone as well as trying to be as efficient as possible as well as pointing out to me where I can find water if I needed some. Additionally, I couldn't help but overhear a stressful situation another customer was having (that was no fault to the shop at all) but they were having a difficult time understanding how to fix the problem and seemingly insisting that it was a "group situation" for the shop- but surely he was very patient and mild as well as helpful as he could be in the situation. That kind of customer service speaks volumes to me- I'm very customer service oriented and really trust and appreciate that kind of unteachable quality in character. With oil changes, especially if/when using a coupon or something alike, I typically anticipate some hidden fees and/or a lot of pressure from shops to shake more money out of me. With this shop, this wasn't the case at all, I actually never realized how much that kind of thing stressed me out going into a simple oil change until I wasn't put in that situation.

The front office lady was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing excellent customer care and support throughout. The mobile technician, Isaac, was outstanding. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and we even had a great conversation like two regular guys. It's always refreshing to meet someone who's both knowledgeable and personable. Michael, the technician who replaced the windshield, did a superb job. He was careful, thorough, and professional, taking the time to explain his work and ensure everything was done perfectly. From start to finish, Safelite provided quick, quality service with great communication and true professionalism. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement.
