I purchased a 2022 suburban here a month ago. The knocked off a whopping $200 off the listing price. We settled and shook hands on a price, which we both agreed included ALL dealer fees, and everything but taxes. An hour later they slip in an additional $200 cleaning fee (car looked exactly the same) and approx $100 to search a title . Then the car is not available to take home that day, and when I come back days later they don't have the spare key. Which means I need to take a THIRD trip just to get what they should have had on the first day. Mind you I live over an hour away. Now I have been calling the salesman Antonio to try and get my spare key. They send me to his voicemail where he does not return calls. I went up here from NYC to try and get a better experience, but this place is your typical sketchy dealer, sucking as many dollars as they can, and once they get your money they treat you as if they are doing you a favor just to get what you paid for. Very unhappy with this experience, stay far away. *****UPDATE******* Yesterday Mt Kisco Chevrolet sent a specialist to my home and programmed a key for me. The woman was polite and professional. I was a little concerned after reading the few poor reviews here but was pleasantly surprised to find a great staff who did not hesitate to accommodate me. Made a straight forward deal on a new Equinox LT which included a fair priced trade in. I have bought many new cars and had a Ford dealership that was great, but sadly Ford discontinued the vehicles I was fond of. So I had some trepidation going to a new manufacture and dealership. My sales guy Antonio Aguilar was a great young man who was well versed in all aspects of the car I was checking out. Joe, the manager that I spoke to on the phone day prior had the car ready and waiting for to test drive as promised. Gregory the business manager was even a pleasure to deal with. No hard sales. Yes I bought the car and they were able to deliver it to me the same day as I requested, despite being a very buy place. The direct to consumer is the way of the future this STEALership model has to end, I agreed to pay 600 dollars over the average sales price of Chevy Trax and we couldn't come together on a deal over 67 dollars. The sales person complained that they couldn't make money that they had to pay for gas, and car detailing. The kicker was he asked me was I going to walk away over 67 dollars. A sales team that cares! In 2013 we purchased a Chevy Suburban from what was then, Arroway Chevy in Mt. Kisco. We have been very satisfied with the Service department since that time. Thank you Dennis Packes & Gavin Slattery! When it was time to replace our awesome truck after 211,000 miles (it's still in the family; we gave it to our son), we knew we wanted to keep our service team so we went to the new ownership at Mt. Kisco Chevrolet. This was late December 2024, and we were looking for a 2025 Suburban. We met with Monte Bruckenthal who was so nice to us right from the start. We had some particular requirements and it became clear that we were a special order. Our must haves were the 60/40 second row bench, 20" Rims, A/T/ Tires and the 6.2L engine. With those requirements being difficult to achieve on any one of the trim lines, Monte introduced us to Phil Gray the general sales manager. Monte and Phil patiently worked with us for over an hour, engaging Lindsay Bello from the team to help find the right configuration for us. We were there until closing time. They never once asked us to settle, and sifted through the builds until we had the perfect truck, a 2025 High Country with some options removed and an aftermarket wheel swap. What a great team effort! Lindsay followed up with us exactly as was planned with the detailed paperwork and confirmation of the build going to the factory; zero errors on any of the details. As soon as Chevy had a delivery date for us, Monte gave us a call and diligently took care of everything. These trucks are really expensive, and we had lots of apprehension, but Monte made it such a positive experience and we are grateful. There was no upselling or anything that made us question our decisions. This dealership seemed more interested in us getting exactly what we wanted than pushing a sale on us. We love the new truck and highly recommend Mt. Kisco Chevrolet and particularly the kindness and professionalism of Monte Bruckenthal. Went to buy a car last Saturday and was treated poorly by staff and stood there for half an hour and no one offered to help us, so we left. Contacted by Mount Kisco Chevy that they still wanted to make the deal. They then changed the parameters of the deal. I was told by the district manager if I didn't like it buy the car somewhere else. When we went in the first time, the salesperson told me I looked as thrilled to be there as he was to be there. That's how l was greeted. He also threw his hands in the air in disgust with my wife and never acknowledged my wife was there in the initial point of contact, which is disrespectful considering it was to be her car. We have the initial deal saved as a voicemail message and sent it to the sales manager and that's when I was told to buy the car somewhere else. I am not a customer, but I can't say enough good things about Mt. Kisco Chevrolet and their amazing team. Last night me and my daughter found ourselves stranded on the side of the road when my car lost power on the Taconic, and I was feeling pretty helpless. Out of nowhere, a young man named Giovanni, who I later learned worked at the dealership pulled over to help. Without a second thought, Giovanni grabbed a bag of tools from his truck and got to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue: a loose cable to my alternator on my Acura. Even though it was snowing and the conditions weren't ideal, he didn't hesitate. He made the repair right there on the side of the road and got us back on our way no charge, no fuss. His kindness and professionalism were truly above and beyond. It's rare to encounter such genuine people who go out of their way to help a stranger, and I want to thank the team at Mt. Kisco Chevrolet for being just that-good people. I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment at the non-existent customer service in the Service Department at Mt Kisco Chevrolet. I scheduled my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado for a service and inspection on a Monday morning. I received an initial phone message at 8am from the service rep wanting to ask me a few questions. The vehicle sat in the lot all day Monday and was not serviced. I called the service department 3 times that day for a status and the service reps voicemail was full. I finally received a call later that afternoon that the vehicle had not been serviced yet and that it would have to stay another day and was probably going to get looked at before the end of the day. I told the service rep to call me first thing the next day to give me a status on the vehicle. I received no call as of 10am the next day. I called the service department 3 times and no one answered the phone. I went to the dealer shortly after in person to get a status on my vehicle and was told it had not been serviced yet. I took my vehicle and left. No effort was made to try and resolve the issue or get my vehicle serviced with any sense of urgency . I was told if I wanted to take my vehicle that would be fine. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Needless to say, I will never set foot in that dealership again and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Bought a pre certified car 6 months ago and I have had multiple issues. Within the first week, key fobs didn't work bc they sold me a car with no working key fobs. 2 months later, was told by Danbury Chevy that my breaks were really bad and I needed to replace them. Now first day of nice weather and my AC doesn't work. Never used my AC bc bought it in the fall/winter. Now they want me to pay to diagnose and repair. Everyone I've spoken to has been condescending and rude. Advising me that I should have gotten the extended warranty. I've asked for a copy of my pre certified report but they can't give that to me. This is an authentic review and I do not often write unless I am dissatisfied with products or services. I got a warning code for emissions fluid for my 2017 Chevy Colorado diesel pick up truck. I managed to get an appointment in two days, however when I came to pick it up after work it was not ready. The service manager was kind enough to provide me with a loaner Cadillac CT5 overnight at no charge. It turned out to be a computer issue covered under warranty and only cost me $100 plus tax. Gavin in service is amazing. He went above and beyond to get my 2015 Tahoe fixed. I went to another dealer that misdiagnosed and charged me for their mistake. I called and fortunately for me Gavin answered my call. I misplaced my warranty paperwork and he did his due diligence to find my warranty paperwork. The vehicle needed an a/c condenser not just a simple charge of the a/c (the other dealer charged me $250 to recharge and leaked out within 2 days), Gavin took care of everything and kept me informed everyday. It truly was an amazing experience dealing with Gavin and hope his boss reads this and appreciates what an awesome hardworking worker they have on their team. WORST service department, from service manager, to service representatives, everything is just terrible! Go to Curry Chevrolet instead, stay FAR AWAY from Mt Kisco. They could care less about customer service, I was shocked how poorly they dealt with my issue, this was 3 months ago and I'm still shocked. If I could put 0 stars I would. Dennis he's a liar and racist. We took our 2013 Cadillac Escalade to get serviced,also they changed a recalled airbag and they fix a rough engine idle which it still shakes a little after the service being done to it and we told Dennis about it and he said just drive it because you brought us an Escalade with almost a 100,000 miles on it and it should stop once it's driven. We had over $1600 worth of work done to came back to our display screen not working properly the backlight was messed up and Dennis blamed the dealership we purchased the Escalade from for the display problem. which we never had a problem with the the display screen until after the Dennis and the others at Mount Kisco Cadillac serviced it. Dennis had us wait serval hours to see if they could fix something they broke (display screen) and after serval hours of waiting he called to tell us we have to pay to get if fix. Horrible service I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because that may mess your once working vehicle up. read more

Extremely disappointed. We contacted internet sales for a quote on a Tahoe and had a very pleasant experience with Anthony. He was thorough, prompt and extremely professional. We received a written proposal for a car, from their desk manager, which we had agreed upon. We set up a time to meet at the dealership to sign the papers. We drove an hour from home to the dealership to sign the papers, only to find out when we got there, the Manager made a numbers "mistake" and couldn't honor the deal. They were not very accommodating at all after we had driven for an hour with our two kids in tow. We then met with a salesman who could not answer my husband's questions. He asked him very simple things which were dismissed. We asked the sale price of the vehicle they were giving to us, and he wouldn't answer us. I would have hoped that after making a mistake on their end, they would have had the decency to make things "right" by not continuing to string us along and just give us their best and final price, but that was not the case.
