When my family contacted Hamp it was smooth sailing. Not only was everyone incredibly understanding and kind, but they had a list of recommendations for almost everything, they walked us through everything we needed to do with ease. In one day we had everything picked and ready to go, simply amazing. The funeral home itself is the best i've ever seen. Its spacious, its beautiful, there's even a coy pond out back you can check out. I'm happy and honored my grandmothers beautiful service could be held here. Not only was everything seamless, but they had water bottles out for everyone, they even had the priest stop in to give a wonderful prayer towards the end of the wake, this would have meant the world to my grandmother. Everyone who attended even said it was one of the most beautiful wake & funerals they have attended. On the day of the funeral, everyone was organized and helpful to make everything happen perfectly, it was truly a relief. Since we live out of state the staff includes us in the mailings for the floral arrangements at various times of the year. They make sure every little detail is taken care of in our absence. That includes placing the arrangements at all the graves and then taking pictures of them and sending them to us! Not many cemeteries would do that. From coordinating church service, military honors with flag presentation and a bronze plaque at his gravesite for Veterans to the flowers on my father's casket (gorgeous white lilies and ranunculus) it was beautiful and understated. Our family didn't feel rushed or pressured at the wake or the service and burial. My grandfather purchased his gravesite for himself and my grandmother back in the 1970s and it was natural that he and grandma would be buried at Acacia Park.
