After being at this office for over 5 years it's time to move on…read more The office has zero consistency with staff or Dr. We showed up to our apt today and the entire staff is new and so is the Dr. (also they rescheduled us without asking) Worst visit ever! The "hygienist" have zero clue what they are doing and need to be trained again. My kids have never have their mouths bleed at an apt before. Todays was a total Blood bath and they both told me in hurt a lot. But the hygienist blamed my kids. Now let's talk about the Dr. with her "picture" ploy to fake dental needs. Staining on teeth does not need a sealant. And she 100% didn't show the X-ray as it would've showed no issue. We will never be back.

It went smoothly as well. With such a kind and caring staff member the two kiddos had a great time. They even said they love Dr. Zeff after we got home. It was a overall a great experience for the first time and can't wait to continue down their dental growth with Dr. Zeff, Joanna, and the rest of the staff.

Front staff are super welcoming and very kind. They also take photos of their new patients which is a great way to get to know and remember everyone. I had a cleaning with Amber and she was very thorough. Had me going home with squeaky clean teeth. Very nice, and not awkward at all. Dr Chan and his staff don't make you feel weird or embarrassed or ashamed about your teeth which is huge. nobody likes to go to the dentist (sorry cypress) but when you have a great staff it makes it so much easier. I got a few fillings done, one was a little too high and they got me back in immediately to get it fixed which was awesome. I also really like how dr Chan talks to his staff especially assistants. I know it's a "small" thing but it really makes a huge difference for both me as a patient and then as an employee I'm sure. I repeated to them that I was in pain but got no offer to get me in earlier. She knew I wasn't happy and when I mentioned that I would find another Dr. she said let her know and she would forward my records to them. I ended up calling another dentist and explained the situation and the Dr. fit me in that afternoon. Ended up needing a root canal. The new Dr was super nice and had a great facility as well. Will need to get my records from them. To not fit in a regular patient who is in pain is not cool. Just know that when using this Dr.

His main concern is maintaining one's natural teeth as long as possible, and he offers conservative treatment. I needed more for front teeth that had a lot of surface deterioration to the point where I was very self conscious about my smile. He offered options from simple bonding (had already done this twice in years prior w former dentist), offered a referral in the event I wanted more than his office could provide, and crowns. Explained each option and why. I chose crowns, and his staff and the lab they use came up with an excellent color match, one that suits my age. I am so pleased with the results. He offers a prophylaxis plan that saves serious money, as I am not insured. A staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating
