This was both our kiddos first dentist appointments. The staff made it such a wonderful experience Joanna was patient and so kind. She explained all the tools to the kiddos and even walked them through as she was performing work. She put bluey on for both kiddos and it definitely helped. Our older child had to perform xrays. It went smoothly as well. With such a kind and caring staff member the two kiddos had a great time. They even said they love Dr. Zeff after we got home. We've been coming to this pediatric dental office for many years, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a bright, happy, and inviting atmosphere. The office is absolutely spotless--no clutter anywhere--and the cheerful colors make it such a welcoming space for kids. While the kids wait (which is never for long--appointments are always on time!), there's a fun puzzle table to keep them entertained. Each treatment room is private, giving both the child and parent comfort and space. The rooms are decorated with colorful artwork, uplifting notes, and each one has an iPad to keep the kids relaxed and distracted during procedures. The little gift bags at the end are always a hit! Finding a dentist can be a little complicated in general when finding someone that genuinely enjoys working with kids. I found Zeff Pediatric Dentistry from just passing by the South Creek area one day after work . I am happy to say that I am glad I brought my 3 year old here as they def met my expectation when finding a dentist my son can come to while he continues to grow. Dr. Zeff and her staff were very professional on guiding my son from the moment they took xrays to the little dental cleaning they did. Went to take my 2 year old daughter to her appointment today and the dental hygienist was visibly sick. She said she was "losing her voice" but as the appointment went on, it was clear that she was actively very sick. So you allow your employees to come to work at a children's medical office when they are clearly ill and admit it? Never coming here again, so irresponsible. read more

I never realized there was such a difference in true pediatric dentist and dentist office. The kids have been to several very good dentists over the years, but nothing compares to Zeff. The entire office is kid friendly decors, kid sized benchs, bright colors, etc. it's also set up so parents can comfortably be in the room. Our family loves Dr Zeff's office. Friendly, Professional, Caring. We have difficult children and it's not easy keeping their teeth clean. But since going to Dr Zeff they have all changed their habits. My 4 year old won't go to bed unless she brushes and flosses first. I went with my daughter and granddaughter, who is 3, to her dental appointment yesterday. I was very impressed! Both the dental hygienist and the doctor were upbeat and knew how to work with children. My granddaughter was a little scared during one part of the cleaning and the hygienist stopped and explained it to her, in kid terms. She needed to have an x-ray and that went very well too. The office is so cute and they have 2 play areas while the kids are waiting. We got right in to our appointment but my granddaughter was able to play at the end. My daughter had a great time at her first visit to Zeff Pediatric Dentistry! She was almost two and we took her in for her first checkup. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and my daughter loved playing with the toys in the waiting room and exam room.
