Mediocre at best. They use frozen pizza skins and precooked then frozen sausage.I ordered a pizza online at 4:55 for a 6:00 pick up and arrived at the restaurant at 5:54 and was chided for being 6 minutes early. When the pizza finally came out of the kitchen at 6:15 the owner tried to charge me a second time. They also tried to get the poor guy in front of me to pay for my pizza. Over the years I have loved Mountain Mikes pizza. The do after all have the best pepperoni in the business. Unfortunately that is all they have now. Since the new owners have taken over the quality of the pies has gone down considerably. It seems they use the same cheese as Little Caesar's and use less of it on their pizzas as well as very little sauce. I can say that I most likely will not return to the establishment for pizza again. I will miss the mini pepperonis that I have loved for many years. read more

The main reason for the high number of stars is the manager. He is always there and always remembers my dad and i who go there about once every two weeks. We usually get the lunch buffet with two drinks for 17 dollars total. We live in N Auburn and called for our first delivery out to the country. Our pizza and salad came in 30 min when they said 45, it was good and hot and we are great full for our first deliver after a crazy long week! I also had a beer there earlier this week while waiting for food from next door, they man at the counter couldn't have been nicer! Just looked at the hidden yelp page and every review is 4 or 5 star.. I'm trying the all new Olympus pizza and it was so yummy! It's a veggie pizza with tomatoes,olives, pepperchinies, feta and monzorella cheeses. U can get onions too but I don't like them, pizza crust was good too! read more

Great management! Raj the manager always remembers my name and asks how my family is. The pizza always announces itself with that delicious aroma every pizza lover wants before they bite into their first piece of pizza. Our first time trying this place was the delivery option. Though they charge for delivery, the online ordering and coupons made it worth the extra four bucks. The pizza's arrived on time and hot and were tasty. I was pleased. So, tonight we made our first visit to the Bell location and were pretty disappointed. If I had gone to the bathroom before ordering my food, I would not have chosen to eat there. Not only were the bathrooms really dirty and grimy and out of toilet paper, but when I then walked out to our table to take a good look around and see that most of the tables and booths were pretty dirty. The booths were falling apart, the walls and over all look of the place wasn't even the cool old hole in the wall kind of dingy. I just looked and felt shabby, and dirty. I kept telling myself that it's about the pizza, as long as they still role a good pizza... ...So then the pizza arrived just after a crazy long line of people came in. It was just a touch under cooked an doughy, and with the line as long as it was, we didn't want to wait long enough to get it cooked longer, as now we just wanted to eat and get home. We don't have any other options where we live for delivery so, and with the prices, I would probably order delivery in a pinch but they would not be on my top three in town anymore and I would not recommend to anyone who is more of a germaphobe than I am... read more

I ordered from mountain Mikes a number of times and I'm not sure why I kept going back. The food is very average and the prices are high however I needed food delivered as I M in a wheelchair. They screwed up a couple of orders not delivering chips and pickles as they advertise. The manager said on the website is wrong and he has the right to change the order. The most recent order I ordered a couple of sandwiches and I didn't check them out after the guys left I looked at it and there was hardly any toppings it was like they're just tomatoes sauce and bread! I called the owner and he said he has given me exactly what I ordered. I tried to reason with him and he said I'm sorry he made the sandwiches and my order was right. At that time I told him I'm done doing business with you and he said okay fine and hunger. The guy stole my money. I would stay away from this guy only cares about is getting your money he doesn't care about you and he certainly doesn't care about his food. Ok that's about it, don't go there! read more

What can I say about this mountain Mike's that most Auburn residents already don't know. Both of the owners husband and wife are extremely cheap and will not offer any coupons and will try to say that they are expired over the phone. The biggest problem we have is the 40% off Tuesdays that every other mountain Mike's is honoring. This place will not allow the staff to offer the 40% off Tuesdays unless the customer ask for it we are a small town and a lot of people look forward to the Tuesday family special for 40% off pizzas for that day. Now they are trying to say they only offer 30% and you have to ask for it still. The owner will get upset at you as he did today when we questioned him about the 40% off. The restaurant has recently been remodeled and is nice in appearance but the husband and wife are extremely rude and do not like to offer any discounts or the mountain Mike's promotion for Tuesday's. This is super discouraging because we love this place we order from there from time to time and it always seems to be the same story. " We don't have to offer it or any discount on Tuesdays if we don't want to" This is what he said to me today. And then hung up on me. I never leave reviews ever but everybody should know on Tuesdays you have to ask for the discount or make sure you have your coupon ready and get ready for the uncomfortable moment you hand it to them. I have a very close friend who's worked there a long time and they tell me all the time how greedy they are and rude to customers. Being a small town I would hope they would take care of their residence on or what specials they have for the day not try to charge full price on everything when we don't know about the daily specials. I was recently convalescing from surgery after I was struck by a car and one night, I wanted to order a pizza. I had the local choices of Mountain Mike's or Pizza Express since, Round Table was out of business in North Auburn. I chose Mountain Mike's because of the "working" episode which I received from the owner at, Pizza Express some years ago. Please see my review of them. The pizza from Mountain Mike's was excellent and was delivered on time and hot. They included a pizza saver in the middle of the pizza. Their ingredients were fresh and well dispersed on the pizza surface. The sauce tasted very Italian. The delivery man was courteous and sympathetic as to my injury, and gave me many extra cheese packets. I slept well that night after filling up on the pizza. I give them a FULL five stars. I recommend them first and foremost, for great pizza in the North Auburn area; in or out of the hospital. read more

I love this place. They know us and are very friendly. Bathrooms could use some redecorating help, but that's it. It appears to be clean to me. Great Pizza!!! Auburn seems to have a pizza place on every corner!! This one is the best!! I love the fresh vegetables in the salad bar so guaranteed a great salad everytime. A little more pricey than say Little Ceasars but this is real pizza and definitely cheaper than Round Table. Worth the drive from across town. read more
