Heading towards Nevada city right off East 80. I found this really local gem alongside the freeway. We took a chance as I didn't look at the reviews before landing here. We just looked around and decided "we're gonna eat here." I was really impressed with how clean the facility was and how inviting it felt. We ordered the amazing combo pizza extra large and it fed our family of six, along with an order of buffalo chicken, wings, and mozzarella sticks. This was hands down one of the worst pizzas I've had in a long time. I ordered salami, red onion, and fresh tomato. What I got looked like somebody just slapped dough together, smeared the bare minimum of sauce on it, threw on a couple scraps of onion, and called it a pizza. Most of it had no cheese, no sauce -- just dry, slightly burnt dough and crust. (See pictures) The "fresh tomatoes" were even worse. By the time I got home, they had fallen right off the pizza. Last time I checked, you're supposed to be able to pick up a slice of pizza. If they were to actually chopped the tomatoes so they'd stick to the tiny amount of cheese on the pizza, at least I could have enjoyed a little tomato with my pizza. To top it off, there were toppings I never even ordered and some things, I don't even know what they were, including black olives, which I can't stand. That just shows how little attention or care goes into making these pizzas. Honestly, it feels like whoever is running this kitchen or making the pizzas has zero pride in what they're serving. I'm obviously not the first person that is pointed out large amount of no topping on the edges of the pizza come on guys you can do better than this. read more

Tried this place for the first time. I live nearby and had some friends with a kid come visit and was told they had games so we thought it would be a good balance. Upon arrival we announced that we'd not been before and didn't know if we were supposed to order up from or from the table: we were handed menu's and told to grab a seat. The. We sat there for the longest time unsure. There were five people working and making eye contact but no one asked if we needed help so we went back to the counter to order. I had noticed they had non alcoholic beer in a display case and the kid taking out order didn't know they had it, nor did he know where a bottle opener was, so it didn't start out with a great feel. The food came out fast and was decent. One gal was very helpful once we got our food and people started coming in for dinner. The spaghetti and meatballs are terrible very little sauce the sausage sandwich was a mush. I had to wait over 2 hours to get my food because the driver dropped it off were specifically asked not to. The kid I talked to on the phone said we're about to close I don't know what what's wrong we couldn't deliver it so we sent it off with Dash. Didn't want to help I was having delivered to a hospital with specific instructions upon ordering if they couldn't conduct those they should have told me I also in the delivery notes put on there what needed to be done they didn't do it. read more

Ordered a gluten free pizza for delivery online but got a regular crust pizza. When it arrived, it looked suspiciously gluten full (gluten free crusts just don't fluff and rise the same as regular crust, sadly) so I called to make sure and sure enough it wasn't. Their response was that on their end it says something like "modifier not available" and nothing about a gluten free crust. so they went ahead and ignored the modifier note, didn't call to double check and sent a regular crust pizza to someone with a gluten allergy. And they wouldn't deliver another one because it was 20mins past their delivery window. They offered a refund. I was starving, had nothing else to eat and had been drinking so driving to get food wasn't an option. I overheard the person on the phone explain the situation to their manager and say "this happened last week." So, apparently, the owners and management have been made aware of this glitch in their online ordering system multiple times and they refuse to fix it. An issue that could possibly lead to someone having major health issues. Luckily I noticed and called. But clearly this Pizza Factory doesn't care. Maybe they're waiting until someone tries to sue them ? Shouldn't have ignored all the reviews about poor customer service. Don't make my mistake. read more

Today was my first visit to Pizza Factory and what a phenomenal experience for myself and about 42 other folks who had come in fresh from a wonderful baptism event done by our amazing Church - Christian Valley Church in Auburn. Pizza Factory added so much to our already amazing day! The manager went the extra mile to accommodate our large group by respectfully and kindly meeting our every need. Tables were added when our group got bigger, he and the staff were very polite and (numerous) pizzas were ready by the time most of us got there. Tge pizzas were hot and fresh out of the oven and displayed beautifully in these sort of stacked trays (hard to explain, but really cool). We arrived a bit ahead of schedule and they accommodated that as well AND the manager and staff were not at all frazzled by our larger then normal- and very excited group. And "oh my goodness" the pizzas were absolutely on top of it. The ingredients tasted very fresh and they perfectly cooked (no gooey crust) . Some of the best pizza I've ever had! I very highly recommend the Auburn Pizza Factory for any group - large or small - and for individuals as well! Pizza Factory - thank you so much for making baptism day extra special! You really added to an already amazing experience! The customer service is amazing and the pizza is always delicious The place is large with games for the kids!! Today we did baptisms and after we all headed to Pizza Factory for lunch. We had about 45 people! The guy who always helps us was so accommodating. We last minute changed our time from 2:00 to 1:15 and he made it happen! We just tried the Pizza Factory in Bowman for the first time. It was amazing !! I mentioned that I used to enjoy the BBQ chicken pizza from PF, and the owner made one up, for the buffet, for us. Then he told me to save room, they're making a white sauce version for us to try also. They then made a dessert pizza for us- oh my !! Super experience. We'll be back !! The pizza is always great. They have a great lunchtime m-f deal for pizza and salad. However, have ordered to go fish and chips. They have changed the coating on the fish. It's no longer beer battered, it's some kind of very dry breading. We don't live close by so I just threw it out for the second time.
