Severely over cooked pizza. Left out for more than 2 hours.

Me and my partner went to try the lunch buffet. And it was only one other person in there. And for over 2 hours the didn't add anything new to the buffet. And it was left pretty bare when we got there. All the worker did was come out to clean the area and this pic of the pizza being left out and way over cooked. And the pizza was very hard. You can see in the pic the cheese is very over cooked because it was under the heat lamp for a while.

Our group of 7 came in for a casual pizza night and walked away genuinely impressed. Not just by the food, but by the outstanding service we received from Kaur. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and completely on top of everything. She went out of her way to make sure every single item we ordered was made fresh by the kitchen. No shortcuts, just care and effort. When we weren't sure what to get, her suggestions were spot on and clearly came from someone who actually knows and loves the menu. She guided us through our choices without being pushy, and everything she recommended was a hit. What really stood out was how she checked in on us throughout the meal. Not in an intrusive way, but genuinely making sure our food was hitting the mark and that nobody needed anything. Managing a table of 7 is no small task, but Kaur handled it with total grace and a smile the entire time. She is the definition of exceptional hospitality! Incredibly polite, genuinely friendly, and so helpful from start to finish. Mountain Mike's is lucky to have someone like her representing their restaurant. Finally got to go to Mountain Mike's, Bakersfield, to see how good (or bad) it actually is and what the hype is. There are at least 4 coming to Las Vegas within the next two years. Don't get too excited. You're not missing anything Walking in, there is 0% pizza smell. The crust was crispy, cheese, sausage and mushrooms ok. My friend thought it was too thick, I've had a lot worse as far as thickness of the crust. This was the 14in at $24!!! Went on the app, got $5 off AND an AARP discount!! BUT WHERE'S THE SAUCE?!? I ordered a TGTG from this location. I drove 20 minutes from my house for a pick up between 2:30-3:30 and I got there around 3 for my pick up. I was greeted by a lady and I told her I had a to go to go bag I purchased. She told me she gave it to someone else and they didn't have anymore. Didn't offer any replacement even though I'd purchased the bag online. I was still within the time frame for pick up, yet they didn't have anything for me. I really wanted to try this place out because I heard good things and they have good deals on the to go to go app, but I don't think I will come here again. The Main Event: This time around, I went with the En Fuego Burger. This beast is loaded with a chile-spiced beef patty, pepperjack, sharp cheddar, thick-cut bacon, chipotle mayo, pepper relish, pickled jalapeños, and a mountain of fried jalapeños + onion strings. The Flavor Profile: This burger delivers on every level, but those fried onion strings were to die for. For the side, I got the sweet potato fries, which are served as big, thick-cut wedges. They come paired with a duo of spicy ketchup and a marshmallow dipping sauce. Switching between the two was amazing, the marshmallow sauce actually makes the fries feel like a dessert. The Drink: To wash it all down, I ordered the basil lemonade, and omg, I need to figure out how to recreate this at home. The restaurant itself was also surprisingly loud, making conversation difficult and adding to the overall frustration. It was hard to get our waitress's attention throughout the meal, and service felt disjointed. The most disappointing moment came when we noticed my son's chicken strips and fries sitting on the counter for 13 minutes before they were finally brought to our table. By then, it was difficult not to question whether the food was still as fresh and hot as it should have been. We came in excited to experience the new location, but between the noisy atmosphere, inattentive service, and food that didn't live up to Moo Creamery's usual standards, we left feeling disappointed. Sadly, I probably won't be returning. It's hard to justify giving it another try when there are so many other restaurants in town that consistently deliver quality food, service, and a better overall dining experience.

I recently visited Mountain Mike's Pizza, and I had a really great experience. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it a perfect place to hang out with friends and family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our order was correct and checking in to see if we needed anything. The pizza was definitely the highlight. The crust was perfectly baked--crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, and the cheese was melted just right. You can really taste the quality in every bite. They also offer a wide variety of options, so there's something for everyone. Overall, Mountain Mike's Pizza delivered great food and great service.
