Popped into this place on the way home. I was excited to try some chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuits. Their biscuits are always yummy. I was really disappointed with my meal. The chicken was very dry and overcooked. It seemed like it was refried chicken. The crunchy coating was very dark and hard. When I pulled it back to eat the meat, it was very dry and tasted old and not fresh. The chicken tasted like it was refried... It was borderline burnt. The service was OK. The place plays very loud music and the cashier could not hear what I was ordering. They have a plastic shield to separate the customer from the employee, probably left over from Covid and I don't think that was helping. The cashier seemed irritated that I was taking my time and that she could not hear me so I didn't feel welcomed. I really don't think I'm going back as much as I love these biscuits... Had two pizzas, one thin crust the other regular. Honestly, nobody could tell the difference. The sauce is on the sweeter side. Be warned if that is an issue for an adult pallet. Adding some red pepper helped mitigate this. Ok, those are the down sides and maybe are not a big deal. The pizzas are true to size and come in several sizes. The cheese is ample, you don't need to ask for extra cheese. The total package is flavorful and well executed. I know there are lots of options (strong ones) in this town about pizza. This is a pretty good one. It was liked by everyone (hard to do most of the time) in our house. Recommend the pizza and look forward to trying the chicken soon read more

I ordered pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings with a side of potatoes wedges. The pizza was cheese, the crust had the perfect crunch, and a buffalo wings were spicy very meaty. They love their city and the products they sell. If I lived on this side of town, I'd hit their place up as often as I could. At first, the menu was a bit overwhelming.. I didn't know where to look first and what to focus on. That's when the owner came over to explain what the menu and items were all about. I love that they're have an exclusive lunch menu that covers the Mediterranean side to the Italian side. I ended up picking the Gyro sandwich for only $7.99 plus tax. That gyro was the best I've had in a really long time! It had a lot of meat, and that creamy feta sauce tied all the flavors in. If you want the meal, it comes with a drink and fries for 10.99. They even had chicken, spaghetti , and pizza on that lunch menu. The service was pretty quick, too! Ok.. I also ordered chicken, tenders, biscuits, and Mash Potatoes for the rest of the family. The menu is plentiful, lots to choose from. I ordered a small personal pepperoni pizza, with a side of red beans and rice and a honey biscuit. The pizzas are made fresh upon order, so you do wait a while for your order, but fresh food tastes better, so it's worth the wait. All the food was excellent, their honey biscuits are so soft, fluffy, sweet, sticky, and buttery! The pizza was a little greasy, but it was good in flavor and texture. Cooked right. I ordered the Krunch Box Tender 4 piece chicken tenders and they're so fulfilling and my man got the chicken pieces and he says the chicken is really good; no regrets here as he dips his chicken in the buffalo sauce and trades a drumstick for one of my tenders. I got the Jambalaya as a side and it's very well seasoned. Overall cool spot to dine in and take in the city and reflect on the diversity of culture surroundings these streets. Best fried chicken we have ever had! We have not yet driven across town to get it fresh but have been using Uber eats so it doesn't arrive as hot as it should be.
