Ordered a large pepperoni and onion pizza. Went to pick up the pizza and the lady confirmed my order as just a pepperoni pizza. I corrected her and she said to give them a few min and they will get the onion on it. They decided to be lazy and just sprinkled onion on top and called it good. Never seen such incompetent and lazy employees. Never coming here again. And will advise the vast family network in Bakersfield to not come here and have them spread the word as well. The pizza was loaded perfectly; generous share of toppings, balanced amount of cheese and sauce, with a lightly crunchy & fluffy crust. It was delicious & the toppings were stuck in with the cheese so I didn't make a mess! The boneless wings had a great flavor. They were good in size for eating and dipping in ranch without needing to cut them in half. They also were not lacking sauce at all, which is a plus. Did not get to check out the restaurant itself but I am hoping to visit the next time I decide on pizza for lunch or dinner :) read more

When I arrived I got rude customer service and I feel that when I addressed an issue, they took really long on my food. It was almost an hour waiting for a mountain pizza and when I told them I wanted ranch they kept emphasizing they are going to charge me $8 for them. My first visit to Stockdale's M Mike's and the pizzas were perfect. I ordered the Chicken and White sauce and All Meat red sauce pizzas(I don't know the official names.). Lots of flavor and meat, great staff too! The only thing I wish was different was the Mountain Fries. Mine were a bit dry and barely warm but they were still good. He went back to the store, and the cashier (who says he's the owners brother) said he'll remake the order, and it'll be done in 10 to 15 minutes. Me and wife tried pizza here for the first time after hearing so many recommendations and we were really disappointed. The toppings seemed under cooked, it tasted like they didn't care about the pizza and just thru it together. Wish I would have taken a picture before throwing it out to show.how sloppy it was prepared and cut. We might try this place again maybe it was a bad night but being on a fixed income it's hard to decide to go back and spend the little money I have to be disappointed again. delicious pizza order a large pepperoni and a large Everest without salami and linguica, hot buffalo wings , garlic knots , loaded potatoes and 6 drinks all for $130 and change. the service was excellent, took longer than expected to get our food but well worth it. everything was so yummy . small place looks like about 20 people would fit comfortably the booth tables were wobbly and my 6 year old noticed that so we love tor another booth but it was the same. they have a few TVs don't know if we we're allowed to change the channel didn't ask but had a good time with family. don't know if they mite of have family deals because they didn't offer them to us so i'm assuming they don't that's why i gave them 4 stars. read more

Driving by, I noticed the sign that said 40% off all pizzas on Tuesdays. Guess what?! It was Tuesday! I went online to place my order. The website said I would be sent a confirmation email when the restaurant received my order. I waited about 10 minutes, but got no email. I went inside the store to check. They had received my order and apologized for the tech issue. I ran to Vons next door to waste time. Finished my shopping and went to pick up. It was ready to go. I got a large combo pizza, the Everest, I think for $18.18. Wow! It's normally a $28 pizza. I got a deal! Got home. Fam was jazzed I'd "cooked." Pizza was heavy, thick, lots of toppings. Mountain Mike's is one of my favorite pizza places, yes it's a franchise and it's all over the place, but I happen to like it. My favorite pizza here is the Robber's roost. It's pretty much a combination pizza, but with chicken and rather than a red sauce, it has a white sauce. I have eaten pizza here more than a dozen times; as a matter of fact, I used to literally live around the corner from here, and we recently ordered pizza for dinner but something changed. Pizza was overcooked and the crust was still edible, but was borderline close to not being edible. I'm not the type of person that doesn't eat the crust, but it was too overcooked for me. I'm the type of person who speaks highly of places once I love them and I always speak highly of Mountain Mike's, so I'm hoping that maybe this was one of those days they were just having one of those days. I told my husband that it was probably someone else order and they just gave it to us as it didn't taste as fresh from what I'm used to. We were also told our pizza was gonna be ready in 10min and that's pretty quick, so that's what gave it away also. We don't order pizza as much because we would prefer to cook home cooked meals, but when we order pizza we like to order great pizza and Mountain Mike's is one of our first choices. Mountain Mikes doesn't mess around when it comes to making pizza. I usually come for the buffett which is awesome but not as great as their fresh made to order pizzas. Every pizza I've had is beyond amazing. Definitely a staple to Bako's pizza scene. I always call their pepperonis 'grease cups' because they're so crisp and hold the perfect amount of grease in them. Pizza grease is like fuel to my body. I love this place and can't wait to fuel up soon. read more

I could hear the guys in the back with the 2 girls in the front laughing about my order, so I asked why my order was never made and while laughing the girl states the ticket was never printed and it was going to be another 10 mins to have it ready. the staff was very unprofessional, the guys in the back are cussing and playing loud inappropriate music.
