    Tri tip nacho

We've tried this restaurant 3 times. Food is terrible. We ordered the Brisket burger and the "Brisket" was ALL gristle. We showed the waitress and she was shocked supposedly. Said it definitely should not come like that. Then she walked away. We never got new brisket, an apology or even a discount since we clearly did not receive what we paid for. We also ordered the tri tip nachos. Literally all beans and no cheese. At all. Just massive globs of bland refried beans.

Nice place with relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff with nice and courteous customer interactions. Great tasting pizza, coupon given to me from Houchin blood bank for donating blood. Will be back in the future to try out some other great menu items. Even Tony himself came out said hello, very nice gentleman. Quite cool.

It's been awhile. We had OUTSTANDING service from a waitress we haven't had before. Her name was Sam. Friendly, informative, interactive. We orders 4 side salads. Excellent portions. 2 pizzas Hawaiian and Tony's combo. Pizza were very good. Didn't have to ask for drink refills our waitress Sam was on top of it. Will be looking for Sam the next time we visit.

    Raw Patty Melt

I was a regular at Tony's on 178, I live in the general area. Yesterday 02/10/2026 I stopped at their restaurant for lunch. I asked for confirmation on the roll used for their French Dip sandwich that was on the menu. The waitress confirmed it was a "regular " hoagie roll, I ordered and the sandwich was delivered with some sort of cheese infused bread. I roundly refused the order and asked for a patty melt as a replacement. The new sandwich was delivered and I thanked the waitress for exchanging. The table I sat at had low light (high top bar area). I noticed the sandwich had some red in it. I thought how odd to put tomatoes on a patty melt, but took a few bites anyway. I noticed that the bread was cold and soggy on the bottom. I lit the sandwich up with my I phone and discovered the meat was RAW. I notified the waitress and she agreed hat the meat was indeed raw. I asked for someone in management, she informed me hat no one was available, but they would "comp" my order except for my beverage ( a beer). I wrote my contact info down and requested someone in authority to contact me.... I paid for my beer and left the waitress an excellent tip... the issues were not her fault. I have waited 24 hours. No call. I was ill with "digestive issues" all night. My thought is the cook was mad because I returned the original order. I hope he didn't further taint my food. Sad situation.

Tony's Firehouse has always been great, from their quick service to amazing food quality.

    Fried chicken salad.

Tony's Firehouse Grill is a great spot. One side of the restaurant is a large pizza area with Tony's outstanding pizza, wings, and salad bar. On the other hand is Tony's firehouse Grill, which offers traditional American fare. Breakfast is served 7-noon. We were there for dinner and ordered the best tritip sandwich ever! On a grilled ciabatta roll, it was piled with delicious meat and Swiss cheese. I enjoyed a wonderful fried chicken salad loaded with deviled egg, olives, red onion, and avocado. It was delicious and enough for two meals! If you like a bar, Tony's offers a full service bar and ice cold beer. There's something for everyone here!

We only decided to…read moregive it a try while browsing Uber Eats and noticed they had a great deal going on...free zeppoles plus 20% off a $25 order. For our most recent order, we got a large combination pizza with pink sauce, a large garden salad with ranch, and an order of zeppoles with chocolate caramel dipping sauce. Let me just say, the pizza with pink sauce was amazing. It may not sound like the most enticing combo, but it was so good. The salad was pretty standard, but the zeppoles were dangerously addictive. They reminded me of beignets, and that dipping sauce was absolutely fire. I will say that sometimes the order doesn't come exactly right, although that could just as easily be an Uber Eats issue rather than the restaurant itself. Either way, the flavor and the deals have more than made up for it. We'll definitely be ordering from here again, and hopefully dining in sometime too... depending on how well the kids behave

The Good: the price is reasonable. It's on the cheaper side and not much more than fast food delivery pizza. Staff was cordial and it was ready for pick up in record time. I ordered garlic on my pizza and they had fresh garlic. That's a huge plus considering many pizza establishments put minced pickled garlic from a jar on the pizza. The Bad: The pizza tasted like fast food pizza. The dough has a certain texture and doughiness reminiscent of Pizza Hut while the cheese tasted like it came from Costco. The spaghetti was the most disappointing part of the meal. There were only three meatballs in the spaghetti with meatballs and it had a weird taste and kick to it that reminded me of jarred Mexican salsa. It wasn't arrabiata. Inexcusably, there was so little sauce in the pasta that not a single plate could cover the noodles. It may have earned a higher score if my expectations were fast food, low quality pizza

Not many places can make a sturdy thin slice, with a done undercarriage and to pack as much of flavor as possible into a slice. Definitely worth the drive from anywhere in town, to grab one, two or even three pizzas. I'll reiterate that this is top tier pizza. Quality ingredients, made right and cooked to perfection. Spoke to whoever runs their social media and social called about specialty pizzas, which they created on the spot (Seen in the pictures I posted). When ordered over the phone, they were very helpful with sizes of pizzas and sides and how many each of them serve. The restaurant itself is equipped to serve mainly takeout. They have seating outside but it's very limited. The overall atmosphere is busy and loud, with sports always playing on their tv's. The restaurant is super clean and ready for pickups. Make sure to ask for ranch, especially when you order two large orders of wedges and forget the ranch. Overall, we will be returning for pizza and trying different variations of their pizzas. It's seriously the kind of meal that is so satisfying that can send you straight into a food comma. The menu was great and to add some 'sason' they had the Benny Blanco! Yum! It had white sauce, sausage, pepperoni, and those little pops of red onion the flavor jammed packed. The other option was the Rocky Balboa, fresh, garlicky, basil goodness that makes you feel like you made a responsible yet delicious life choice. It was tasty, and giving exactly what it needed to give. To the point where my coworkers & students were eying the pizza like, "let me get a slice!" but you only have two and their is just no way you can share that! Safe to say, we're not done here. Round two is definitely happening real soon with more people, more slices, and zero regrets! P.S The service was a little slow so be sure to give yourself some extra time because it's totally worth it! As for the place it was cute loved the mural.

There were a few employees behind the counter, nobody came to the front to assist me. I have nerve damage in my lower extremities so standing for too long hurts. Not to mention, there's a sign on the counter that's says pizza that is done will be placed on the counter, and to have a seat if the pizza isn't there. So I sat. I'm sitting in the dinning area, table directly in front of the checkout counter, I'm facing the checkout counter. An employee even walked out right by me, made eye contact, checked out the salad bar and then went back to the kitchen without ever asking if I needed assistance or if anyone had helped me yet. A little time goes by, employees are walking around the kitchen where they can see me, nobody coming out to ask how they can help me or to take my order. Some other woman comes in and kitchen staff immediately come to the front counter to help her. I got up to get in line now that some customer service is being offered but a family rushed in the line ahead of me to order. So I'm just standing there, with our pizza done and ready getting cold sitting up on top of their oven, not out on the counter where the sign says pizza is placed when it's done. While I'm standing there waiting for the customer in front of me to finish ordering and paying, another employee comes out to the checkout counter, makes eye contact with me but turns his back and starts sorting ranch. He could have easily just grabbed our finished pizzas and breadsticks and brought it out to me since we had already paid online, or maybe even just asked, "how can I help you?" Any of the many times he made eye contact with me, but he didn't. I was completely ignored. It was finally my turn to get some help. I asked where the pizza is kept once it's finished, so the server pointed to the top of the oven where they pulled our pizza down from. The pizza wasn't even warm enough to feel heat coming from the boxes when they handed them to me. Why I had to wait for others to come in and kick the kitchen staff into customer- service mode is beyond me, unless their kitchen staff is all racist? What other reason could this behavior be? Staff should be rushing to the counter to help every customer the same. So tell me why I was ignored the way I was, yet the kitchen staff rushed in to provide service to other people before me as soon as they walked in? This pizza isn't good enough to be eating it cold and hard after being treated poorly by staff. Get rid of the sign instructing online orderers to have a seat and wait if you're not going to assist customers sitting in your dining room.
