I order their pizza to be delivered a lot! I really like their MVP which is Pepperoni, Sausage and Black Olives pizza. These flavors all meld together for a great taste! Their sauce is good and their crust is like a perfect roll you expect with a deli sandwich! It compliments the toppings and sauce well. Take out night, decided to order a cup and crisp pepperoni duo pie. The order process was easy on line. Their service kept me informed as to when my pizza would be ready. The food here is consistently good and much better than most of the other pizza places I have tried in Lodi. The staff is nice and I have never had any problems with my order here. Inside is clean and there are a few chairs if you need to wait, but the wait is usually only 10 min or so if I forget to order ahead. The parking is a nightmare though, I hate the tiny parking area and if you are hungry during peek times, I highly suggest opting for delivery. Their artichoke fiesta is my favorite pizza here but they do a good pepperoni and combo. My husband likes the Garlic chicken or all meat pies, but the vegetarian is done so well that it just makes sense to get that. You can definitely get a cheaper pizza nearby and sometimes due to budget, we opt for that but if we want something good we typically choose this location. We have only ever had a few issues so its definitely worth a try. read more

My favorite pizza to get here is the Artichoke Fiesta. Its always tasty and fresh and the wait isn't that long when I order inside. The staff is friendly and nice. Inside is clean and they have a couple of chairs for you to sit on and TVs for you to watch if you are waiting on your order. The parking lot is very small and terribly designed, sometimes I have to park on the street. They have a quality pizza at a quality price. read more

Pizza Guys are actually pretty good for a chain. Although you will still pay more for a pizza in town than in most other towns, they are a bit better priced. I appreciate the topping options that go beyond the standard boring and limited ones that everybody else has. And I recommend their thin crust. They do a decent sauce to cheese ratio which many get wrong. Minus one star because: a- they do not state on their web site what the actual sizes of the pizzas are, just "small, medium, etc." And b- because like many others, they have downgraded their sizes, so their medium is 12", whereas mediums have always been 14". read more

So pizza guys is a bit more affordable than other pizza places. Their pizza isn't bad either. However, the salad is horrible. You get a whole bowl of lettuce for 10.99. I really wanted a good antipasto salad- and well it is a whole bowl of lettuce with a couple of ingredients laid on top. I do love their creamy pesto chicken pasta. I actually enjoyed my purchase the last couple times however, this past weekend something was a little bit off. Our family ordered two large pizzas, one with stuffed crust, pesto, cheese, bread, and wings. I'm not sure if it was undercooked, wings or too much grease, but my husband and I were violently sick. I bought two large two topping pizzas today. The pizzas tasted great but one of the pizzas, Itialan sausage and black olives was very shot on sausage. There were only 4 pieces of sausage on a large pizza. The other pizza with white sauce, chicken and artichoke had enough toppings and tasted great. I thought for the price there should have been much more sausage for the topping. When Pizza Guys charges a heafty price for a large pizza, it should have plenty of toppings. read more

Once again I wish I could give 0 stars. They Don't know anything about their ingredients. Unwilling to check or tell us what toppings or EVEN tell me what sauces are gluten free to put on the gluten free pizza and pasta they have. Better service at Dominos, mountain mikes, papa Murphey's, smashed pie downtown or blazes if you have allergies in your family. read more

Update: I was contacted by the owner, the following day. He was incredibly courteous, and very helpful. He insisted he make everything right, so I received a replacement pizza at no cost. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate it. So very frustrated. Ordered the garlic lovers pizza, cheese bacon bread and personal pepperoni pizza. Bacon bread was good, and my son loved his pizza. My garlic lovers however literally had no sauce and no cheese. When I called I was told that I specifically requested no sauce and no cheese. This was not the case. I chose the garlic lovers pizza... which has a set ingredients list...I would not have chosen those options. The only change in the order was that I added HALF anchovies. And the pizza was covered in them. However there could have been a mistake and I can deal with that. I was met with incredibly poor customer service from two very rude gentlemen. It was a simple fix. I just wanted sauce and cheese. I was then forwarded to a manager and explained I just wanted an edible pizza. The one I received was not. It was dry and really unappetizing. I was told that there was nothing he could do (the manager) until HIS manager was in house. I explained I was just wanting a new edible pizza. Because what I paid for and received was not what I requested. So I asked if I could have any information regarding his boss, or his info, so that I could follow up. All I understood was "my name is David"... ok... what's your last name? He said he didn't feel comfortable telling me his last name. Whatever. Looks like I just lost some of my hard earned money to garbage pizza. Thanks a lot. read more

Always get a good hot pizza delivered from here. Always on time and always consistent. When I come in to pick up my pizza it's always clean looking on the inside and the staff are friendly. Sure there are several other pizzer options around town but it's the small details that keep me coming back to this place! I've only been here once since they said they are under new management, so far so good! I met the new owner Tuesday night and he seems motivated to keep this store running smoothly. My friend usually likes this place so we ordered here tonight together but I must say that I'm VERY dissapointed after purchasing a large taco pizza, medium garlic pizza and a mediterranean salad. The salad is nothing but lettuce and the taco pizza has no flavor what so ever and only looks close to a taco pizza because the lettuce (wilted) tossed on top! If I owned a business like this I would be embarrassed to have employees to deliver such a hot mess to customers. Oh by the way, some people don't have the money to order out all the time so when they do it's a real treat and a treat is what they expect. We've Been ordering here for over 8 years and there's been great staff usually but now that has gone to crap. Before all the staff knew us by name, has amazing customer service and we were never let down. The last few times they've had a bunch of youth who could care less about customer service. Food has been messed up multiple times, rude responses and now I call to order a pizza at before 10:20, for pickup remind you, and the girl tells me they aren't taking any more orders since they close at 11! Do you close at 10:20 or so you close at 11?!? That is ample time to cook a pizza. Just because it's Saturday and you want to get out and enjoy your weekend doesn't mean you close up shop on your customers before hours. Horrible customer service. After countless orders here they won't be getting our business anymore. Staff needs to be retrained, the young ladies are always super rude now. read more

I've had great experience with the older Asian man that's worked there for a long time now, always fantastic service when dealing with him. Ok. I can tell you I order pizza from this place frequently. To the point where they start with "what's your phone number..."..."is this Connie?..." It's a necessity to all nightshift nurses who are running around! Pizza Guys have always gotten my order right and delivered within the time frame they promised. I have never had a problem having them charge the order to my credit card over the phone. And I am someone who watches my transactions like a hawk online so I protect myself from fraud. The pizza is always delivered hot. It's not the best pizza I've ever had in my life, but it definitely satisfies the cravings! The "meat lovers" is probably one of their more flavorful, meaty, hearty pizza selections that I enjoy. I'm not a big fan of their classic vegetarian because I felt like the veggies made the pizza soggy in each bite. The pizza is always gone by the end of shift so I've had no objections from the rest of the staff. I will continue to be a regular! read more

Thought I'd give pizza guys a chance and see how there pizza is. Ordered a large combination pizza thin crest. When the pizza was delivered the delivery person pulled the pizza out of the insulated bag and grease was dripping from the bottom of the pizza box. Tried to pull a slice of pizza out and had to re- cut it. The crust was full of grease. Called the pizza parlor and was told that combination pies are greasy. I've never had a problem from any other pizza parlors having a soggy crust. I was offered 25% off another pie. Had already thrown the pie away because we couldn't eat it. Had macaroni & cheese instead. Think twice if you pick up a pie from pizza guy's. The delivery person was great though. read more

Just a refund offer, as if families don't spend months planning around major milestones. By that point I had already sent save-the-dates to 125 guests. Because of their late cancellation, I have now contacted 25 other venues and wineries trying to keep my original date -- and they are either fully booked or out of my price range. That is the real-world impact of canceling a confirmed event months after booking. Weeks later (February 13), they offered the weekend before at half price. While that may sound generous on the surface, the reality is the damage was already done. I lost guests when I attempted to adjust the date, and I have been left scrambling to find alternatives. Major life events like graduations aren't casual reschedules. Reliability and communication matter, and unfortunately this experience showed a serious lack of both. Book with caution.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I received a coupon in the mail for pizza guys. Normally I never would have thought about going here...... but I'm sooooooooo glad I did! Yes the pizza was good! but it was so much more than that. The customer service is amazing! The people that work there are so friendly......almost like they enjoy working! You've probably heard this a million times in these reviews but I'm serious! I was so blown away that I figured I should try them again just in case I happened to go there on a good day by luck so I have been back in there a couple of times since then and I even had them deliver recently and THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL! Wow, So today I went into Pizza guys and noticed a few changes! Clean, well organized and the employees were having fun. I noticed they were busier then normal but still getting stuff done on a timely manner, I asked the kid what was new and he said NEW OWNERSHIP!
