The food here is consistently good and much better than most of the other pizza places I have tried in Lodi. The staff is nice and I have never had any problems with my order here. Inside is clean and there are a few chairs if you need to wait, but the wait is usually only 10 min or so if I forget to order ahead. The parking is a nightmare though, I hate the tiny parking area and if you are hungry during peek times, I highly suggest opting for delivery. Their artichoke fiesta is my favorite pizza here but they do a good pepperoni and combo. My husband likes the Garlic chicken or all meat pies, but the vegetarian is done so well that it just makes sense to get that. You can definitely get a cheaper pizza nearby and sometimes due to budget, we opt for that but if we want something good we typically choose this location. My favorite pizza to get here is the Artichoke Fiesta. Its always tasty and fresh and the wait isn't that long when I order inside. The staff is friendly and nice. Inside is clean and they have a couple of chairs for you to sit on and TVs for you to watch if you are waiting on your order. I ordered my pizza at 5:15 PM tonight. It did not arrive for two hours later. The app said that that was out for delivery but we never got it. Update: I was contacted by the owner, the following day. He was incredibly courteous, and very helpful. He insisted he make everything right, so I received a replacement pizza at no cost. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate it. So very frustrated. Ordered the garlic lovers pizza, cheese bacon bread and personal pepperoni pizza. Bacon bread was good, and my son loved his pizza. My garlic lovers however literally had no sauce and no cheese. When I called I was told that I specifically requested no sauce and no cheese. This was not the case. I chose the garlic lovers pizza... which has a set ingredients list...I would not have chosen those options. The only change in the order was that I added HALF anchovies. And the pizza was covered in them. However there could have been a mistake and I can deal with that. I was met with incredibly poor customer service from two very rude gentlemen. It was a simple fix. I just wanted sauce and cheese. I was then forwarded to a manager and explained I just wanted an edible pizza. The one I received was not. It was dry and really unappetizing. I was told that there was nothing he could do (the manager) until HIS manager was in house. I explained I was just wanting a new edible pizza. Because what I paid for and received was not what I requested. So I asked if I could have any information regarding his boss, or his info, so that I could follow up. We've Been ordering here for over 8 years and there's been great staff usually but now that has gone to crap. Before all the staff knew us by name, has amazing customer service and we were never let down. The last few times they've had a bunch of youth who could care less about customer service. Food has been messed up multiple times, rude responses and now I call to order a pizza at before 10:20, for pickup remind you, and the girl tells me they aren't taking any more orders since they close at 11! Do you close at 10:20 or so you close at 11?!? That is ample time to cook a pizza. Just because it's Saturday and you want to get out and enjoy your weekend doesn't mean you close up shop on your customers before hours. Horrible customer service. After countless orders here they won't be getting our business anymore. Staff needs to be retrained, the young ladies are always super rude now. read more

It's a necessity to all nightshift nurses who are running around! Pizza Guys have always gotten my order right and delivered within the time frame they promised. I have never had a problem having them charge the order to my credit card over the phone. And I am someone who watches my transactions like a hawk online so I protect myself from fraud. The pizza is always delivered hot. It's not the best pizza I've ever had in my life, but it definitely satisfies the cravings! The "meat lovers" is probably one of their more flavorful, meaty, hearty pizza selections that I enjoy. I'm not a big fan of their classic vegetarian because I felt like the veggies made the pizza soggy in each bite. Thought I'd give pizza guys a chance and see how there pizza is. Ordered a large combination pizza thin crest. When the pizza was delivered the delivery person pulled the pizza out of the insulated bag and grease was dripping from the bottom of the pizza box. Tried to pull a slice of pizza out and had to re- cut it. The crust was full of grease. Called the pizza parlor and was told that combination pies are greasy. I've never had a problem from any other pizza parlors having a soggy crust. I was offered 25% off another pie. Had already thrown the pie away because we couldn't eat it. Had macaroni & cheese instead. Think twice if you pick up a pie from pizza guy's. The delivery person was great though. read more
