They came to my apartment tonight, I didn't even order pizza and the delivery driver intrusively MOVED MY CAMERA. after we called and complained. He claimed he was ringing the doorbell, when the camera is on the top of our door frame and looks like a camera not a doorbell. I will be calling corporate about this. We ordered pizza the other night for delivery with a coupon. 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $28 bucks. The pizza was exactly as expected and delivered hot. WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not buy from here!!! Ordered pizza for delivery. Driver calls me after driving away to let me know the pizza is on my porch. However, it was not. He delivered to the wrong address. I tell him it is not here. He literally argues with me that it was. The call lasts for 5 minutes as he tells me I am wrong and the pizza is there at my house. He returns to where he delivered and picked up the pizza and then delivered it to my house. The worst part of all of this is how belligerent he was that he delivered to my address. Arguing with a customer. Never cool. Talking over the top of me while I try to understand where he was where he delivered. Infuriating. Called for a manager, Henry, and he was not in. Left message requesting a call. No call. However I did get a call from the driver. He called me from the shop and proceeded to argue with me AGAIN and telling me that I do not deserve my money back. That I can have a 40% credit for next time. Please don't call me and pretend you are the manager. Please don't call me and tell me that I was in the wrong when you delivered to the wrong address. What did I learn today? For the rest of my life, I will never spend one more dime at any Mountain Mikes locations. Words cannot capture how upset these transactions made me. read more

Have been going to this place for a while now. I am very happy with their service as they are always professional and friendly and correctly get the orders on time, big or small. Recently I put in a large order for office Christmas party and I totally forgot to get the sauces when I ran out with the pizzas. I came back in to order them and the guy gave them to me complimentary. So nice of them! I owe them a great review for their customer service. Try them out, conveniently located near the freeway and they always have parking. They are also easy to reach for phone orders or online. They also validate coupons without issues as well. Still terrible after all these years. I ate in with kids for dinner. No one cleaned up the tables the entire time we were there. I had to clean the table we wanted myself. My sister decided to have a potluck the last minute and this was the closest best thing I can find to bring. I called in my order for pick up at about 4pm on a Sunday. I get there and just a couple people waiting on their pizza. The inside isn't very clean. The salad bar didn't look appetizing. It looked like the stuff had been sitting out for awhile. Not fresh at all. So I get my "mountain size" pepperoni pizza. I was kinda disappointed. The last time I had this pizza at another location I remember it being bigger, like the pizza being so big the crust touch the each side of the pizza box. The edges of this pizza didn't even touch the edges of the box. Did they make the actual mountain size pizza smaller or did I just get ripped off? I feel like I got a large pizza instead. Also I remember the pepperoni being crispier before. That was the best bart of the pizza. The pepperoni on this was not crispy at all. The only good thing about this visit was that she gave me an extra discount on top of the special they had for Veteran's Day so my pizza came out to only $20.... but I guess you get what you pay for. read more
