I love when a pizza comes out with the pepperoni cooked until it curls and singes at the edge, and the ads for Mountain Mike's look like that, so I have watched for them to open. The kid at the counter was new and nervous, but our pizza came out correct. The cheese was gooey, the pepperoni cupped and it was good. For anybody old enough to remember Shakey's pizza from the 70's and early 80's, this is as close as it gets. This is now my favorite go-to pizza product. Fresh, hot, and perfect. Dine-in, and thin crust, recommended. The McKinley is Awesome. And yes, you get what you pay for. read more

The lunch buffet is very good! Freshly made pizza and fresh salad with all the toppings and dressings. What is confusing for me is the 2 times I have gone there , it's me and my family and maybe 3-4 other people enjoying the buffet. Where are the people? This place should be filled to capacity and so forth. I strongly recommend this place to all those pizza lovers out there. He was pretty rude and didn't do a good job at answering our questions and sounded bothered to even answer them. He didn't ask if we wanted the receipt, just crumpled it up and threw it away. We placed an order for a takeout using the app. The "promised time" that it would ready for pickup was about 40 minutes. When I arrived, the girl at the register said it would be another 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting, another lady asked if I was picking up to which I told her yes, and I had been waiting for 15 minutes. She then goes and immediately pulls our order off their shelf, where it had obviously been sitting. It wasn't until I got home to realize they had given us the wrong wings. When I called and spoke with the manager she told me she couldn't refund me because I ordered on the app? So she ensured me that before they closed, she would send me an email that would follow up about processing a manual refund for the wings.... Never got one. We ordered two pizzas and bread. Both were correctly made and LOADED with toppings. I think one of the BEST things that they do is slice their slices smaller. It was much easier to pass out and consume for all. The crust handled all the toppings well and was well cooked and seasoned. There were two reasons I did not give a perfect review. The first is that even though the the pizza was great, and the crust well done, the cost is extreme for pizza. I understand the cost involved, with good ingredients and staff, but I am wondering if they will make it because of the price level. The second reason it is not a perfect review is a lack of curbside. It lists delivery and carry out. I requested curbside and was accommodated, but told it will NOT regularly be available. This seems off. I would be willing to pay the .99 cent delivery fee to have it brought to the car, and did tip, but curbside seems an easy fix. This is an area with many care givers. Parents with small children, and those of us with elderly parents, and some with disabilities, all have a need for curbside. If the order is prepaid and the person on time it seems a simple fix. All the employees were polite about it, and professional, it just needs to be made a standard service. I hope they make it. The puzza was great. read more

My boyfriend and I are traveling through Utah and are staying in Provo. After another long day of traveling we decided to order pizza to our hotel. When we travel we like to look for places that we don't have in the area that we live. Mountain Mike's Pizza popped up as an option and although there were little reviews we decided to give it a try! We were unable to order online as it did not recognize the hotel address. We were able to thankfully call and were happy to hear we could still request a delivery. We ordered a small cheese pizza with added sliced tomatoes, a small Pikes Peak with added green peppers and onions, and some garlic sticks with cheese with extra marinara sauce. The total was $52 (not including tip). It felt like a lot. However, we are willing to pay more for good quality food which is what we were expecting based on the pictures and reviews. We were told the estimated delivery time would be 45 - 50 minutes and it was delivered 12 minutes past. Disappointing but not a huge deal as I know the delivery time isn't always exact. We wanted to tip the delivery driver cash but did not have any smaller bills. We were hoping he had change but he didn't. We still tipped him what we had but it would have been nice if the delivery drivers carried cash for change. After the food arrived and we examined it, it looked fine. After tasting though, the quality is not what I would expect for the amount we spent. Extra disappointing. We also ordered extra marinara sauce that we had to pay for but did not receive it. I was sadly disappointed! I grew up with a Mountain Mike's Pizza in my hometown and my whole family loved it!!! Every time I went home to Paradise California it was on the list of places to eat while visiting home. It was the best pizza and I expected it to have the same quality and yumminess. No where near the same pizza!!!! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the potential. I could taste the same quality of flavors in the meats but the pizza was dry. There was hardly any sauce and almost no cheese whatsoever. That was the best part of the pizza, the dripping cheese when you pull the slice apart. Even Sam's Club and Costco can get that right. You are paying a higher price for a quality pizza not a fast food pizza and I expected the same quality as the restaurant in Paradise. Granted the town of Paradise burned 3 years ago and I had to go to the one in Chico but guess what, it tasted the same as the one in Paradise. Orem Mountain Mike's Pizza please get it right!! I have been so excited to have a taste of home. I am hoping my husband will give it one more try because I hope it was a fluke and not the norm. read more

My favorites are the Pineapple Chicken Luau and the Chicken Club. Nice clean dinning room, lots of seating and a view of a tv (mostly sports on) from any spot in the store. The churro bites were also great! They just opened so everyone is learning how to take orders and stuff, but they did exceptionally well for only opening that week. read more
