Expensive greasy pizza but good salad bar... you need alot of napkins to boot off the grease!!

I just received the worst service from justin, apparently a manager, and Marcus, their driver, I was told an hour on delivery, when 2 hours rolls around, I call calmly, to see about how much longer. The response was that they called 3 times and I gave them the incorrect gate code. My phone never rang once, and they put down the wrong gate code, I told them it twice, anyways, that's fine, whatever I guess, but then they refuse to remake the pizza that's been sitting around for at least an hour and a half now, even tho it's their fault. Blames the owner that he would be pissed if they remade the pizza for me, and then hung up when I asked for a name so I can report this to corporate. Then I call back and get told after I get a name, that if I call again, they will call the cops me. Don't give them your business. read more

Crappiest service I've ever seen! In with my daughter to pick up her order and they had given it to someone else. Two toddlers having meltdowns and no apology just a rude it will be 15 minutes. That kind of service will get you shut down. read more

The pizza is okay *if* you dine in -or- pick-up. The delivery option is ridiculous. Their website says "Please allow 45 minutes for delivery".okay... and what should I do for the following hour after that? Ordered a pizza on Tuesday at 4:15... pizza arrived at 6:00 (at least it was still Tuesday). Have NEVER received a delivery anywhere close to 45 minutes from Mt Mikes. The pizza will be warmish at best, the crust soggy & frequently the meat tastes rancid after spending an hour or more in a car... speaking of which; shouldn't there be a minimum standard for delivery vehicles? Bicycles would be more expedient. So, either dine in or pick up, delivery needs to be stricken from the menu. read more

We were at your Oroville,Ca location yesterday around 530 there were about 20 to 25 of us. We just started to walk to the back "party room" when a young man stopped my wife asked if we had reserved the room she said no she didn't think so he said he would check and if it wasn't reserved we could reserve it and it would be $65 dollars. She told him no we don't need the room we will sit out in the main area. He stated fine at that time. After our daughter got there she ordered $90 worth of food, we ordered $15 worth of drinks, my mother inlaw ordered $50 worth of food and drinks and my other two daughters ordered each $25 worth of food and drinks. The young man then told us we had to pay the $65 dollar fee no matter where we sat, the main area or the back "party room" area so my son in law gave up his credit card then informed us we had to move to the back. When we got back there the room was filthy. Crap on the floors and tables not clean. My wife went and told someone that they need to come check it out because we were not getting charged because of the filth "party room" back there. When the young man came back he barely looked around and said yeah we know don't worry. My wife said we are not getting charged for this SH$t on the floor (cake smeared into the ground) He said no need to get hostile. We have never had to give a deposit to a pizza parlor for a birthday party EVER, not even at a chucke cheese. I feel this was a ploy to take money but it backfired on your staff. This was the first time and THE LAST TIME we will cross through the doors of Oroville Mountain Mikes. Over all the place was a joke. The place was filthy. When my daughter asked for a knife to cut the cake the knife was dirty. We had to beg to be able to place the ice cream in the freezer so it wouldn't melt. They wanted to charge us 70 cents a small cup for ranch dressing. That's crazy!! So to sum it up, rude staff, dirty "party room" stupid charges and deposits. When you spend over $200 you would expect better service but they seemed to enjoy being rude. WOW really bad customer service and practices!!! Like I stated before we will never be back and will be very sure to let others know that for birthday parties they would be better off going someplace else. Social media is great for getting the word out and we will be using it. The reason for the quotes around "party room" is that it is no way a party room. It's just a dirty room in the back that your staff is to lazy to clean Oh one last thing. Not sure why someone hasn't complained before but the men's restroom is a bit strange. You stand at there taking a pee and someone opens the door you are in plain view of who ever is walking be and there is no lock on the door. With kids using that back room it is a real problem. This place is ridiculous and the staff is rude. Went in with my family for salad bar. Was bare and picked thru. Had to ask them to refill lettuce and thats after we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back area. The bread sticks that come with it were so hard you almost couldnt bite thru them. And there was 1 fork left in the silverware container..that was another 10 minute wait...place was empty, It was lunch time on a saturday, that should have been or first clue!! read more

Absolutely greatful for these people. After a horrible night because of round table pizza. My husband called mt mikes to get a pizza for our family! They made it in a very timely manner and the delivery man david was so nice and so sympathetic to our situation. Would recommend this place over any other pizza place!!!! read more

Worst Mountain Mikes EVER! I love Mountain Mikes but this location definitely screwed that up. Went in an ordered a pizza and two medium drinks. Go over to the iced tea and pour myself a cup and thought hmm this looks a little funny so thank God I smelt it before tasting it at all because it literally, and I'm not exaggerating, smelt like crap. They obviously haven't cleaned out the holding tank in a LONG time. Then while waiting for our pizza almost every worker went on break. One customer walked in and stood at the counter for ten minutes and never once did anyone help her not even the employees who were sitting in the dining room on break so she walked out. Another customer had to take his pitcher of beer back since it was flat. The pizza tasted horrible as well. I will NEVER be back to this location again. read more

Ordered online and was told to expect delivery in 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I tried to call them, but their phone was busy. Eventually gave up and went to bed. Three hours after placing the order, the delivery boy shows up. Told him we didn't want a pizza that was hours late. His only response was "we charged your credit card." Called the store again and managed to talk to the manager who agreed to reverse the charge. She said they were very busy. And she didn't have an answer for why they didn't call to let us know they couldn't fill the order. read more

You walk in to filthy tables and floors. The carpet smells really bad. My husband and I sat there waiting for our pizza and 5 different people came in from off the street to use the rest room. 2 came to change clothes. You have to walk past all the customers to go to there rest room. I'm really don't want to smell these dirty filthy people walking by. They need to make there restrooms for customers only. read more

Came in and sat at a booth after ordering hoping to watch the game. Beer was flat and not cold. Table was dirty and sticky. We lifted up the napkin holder and found two dead cockroaches. I will never ever ever eat here again! Yesterday I went in to pick up a large $36 pizza. (outrageous price) and I instantly regretted coming in. The whole front was filthy. The salad bar was tossed everywhere, the tables we covered with grim, and the employees has nasty, grimy, filthy aprons on. It looked they they never washed their aprons. I watched an employee then wipe their wet hands on their dirty apron! I instantly lost my appetite. The cashier area was dirty, never been wiped down. The only reason I even purchased the pizza was for my boyfriend who was insisting on their pizza. So I regrettably bought it. When I got home I couldn't even eat it. My boyfriend however dug in and said it tasted great! But then around 2:30 am he woke up to the worst food poisoning imaginable. Today my Mother ordered four pizzas and four sodas. The young lady that took our order was Heather Morgan. Order got messed up which is not a big deal. My mother is currently at my home due to the evacuation of the fire along with some other family members. When we received the order it was two Pizzas and four sodas. My mother called them back and spoke with a Craig Morgan. He said he was going to send two more pizzas and he informed us he was the manager. A few minutes later I'm in my kitchen and I can hear somebody yelling at my mother across my house into one of the bedrooms. This was Miss Heather Morgan. I go in the room and my mother is very upset because this young lady is yelling at herAnd telling her if she wants more pizza she's gonna have to pay for it. I take the phone from my mother and tell her that the way she is talking to my mother is not OK. I tell her that she was speaking to an elderly woman in her 70s and I can hear her screaming across my house. Miss Morgan tells me that how is she supposed to tell how old somebody is over the phone. Missing the point completely I explain to her that that is not customer service. She tells me if we want more pizza we're going to have to pay for it. She hangs up on me. I called her back and tell her it's not about the money it's the way that she's talking to my mother and what if it was her mother would she want someone talking to her like that.??This young lady Was way out of line and very disrespectful. I am highly disappointed in the service that was given to my family today. We are all in hard and troubling times but this kind of behavior is not OK. read more

Mountain Mike's is a local chain. I've only eaten here once because this is not the kind of pizza that I like. It is very generic with a thick doughy crust. There really is not any great pizza in Oroville, you would need to go to Celestino's in Chico for that. This Mountain Mike's location has a party room in the back, so if you had little kid's and wanted a birthday party this might be a good place to have it. Very disappointed... I ordered online which was convenient. Online orders are supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. Over an hour later no pizza. When I called to check the status I was put on hold. Another worker picked up the line & I had to repeat all of my order info. After she looked up my order I was told my order was overlooked in their online ordering system & if I wanted to be refunded I had to contact the website hosting company... Seriously? Then she had the nerve to tell me I could come pick up my order in 15 minutes... I paid extra for the delivery service. They offered to give me a free pizza next time I come in to make it right which I appreciate. as i approached the unmanned counter i noticed all of the empty tables sprinkled with dirty plates, used napkins and soda cups. it was late afternoon and the dinner crowd had yet to arrive. i waited several minutes before a delivery driver greeted me on his way in. a pizza box was leaning against the wall with the interior resting ever so gently on the fifthy floor. ewh! i left. because of this glorious day i have recently enjoyed celestino's, rediscovered shakey's which now has an all you can drink soda fountain:) and crispy mojos, baked a few papa murphy's, tried the manager's special at round table, found out little ceaser's has more than $5 pepperoni and tonight we're getting the $10 large pan from pizza hut. thank you mountain mike's for opening my taste buds back up. read more

I placed my order at 5:41 for cheese bread sticks, boneless bbq wings, a one trip salad, and a drink. After waiting a half hour and watching two parties that ordered after me get their orders I went up to the counter and waited for someone to come into view so I could ask the status of my order. Immediately when the lady working in back came into view she grabbed my order of bread sticks and brought them over. I asked how long the rest of my order would be and she said a few minutes. Another 13 minutes went by and still I had no pizza or wings. Again I had to get up and ask where my food was. Again as soon as they saw me they grabbed my order and brought it to my table. I made a point to ask where my boneless wings were and was told "they will be out in just a moment." Another 10 minutes go by and still no wings. When asked where they were to another worker the reply was totally different. "They have not even been put in." At least that lady was honest with me. she gave me a refund for the wings and after 53 minutes of crappy service and a night soured we left. The one honest worker can't excuse the rest of the experience and I didn't get the one thing that I wanted. The honest worker should get a raise and be looked at for promotion, there obviously needed to be either more people, more productive people, a manager on the clock, or a combo of all three. Never the less me and my wife won't be spending our money at this Mountain Mikes again. I'm going to Pizza Hut on my lunch tomorrow to get my wings. read more
