5 Stars because they have a gluten free pizza that my wife, who has celiac disease, can eat without any issues. They automatically use allergy protocols when you order gluten free crust, she has never had problems with it so that is awesome. I always get the creamy garlic sauce on mine and it is great. The snowy alps is a great pizza. The green peppers are really small chopped pieces, I wish they came larger. The rewards program is decent but their coupons don't work for us since we need to order separate pizzas. read more

Not good! I ordered before from El Cerrito location and is way better than this location! Their pizza is not fresh and it was cold when I picked it up. When I got home I Noticed they gave me the wrong order! I wrote all over my order non spicy since I am allergic! And sure enough there were Jalapeños on my pizza!!!! Ordered a Large pizza and boneless wings this past Saturday and got home took a bite out of a raw piece of chicken breast. Called the establishment and they casually only offered me a new order of wings or 25% off my next order. I felt stupid I had even tipped them for my order. I didn't know what to do this is the first time something like this has occurred to me I didn't even think to ask for my money back. The wings they replaced still felt under cooked. Two of the pizzas had missing ingredients (I paid for three additional ingredients on the large Hilo pizza, non of which were added) and the other pizza didn't have the Canadian Ham I added either. The Pinole location used to be great, but ever since the change of management (last year or so), this place has gone downhill. The last three times we ordered extra sausage on a pizza, it was more like a "less sausage" order. Once is an error, but three times isn't . Also skimpy with the other two toppings. One time we had a 20% discount coupon they only gave 5% as the cashier couldn't figure out how to do it. Our neighbor has also had a bad experience. After being repeatedly dissatisfied with Round Table, I decided to give Mountain Mike's a try. I was not disappointed! It is now my go-to for pizza in Pinole. Usually I order carry out, but this afternoon I was not in the mood to adult/interact with people, so I ordered my very particular (high maintenance) pizza to be delivered via their website. The estimate for delivery at 11:30 AM on a Sunday was 45-55 minutes. The pizza arrived right on time. Except it was the wrong size. I ordered a large, but this pizza was a medium. My delivery receipt even said Large, but the box was clearly labeled Medium. The driver kept repeating "be back ma'am. Be back." I interpreted that as he would be right back, but I was fully prepared to bring the pizza and receipt to the establishment myself if the man was not back in an hour. In about 30 minutes he was back with the large pizza that I had ordered and it was made to perfection, unlike the medium that he originally delivered. My grandma is incredibly particular about her food, and she loved both pizzas. Seriously, it was DELISH! I know this chain might not have the best reputation, but this owner definitely takes pride in his business. I was weary of Mountain Mikes, but this location is an exception to the rest. read more

Cheap ingredients. Yuck. Trying to save food costs. I will not be back so just think how much they'll save now. More important, the knives and forks were in the cup type containers base down. This means every plumber who just cleared a toilet and did not wash his hands very well now is reaching for the utensils blade and tines up.
