Three stars. That's all I can give. The place is clean enough. The pepperoni pizza is as good as it can be. The biggest problem is customer service. The attendants are not rude, but are not welcoming either. It is a plain service. It lacks a more friendly demeanor. Corporate or franchise services need to address this. I ordered a pizza, jalapeno poppers and drinks online. It said i would be notified when my order was ready. After an hour of hearing nothing from them, i decided to call. They said , yeah, your order is ready. I went up there and asked the guy working there how long it had been ready and he said it was ready about 20 minutes after i ordered it. I asked why they didn't notify me that is was ready and he said that they don't do that. He gave me some long bs excuse about it, but none of it made any sense. I used to like this place, for some reason they've gone downhill. I always order their buffalo wings... They are not "wings" so much as huge globs of undercooked fat with some dry seasoning on them and underneath all that a tiny bit of meat. If you can even find it. They are awful. Brought my family in tonight and everything was fine, AT FIRST. Their arcade room is half broken down. Change machine (to get quarters) was out of service. A game had coins jammed in it as well. We bought a "mountain" size pizza, garlic bread w/cheese, a salad bar and 3 drinks. I finished my salad, but wanted a CLEAN salad plate to grab some potato salad, jello, and/or pasta salad to feed my almost 1 year old. I was told I couldn't have a clean plate. What?! I PAID for a salad bar but can't have a clean plate that doesn't have salad dressing on it?! Our salt and pepper shakers were empty and we ran out of napkins halfway through our meal. Always great service and very prompt. When ordering online it states 50mins but it came sooner than that! I always feel bad when I don't tip very much but every once in a while I will. I don't typically write bad reviews and give places the benefit of the doubt but not this time. I had surgery, finally had an appetite, needed to feed my son and myself so we ordered a pizza. Had it delivered and it was RAW. Toppings were barely warm. More like wilted rather than cooked. The pizza itself was raw. Every piece was raw. Not just little spots here and there. I tried to pick off eat the toppings figuring bell pepper, onions, olive, pepperoni, salami would be fine. 30 mins later I was sick. If I had the energy I would have called them to complain and get a new pizza. If I was able to drive I would have gone back to the store and shown them the raw pizza they just delivered for $42 plus tip. However if you're in the pizza making business you should know how long to cook pizza. It's the same every time. Be careful when ordering from this location. Also...they didn't knock on my door. Rather, they called me on the phone and said this "Pizza delivery. Open your door now." Kind of rude in my book. Maybe a language thing but perhaps say please or thank you when demanding someone come to the door. Knock. Be polite. Be kind. And be grateful. I won't be doing business with this store ever again. It's a shame that during this pandemic, when you try to patronize your local food establishments that they reciprocate with unethical practices. I hadn't ordered from this place in about 2 years and quickly was reminded why---they insidiously cut corners. This Thursday we ordered two pizzas for our son and his friends (playing outside) and they showed us that there was literally no sauce on either pizza. Let me start off by saying I was really excited about having another pizza place near us outside of round table. At first we really like going to Mountain Mike's it was a change from what we normally have done for pizza. As time went on we realized the place became very dirty the walls where you sit have a grease and handprints and fingerprints all over the wood work in there. Starting to get pretty grossed out and then the unbelievable happened. I went to go use the restroom and the cook had flush the toilet and walked out of the restroom well I was ready to enter and when I entered into the bathroom I realized that the sink was totally dry and there was no water or soap in it from somebody washing their hands. You can argue that maybe he washed his hands when he got back in the kitchen before he started prepping peoples food but still I think you should always wash your hands anytime you leave a restroom regardless and wash them again once you get to the kitchen. That did it for me I'm sorry but up until that point I was riding on thin ice with them due to cleanliness. As far as service goes we feel we had OK service and we're never disrespected. Most of all there's workers standing around doing nothing and they could be wiping down walls and cleaning the place. There's never a lot of people in there at one time. Do not eat at this place. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with some garlic bread sticks in the afternoon. Ate a couple of slices right away. Reheated some up later in a toaster oven and within a couple minutes I noticed a plastic burning smell. What the f**k. Took out the slices of pizza and garlic bread sticks from oven and the garlic bread sticks reeked of burnt plastic. Opened some windows to air out the smell and it took about an hour to get the burnt plastic smell out of my home. I know what burnt plastic smells like.
