Just wanted to come on here and give this place a 3 star review. And for these reasons. 3 being that the quality of the ingredients were really good and the crispy crust was delicious! The negative about the 3 is that I got this through a delivery service and when it came it looked so weak on the toppings and to be honest I was very disappointed here is a picture to show you that don't do a door dash or anything from this place just go in person so you can see what you're getting. First time trying Blaze Pizza. I absolutely loved the pizza. It was a perfect choice to break my quarter fast of no pizza!!! I choose the Herbivore build your own with artichoke, roasted garlic, feta cheese, and fresh spinach. The customer service was excellent. One thing that I really can't stand as a consumer is online ordering and still waiting over ten minutes after I get to the pick up at or after the estimated time for the pick up. It's a shame I have to give this establishment a one star because the food and quality is great, the issue seems to be the staffing, more than four associates and still such a delay in service. read more

This blaze is not the same as it used to be. I used to be able to load up the toppings, but now it seems like they're limiting the quantity of each topping. I had to ask for extra cheese 2x to equal to the usual amount they put without adding extra cheese and same for all the other toppings. And to make it worst, when I asked for extra chicken or spinach, they just add 2 little pieces... It's not much of a "build your own" pizza if you're limited. To pile it up, service attitude is not pleasant from the girl that made my pizza. I used to feel more welcomed when I go in there, but definitely the opposite this time. So me and my mother come here a few times a month and, to be honest, the service can be pretty hit or miss depending on when we are here. It's never been terrible, just sometimes the wait can be long or the staff isn't really "warm". It's become a sort of running joke between us if they will ever spell my mom's name correctly , I've never seen so many different spellings of the name Janet in my whole life. Anyway, we hadn't been here in a while but we came in at around 6:30 pm on Sunday night and there felt like a noticeable difference in the greeting and engagement from the staff. More smiles, more conversation and, for the first time, they got my mom's name right! Ry and Kevin were great and the rest of the staff was attentive and quick and we barely had to wait at all. Also, I'm sure the restrooms get cleaned but this was the first time I've seen them cleaned while we were there. They also had more clean up and "table touching" in lobby while we were there too. Adding another review today 12/19/24 The customer service was very dry..no proper greeting or much personality which can go along way when it comes to sales. But mostly I had an issue with the cleanliness of the store...omg ..gross and dirty!! The glass by the food is all dusty and dirty ..the line has food particles all over the place with your typical cross contamination that they always have here. The beverage display case is FULL of dust and food particles..hasn't been cleaned for a while you can tell.. The dessert covers also are dirty looking which kept me from getting one this trip. The expedite station was a mess along with them using a cutter that just lays on the counter instead of its proper tin. They had a big jug of ranch just sitting on back counter which shouldn't even be up front area and I can only assume isn't being used and probably just getting warm The dining area has dirty tables also with food particles. Mind you there are 3 workers there and only one guest inside ..so it's not busy at all!!! Plenty of opportunities to get place cleaned up and ready for dinner crowd. Poor shift leader/management by the girl with pink hair. I've worked enough blaze pizzas to know what it expected...this one is poorly well kept . I'm sure there are many more dirty things I could have found but was tired from work all day and didn't want to inspect the whole place when I had seen enough! They also need to push back there whole food coolers because it's grosses me out seeing the back of them when I'm trying to create my pizza .. New pictures added of the filth You can tell there is no passion or care in the work that they do there which is sad! The staff here are so rude. I arrived 30 minutes before their scheduled close time (it takes max 15 minutes for the food to cook) and they were very much bothered by that. They were not busy at all it was completely empty and all the chairs were put up. The person taking our order had the worst attitude. I get it. She was probably tired and ready to go home but it's not like we walked in 5 minutes before closing and at the end of the day she chose to work in the service industry.
