It was only my wife and 2 children for lunch today at 1:00. We got the lunch buffet. Only half of one cold pizza was out and they said they would make us a fresh one. 20 mins pass and I asked where it was. The staff was so high they said they "forgot" Again, only people in there. I asked for a refund because we ran out of time and had to leave. They refused. Since they wasted my time and money I'll be sure to post this everywhere. read more

Not sure how Mountain Mikes pizza has gotten such low ratings.... Some of the best pepperoni ever. And not sure about other staff members but Aaron took our call and was amazingly positive and kind. Hands down my worst pizza experience. My friend and I were craving pizza the other day and decided we would go to a pizza buffet. Normally we would go to Round Table but we saw there was a Mountain Mike's close to our work and decided to go there. We called ahead to make sure they had the buffet available and were told yes. We enter and there's only one person eating there... during the lunch hour. First clue, we should've left tight then. We each pay $15 for the lunch buffet... walk over and there is literally nothing to choose from. One pan of old, dry bread sticks? I couldn't even choke them down they were so old. Two other pans of pizza, both looked like they had been sitting there all morning. I'm sorry but if it's "lunch time" and this is an all u can eat buffet.... Shouldn't there be something to EAT?!?! What a huge disappointment. The girl finally tells us she will throw a pepperoni in the oven for us.. well thank you so much now that our lunch is almost over. You should've made sure u had pizza in your buffet to start with. Neverrrrr again will I go here. A total waste of time and money. read more

I thought I would give them another chance. The place is extremely dirty inside with tables full of food . The prep area is very dirty. It takes a long time to get your pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and they completely forgot about the 2nd one. Then they accidentally made a 3rd extra pizza. I was hoping they would have gave it to me for a discount for waiting. Spent 35 minutes waiting for a medium cheese pizza...with a 3 and a 6 yr old. I had asked how long when I ordered and was told 20 minutes. Frustrated about the wait for the kids. But, now that pizza has arrived, it certainly isn't worth the wait. Tastes like a cheap frozen pizza! Oh no he di'nt!! I arrived, a little late, to pick up my mobile order. The young lad in the photo was at the cash register on the phone. Know how you inch closer -- making more eye contact -- to be acknowledged? No nod, no finger up -- just continued talking (and not only about pizza) with no indication that he knew I was there ... but he did. Finally hung up, told him my name and my other, and he disappeared to the back. Literally 15 seconds later he appeared with a flat disc of dough in his hands. No chance did he wash his hands ... for sure the dough was wrapped in plastic, right? Nope. He started working that dough with ungloved hands. Then -- notice the sunglasses on the back of his head -- he adjusted the glasses, adjusted his hair, and went back to manually working that dough with the same ungloved and unwashed hands. I stood there for a good five minutes trying to be stealth with my phone praying he raked his hands through his hair again with no luck. I did tell the kid standing next to me who was never acknowledged that I hope the pizza now being worked with a roller instrument isn't his. Someone finally (it was about 12 minutes from the time I walked in the door) brought me my pizza, held it until I convinced him it was mine, and I left knowing I'll never eat there again. This isn't to say the guy wasn't nice, that he didn't try, but it was clear he is not trained. And he was training a new employee. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery a large beef, onion, & olive. There's literally 15 pieces of beef on the entire large pizza! The vegi looks much better. Both pizzas needed to be warmed. When I called in the person told me the have to weigh there product and she would let the owner know. Did she offer to take my name and phone number? Not! So there scale works for vegetables but not for beef! Not ordering from here again. Sad sad pizza! read more

We stopped in here on our way back from Columbia as everyone was in the party was in the mood for pizza. We have all been to other Mountain Mike locations and have had decent experiences. The was empty when we arrived, which, I suppose, we should have taken as a warning sign. Our order took 45 minutes to be served to us. (1 extra large pizza). I have never waited longer than 20 mintes for pizza in any other Mountain Nike's location. The tables were dirty and there were (3) staff members standing behind the soda machine not doing any work. There was no silverware in the salad bar, no clean salad plates. I had to ask twice for plates, the first employee seemed almost confused that I was asking for plates. A second employee had to come out of the back to give us paper plates. (which were under the counter). The food was good and was on par with other locations, but the staff and service was very poor. We will not be returning. read more

So If I had anything good to say it was that the restraunt had cool air other than that our experience was absolutely terrible Mike's pizza use to be the very best pizza around today we seen 3 different pizza hit the table that where not the pizza for any of the right tables every pizza that hit the table was taken away witch is a absolutely no no not to mention covid is still in place those pizza including my self should have been left there and re made I also seen a pizza tbay hit my table go in a box and be put in a to go box for the next person who walked in.....
