I tried experimenting with the lunch buffet four days ago, May 18, 2026. The pizza was small-sized. The slices, maybe 8 slices to a pizza. The aalad bar - it looked awful. No one in the restaurant touched it, including me. The people who worked there were all in the back. They never came out to refresh the salad bar or the pizza. I've ordered from the Dinuba Blvd location twice and have had issues with the delivery plus the app was horrible. I called my order in and they added an apt number to my address and I don't live in an apt. Second time the order was so late. I called the store to find out where it was and was told it's on its way and not to worry. It will still be hot and fresh. The food is not the problem but the frustrations of just trying to place an order and the delivery. This location has really declined. We tried the lunch buffet and won't be back. The salad bar is just iceberg lettuce, the ranch tastes off, and the pizza options are very limited. Only four pizzas were out, and they weren't rotated or refreshed--so they went stale under the heat lamps. They did not take requests. It was our first time and won't be our last time. The place was clean they were happy to suggest menu items. We so loved their apple pie pizza. They stay open late so it's perfect with shopping till you drop and going somewhere where they are happy you are there to eat. The cook came to check and see if we enjoyed our food. I stood at the register waiting to order for a couple of minutes while the five employees were busy gossiping in a circle right behind the drapes. Didn't get my order right because she was in such a hurry to get back. Apparently some type of feud was going on as an employee got upset and began crying while sitting in a booth, while woman danced nearly naked in some "C" rated rap videos on the TV. I have no complaints regarding the quality and taste of the pizza, I have a complaint about ordering it through the app. I redeemed a large pizza with the reward of a mini Churrs and 2 liter soda, however when I picked up my pizza I was only given a pizza not the reward and was told that I only ordered the pizza. The staff were nice but not very warm. Said they offered a military discount but, apparently, not for the buffet. When we walked in we were greeted and everyone was nice. I asked what time they were open till and they told us midnight. It was around 8 when we got there and I still made sure to ask if it was fine that we dinned in. We were told that it was completely fine. My husband and I had the pineapple chicken luau, and it was so freaking good, barbecue sauce, super caramelize, crispy, fatty bacon, and it was just perfection! The last time we were here, we got the same exact thing and their quarter machine was broken and he gave us all the quarters he had, without even taking our dollar, and he made the girls cheesy bread, he definitely did not have to do that, he is absolutely the nicest guy ever!!! I placed pine chicken luan order with them. No one greeted me at the counter for 5 minutes. And when someone finally did they told me to wait an additional 7 minutes. At this point it's already been 20 minutes since I last placed an order. So now it's actually an 40 minute wait. Store was dirty and now I am regretting my choices. When I did receive the pizza, I substitute the bbq sauce to a white sauce and still got bbq sauce. And the pizza was warmed. Came here last night and ordered a mountain pizza and wings at 7:53pm online. Said it would be ready at 8:03pm. I walked over to the restaurant and said I had to wait a couple minutes for it to be ready. I didn't mind it and waited in a corner for my order to be called. Two people came in and got their order while I wait, at 8:40 I went up and asked for a wait estimated time and they went to check in the back, I seen the lady grab my pizza already boxed on top of the oven! With my order usually Brittany gives me two ranch, a couple of packs of cheese and chili. This last visit with my order I received one ranch and less packs of condiments. Harry( the manager) was very kind to me., ( I think he could tell I was flustered)When I got up to the buffet and saw that they had no bbq chicken pizza, he said that he would make it right away, and he did. Being that the floors have been recently remodeled, they were filthy and the tables were covered in sticky goop and crumbs. While trying to order the worker was very rude. We presented a coupon and very abruptly said they do not take coupons at the location. It's clear they are under new management but, def needs more improvements to be made. This truly is the BEST pizza around!!!! The quality is amazing! They are generous with their toppings and when you order extra cheese, you actually do get EXTRA CHEESE!!! It's not the cheapest, but if you order on the app, there are always deals and you can accrue rewards!
