This dentist & the office is a rip off. I had a chipped tooth that the dentist fixed, but after few months the repaired chip was gone. I went back to her and she told me she had fixed it twice, whereas she had fixed it once, but had charged my insurance twice. When I challenged her re charge she said she will refund the money. Now it is three months later & I haven't had my refund yet. They charged my insurance for the work which was never done. She kept saying if you don't buy a guard for your teeth, I won't repair them. Now tell me want kind of practice is this to force patients to buy their products?! I don't recommend this dentist or office at all. read more

Such friendly and personable staff that really made me feel like they knew what they were doing. I recently moved to the area and needed just a simple cleaning. I was very impressed until Dr. Pirouznia diagnosed me with 9 cavities. I brush and floss daily and have never had such problems with my teeth. Being a recent college grad and unable to afford this crazy treatment, I decided to go back to my permanent dentist. I had Dr. Pirouznia forward me the x-rays I took with her and sent them over to my dentist who took a look, examed my teeth and did not see a single cavity in my mouth. Just to double check, she ran it by the other dentist in the office who could not even fathom how such a mistake would be made. I was looking for a reliable provider and someone I could trust! During the pandemic I was nervous to see a dentist but since I had a sever pain, I had to seek a treatment! I must say that I was very much impressed with Dr. Geeta's office and her excellent performance! My fiancé was recommended to do a procedure and he agreed to do it if his insurance covered it. They assured him that they checked with his insurance company and it was covered. After three months, we receive a bill for around 450$ with financial charges tacked on. When we called them, they said that the insurance company did not pay for this as it wasn't part of his benefits. When he asked them why they had told us otherwise, they said the insurance company may have made an error. He spoke to the insurance company and they denied this. They didn't bother calling us and telling us this, just sent us a bill three months later and refused to accept any error on their part. They sent the same bill again saying they would resolve to collection agencies if it wasn't paid. They also sent me a bill with no prior notice for a random dollar amount. When I called and asked about this, they could not figure out what exactly the bill pertained to, so they told me they are going to remove these charges. I feel the way they handled their billing and payment was extremely poor. They shouldn't have claimed to know our benefits or assured us if they weren't sure. I believe the practice should be held responsible and hence this review. read more

Staff has changed-up a bit, which changes the experience in it's entirety. Unfortunately, visits don't seem as seamless and natural as they used to be... I feel like they are always pushing products like the mouth guard, although I have never been convinced on what about my teeth shows I could even benefit from one :( read more

This place is a hidden gem. They are very friendly and always remember you, so it feels like you're coming in to catch up with your friends. They're also very thorough with their examinations and make sure to take their time to check your teeth, so you can just feel that you're in good hands. I have not had any fillings done here, but have already been to this place three times since moving and each time they remember everything about my teeth, for example which one is sensitive and where to avoid cleaning too hard, so you know they're taking care of you. Dr. Pirouznia is gentle and kind and will give your teeth the attention that they need so that they stay healthy, and provides you the resources that you need to keep up with maintenance between visits. She and her staff both take care to see that your needs are attended to and do so with a kind-hearted and gentle touch. I have been to other dentists before who were not nearly as compassionate nor as comprehensive as Dr. Pirouznia and her staff. Like I said I only wish I could have remained a patient for longer. This is by far one of the greatest dentists I've ever had, and I've had a LOT of teeth problems. Everyone in the office is super friendly, professional, and polite! The hygenist is super friendly and helpful while cleaning your teeth, without feeling like you're being condescended. The front desk is incredibly outgoing and friendly. And Dr. Pirouznia and her assistant Ashley always make you feel comfortable while working with you. I scheduled my appointment 5 days ago on Zocdoc and then drove 2 hours round trip from San Francisco for this appointment. I was about 5 minutes late because Google maps was a little off, but when I called the office to clarify the location I was told -- "It doesn't matter, we don't take late appointments and we don't have an appointment for you in the computer". I have an email and 2 text messages that confirm this appointment. And... really Dr? I drove 2 hours and you are inconvenienced by your schedule being off 5 min?
