Due to some issues I was 10 min late to my appointment, but they insisted on fitting me in since they're often booked out a few weeks. I came in already nervous because getting a tooth pulled is stressful enough, but the whole appointment just felt off from the start. There were comments made during the appointment that did not sit right with me and honestly made me feel uncomfortable during an already stressful situation. On top of that, there were moments of physical contact that felt inappropriate to me and made me even more uncomfortable during the appointment. I understand dentists need to be close while working, but certain things just did not feel professional or necessary from my perspective. I tried not to think too much about it at first, but after leaving and replaying everything in my head, the experience really did not sit right with me. Both him and his assistant also came across as unprofessional throughout the appointment. There were moments where phones were being used while working, and they kept taking forever trying to find things which made the whole appointment drag on way longer than it should have. Everything felt disorganized, and sitting there already anxious for an extraction just made the whole experience worse. I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and honestly upset about the overall experience. Going to the dentist is already stressful enough, and patients should feel respected and safe when getting treatment done. Personally, I would not recommend him as your dentist and I definitely will not be coming back.
