Figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and go in again and schedule a new appointment. Was surprised when they said they could schedule me for Friday at 8:00am and would be done at 12:00. Was excited to get the car done for my trailer project. After leaving about 2 hours later got a text oh we can't do the job anymore we don't have the right equipment. Great why couldn't u say that when I came in or checked before I left and scheduled an appointment. Went to Orileys and got wiring and figured it out for my vehicle took about 1-1/2 to finish wanted the convince and well installed wiring but was shook then they said they can't do a simple wiring job. What else can't they do would not go back again. Trailer wiring was done alright so I won't complain there but I'd find somewhere else to go if you can't do it yourself.

I was having an issue with my 20 year…read moreold Chevy after upgrading my lights to LED and then having no brake lights on any trailer I plugged into.. turn signals work but no brake lights (which is confusing because they are the same wire) which is why i brought the truck to them.. I tried telling him the whole story and the guy (i think his name is Steve) attitude was dismissive.. he took my truck back for 5 minutes and said I blown all 3 fuses.. but yet all the lights (except brake lights work).. so not sure about that but maybe they all blew sometime after unhooking from the trailer.. I still tried to tell him that all the lights worked but the brake lights on the trailer and we had other people hook up to the same trailer and the brake lights worked for them.. I told him I think it has to do with the LED relay ... he basically told me he fixed the issue with fuses.. he then proceeded to charge me $175 for 5 minutes and some fuses (which i doubt now he even changed).. I went and found a trailer to hook up to and again all lights work except the brake lights .. I took video and called the guy back and he said "well you can bring it back in" i asked him if he was going to charge me again and he said yes because his rate is $150 for the 1st hour, doesnt matter if it was only 5 minutes.. and he fixed the issue of the fuses and claims that was the issue even though it is not resolved.. When we asked for a manger or owner to talk to he told us "hold on let me grab him" but came back with the same voice.. and when I was there in person he was the only one there.. It is a hole in wall shop that had no other customers so honestly that should have told me otherwise.. but I had hope ....

I now have 14 hard hits to my credit report. I authorized only 2. They are criminal in trade in value. They offered barely half value trade for my 8 month old 160k toy hauler. Customer Service is a joke. I purchased a new rv from them and during my walk through I noticed a part missing. Showed the technician . He made note of it. I asked if they had the part in stock and was told it would have to be ordered and sent to me. I've been sent the wrong part twice. Obviously the parts department is incompetent. I finally contacted the manufacturer and they overnighted the right part at no charge. Bish parts department prices are very high. Service technicians aren't very knowledgeable. There was an issue with the door striker plate on my new rv. The technician that tried to fix it was a joke. Again I called Brinkley and they payed to have a mobile tech come and get it fixed. In short, I'll NEVER do business with Bish again for anything .

We bought our boat brand new from Anglers Marine in Anaheim, California in 2013 and faithfully serviced it there since new. The boat has been used mostly in coastal off shore waters from Long Beach to San Clemente and occasionally in the Colorado River in Arizona and Nevada. Well maintained and serviced every 2-years from bow to stern and the trailer no matter what, we fixed it. Our recent saga begins last January 2023 when the boat ran hot in the driveway during a routine start up. I called to make an appointment for service and was told the 1st available service appointment was April; 3-months out. With no other option we waited. During the service it was determined a thermostat housing was needing to be replaced and it was on backorder. So we waited for the part to come in...waited and waited. Still on backorder and the boat in storage unusable we moved to Kuna Idaho. I brought the boat up and put it in storage here while we continued to wait for the backordered part...March 2024 started to show some decent weather so I reached out to Indian Creek Sports & Storage just about 3-miles from my house. There I met Troy who patiently listened to my sob story and with his seasoned experience and advice he convinced me to bring it in for a look as he suspected the water pump and not the thermostat housing was the problem...I asked him if I needed an appointment and he simply said..."go get your boat and bring it in"...I was shocked...so I did. The boat was there for about a week at which time the backordered thermostat housing from Mercury Marine had come in and I took it over and delivered it to them. A day or two later I got a call from Darren who introduced himself as the mechanic working on my boat and he told me the water pump was in bad shape and best to replace it with the thermostat housing and then everything will be correct with a baseline for further diagnosis if required and I agreed. A few days later Darren called me said the boat is ready and runs perfect! My boat wasn't there more than 2 weeks including the time it took to get the water pump and during that time I also met Steve, Chris and others who are all very pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable....Once I got my boat home I carefully examined the work and I can say it looks like a factory installation. Perfect. As happy as I am to have this year long odyssey finally over I'm more pleased to have a trusted team of Marine engine and propulsion technical advisors and mechanics only 3-miles from my house who do what they say and don't mind explaining things in natural language.....and that Darren is a Genius!

I brought my new boat here for a lower unit repair, and it was a nightmare. They missed a simple…read morebut critical safety step: they didn't "safety wire" the bolts. Because of this oversight, the entire lower unit almost fell off while I was out on the water with my wife and daughter. It was a terrifying experience that put my family in direct danger. When I took the boat back, instead of apologizing for the mistake, the owner was incredibly rude. He blamed my motor's custom design for the issue, even though the real problem was his shop's failure to secure it properly. He eventually fixed it, but then called me just to gripe and complain about how he "wasted his time" on a "dumb motor." A professional shop should know how to follow basic safety specs the first time. The owner's lack of accountability and his aggressive attitude are completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and the safety risk, take your boat somewhere else!

Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.

Guess what? While sitting on the Bretz lot since last October, our palace on wheels got side swiped by another trailer. What to do? To begin with this palace on wheels is marginal at best.
