Every cat I have adopted in the past came with tags for license and rabies and was treated for fleas and dewormed. When I got the cat home, she had an oozing left eye and diarrhea. I waited a couple weeks for it to go away. Then I called them and told them what was happening and that the kitten came with these conditions. They said to bring her in for a check-up and after some discussion agreed to cover the visit. When I tried to put the kitten in the cat carrier, she went feral and scratched and bit me which turned into an infection. When I got there, I asked the staff if they had given me a feral cat. They wouldn't answer. I asked the doctor if she was feral and I needed to get a different cat. The doc said that they would clip her nails and put soft sock on her claws and to give it another try before returning the kitten. They had to put the kitten under to do that. The doc told me that her litter mate had Giardia so my cat probably did too. She also said my cat had gingivitis and an eye virus. This place keeps about 15 cats in one room in a trailer. So they all probably have Giardia and eye viruses. They gave me medication for my cat and said I had to pay for it. I said the cat already had these conditions when I adopted her and they had agreed to cover the visit so I shouldn't have to pay. At this point they grabbed my cat carrier with the cat inside and ran to the back and refused to give her back unless I paid! I could hear the doctor telling them to take the cat from me. I couldn't believe this unprofessional behavior. I ended up paying. I told the doc that I was mislead about the cat and the visit which is why I was asking questions. She said something like it must be a "cultural" thing (I am not Caucasian). Not only is she rude and misleading, she also makes racist remarks. All very shocking to say the least. While I was waiting I read the pamphlet for Cat Scratch Disease (Bartonella) which has very serious consequences to adults like organ failure if scratched by a diseased cat. My cat had the symptoms so I asked them to test her for it. Not only am I infected by the scratch, I may have a serious disease! If I hadn't read the pamphlet and asked for her to be tested, they wouldn't have done it even though the doctor saw she had symptoms. They said they would let me know the results in 2 weeks. This whole experience has been very stressful and I feel bad for the cat I adopted because through no fault of hers, she may have to be returned just when she though she had a forever home They are doing a service by taking in stray cats but they are taking no responsibility for adopting out unlicensed cats with parasite and viruses. I just hope my older cat did not catch the parasite and virus. They are spreading diseases. I don't recommend adopting cats here because you could get feral cat with parasites and viruses like I did. Go to Auburn Humane Shelter. They charge $150 and their cats are licensed, have rabies shots and are dewormed and healthy.

Dr. Smith saw us and was very thorough during our visit and listened to my concerns about previous issues I had with my other cat at other vets. Her and the staff were so understanding of my concerns and reassured me. The medicine she prescribed has helped my cat immensely and he's finally acting more relaxed and is not yowling in the early morning anymore. If my other cats need to go to the vet they all will be coming here. I'm so grateful for Spring Glen. Their front desk is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. I appreciate that they respond to any emails, texts, or phone calls usually same day or within a day. All the staff seem to enjoy their jobs and care deeply for all their patients.

The staff were all SO NICE. The hospital itself was clean and organized! The vet tech (I don't know if she told us her name but she was amazing), and Dr. Murdock was straight to the point, patient, quick and both made sure we left with a clear solution (and different ones if others things would've happened). The pricing wasn't bad at all, we ended up getting 50% off our first exam too. For calming meds, probiotics/diarrhea meds + the first wellness exam ended up being a little over $100. We're glad we established care here! We will keep the review updated as we continue our services with them.

Our vet wasn't answering their phones or responding to phone calls or messages and never has responded. We were going to be without someone to take care of our dog. The kennel suggested we redo the vaccinations they didn't have a record of. I called McMonigles because they had great reviews. Bonnie at their clinic understood the problem right away, checked with the doctor to make sure what we wanted to do was safe for Pippa, got her in the next day, and worked with the kennel to make sure they got what they needed. What a relief. They were so kind and so professional. We are going to keep them as our regular vet from now on.

However, after arriving and after they had already performed other procedures, we were informed that they do not actually have an ultrasound machine and only offer X-rays. It felt very misleading because this important information was only disclosed after services had already been provided, making the client responsible for paying for the visit anyway. This wastes people's time, money, and creates unnecessary stress for pet owners in an already emotional situation. Please be honest and transparent with clients about what equipment and services your clinic actually has before scheduling appointments and charging people.

One time we were on our way and called to say we're 5 to 10 minutes late in the middle of traffic, they refused to see us and made us reschedule. They have very low tolerance waiting for people, but fine with making people wait for them. But since it's very affordable, you do get what you pay for. Today was the last straw & we had to leave after 30 minutes past our appointment because it made us very late for work. The place is also very outdated and runned down, but the doctor seems calm & doesn't rush. So not too bad if time isn't something you value.

My fur baby was so sick with kennel cough (didn't know this when I called) and no vet or animal hospital could get me in. I trekked vets from Enumclaw to Renton. Blue Pearl had a 9 hour wait and Sumner Animal Hospital had 9-11 hour wait. They not only squeezed me in but also discovered he has an ear yeast infection. Because of the nature of my job I could not take any time off this week and I didn't know what was wrong with him. The gals at the front desk worked miracles and I am forever grateful. The vet tech and vet were both great. We had to take her back about a week later (clumsy pup is good at running into things and cut her head) and they were able to get her in right away. Saw another vet and she was also great! Poor pup needs a procedure and they were able to provide a quote right away which is so helpful. The communication with this clinic has been great. I love that you can schedule online, text or call them. So convenient!
