Coming from a large family of Italians from the South, I cannot help but be awe inspired by David's stupendous work ethic. Dave is the very best man for the Job! He installed a killer new electric panel in my 1947 North Seattle home and hooked up my new swim spa. In the process everything about my electric panel and connection had to move. Dave followed the latest code from the city of Seattle and modernized my whole situation. He also uncovered some faulty wiring from the past and remedied the situation. I hired him again to wire up a carport remodel and with the new code from City of Seattle we were already ready to put in a new electric car plug. Thats not just great work but great forethought. Along the way my furnace broke down and the HVAC company blamed me. Dave checked it out and we found out they had used the 1947 thermostat wire to hook up a $20K Lennox high efficiency furnace. With his backing I was able to pin it on the furnace company for making the wrong connection in the first place and they fixed it for free. I just can't say enough good things about Dave and his work. He's a busy man but every step of the way he finished his part of the work before it blocked any of my other contractors. I would give him 10 stars if I could. We had two light switches that would randomly turn on and the next time not. I also has an outlet catch fire which caused a few other outlets not to work...it was really frustrating. Every time I called he picked right up or got right back to me. I even called him numerous times, late at night and he was still very polite and extremely helpful. He gave me lots of pointers to try and help me fix the problem. Ultimately I was not able to do myself. He set a time and came out to the house. He fix the problem in a very sort amount of time. Everything is working great! So glad I called him! Contacted Mountlake Electric to relocate an my heating thermostat. Dave quoted me a fair price and was able to come out the next day to relocate my thermostat. He was able to get the job done in 1 hour rather than the 1 hour half that was originally quoted. A few months later I installed a new thermostat but I couldn't get it to work, so I contacted Dave to help troubleshoot the issue and he was able to fix the thermostat without a problem. Dave is an angel from heaven. Thanksgiving weekend my programmable thermostat died and in the process of wiring a new one, I blew the circuit to my entire condo and freaked out a bit. I was able to get the power back on, but was then unsure how to finish wiring the new thermostat and kind of scared of it. I looked up some electricians close to my place in North Lynnwood and most ignored my emails asking for them to stop by and help me. One said he could come out on December 8 and it was $300. Then Dave called me back at 9:30p that night. He said he was in Lynnwood at the Bowling Alley and could swing by in about 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it! He came in, re-wired everything but the new thermostat wouldn't communicate with my heaters. He left around 10:30p, completely confused. Around 11p he texted me saying he thought in blowing the panel box, I may have blown the thermostat's computer. The next day I went back to Home Depot to exchange the thermostat. When I came home Dave had already called me to check how I was doing and asked if I needed him to come back. Luckily, the new thermostat worked and he didn't have to make another trip up north to my place. Oh! And for all of this, he charged me a lot less than $300. I couldn't recommend Dave enough. David came out to my house in late September to quote various electrical projects. He said he would follow up within a week yet it took me various phone calls to reach him after 3 weeks. We made an appointment for a Friday, then on that day he texted saying he didn't feel well and rescheduled for after Thanksgiving. That day came and he never showed. I don't get it.
