From the nurses to the restaurant staff, to the management and the front desk, I always felt that everyone here put the well-being of the residents first. Whether it was at an afternoon happy hour, a birthday celebration, or an everyday meal, it was clear to me that the residents here were active participants in a vibrant and supportive community. If I were to entrust the well-being of a family member to a senior living community, I would genuinely choose this one without hesitation. My experience here left a positive lasting impression on me that I will carry throughout my career, and I'm grateful to have played a small role in such an incredible community.

I was accused of calling them (my cell records tell a different tale) and attempting to 'coerce" her into signing legal documents!! Someone perjured themselves saying this when I have never even stepped foot on their property, let along called and talked to them. Way out of line for a place that I have never been to. They don't know me, what I look like or what I sound like. I don't even know what the building looks like! While they may think it is okay to interfere in peoples lives, I do not take kindly to defamation and character assassination from people whom I have never laid eyes on. I have had to retain legal counsel in order to correct their misinformation and interference in my life and my family's life. Absolutely unacceptable. Take heed and stay the heck away! This place is overpriced and sticks their noses where it does not belong.

Like come on. It's your job to inform us of her level needs to be upped. Nope to call to let us know she needs more help. When my father went to go see her they wouldn't let him see her. WTF. MIND YOU HE WAS ON THE LIST AND HAS BEEN ABLE TO SEE HER MANY TIMES BEFORE. then when we was able to go into her place cuz we moved her out. He noticed that she had half used feminine pads in the bathroom. Like does anyone check to see if she is clean. These people see her way more then we could and didn't noticed she was looking and smelling bad. And then to call us and. Inform us she needs more care. Nope. They took her money with problem. Now they want us to pay 4,100$ for a month she wasn't there. Not only that. They reported me as a financial predator cuz I put her in a new home that takes waaay better care of her now. Don't I repeat don't leave your loved ones in this place. Even the management can't even take any criticism on what needs to be done. Horrible place.

It does seem to lose staff easily but they do really have some very caring employees and my mom loved many of them. Kenmore Senior Living was bought and had new upper level management and I was not impressed. They seemed to care less about their residents, it was not always like that and it seems just recently maybe the last 6 months it changed. My mom was a resident for over two years and just recently passed away. When my sister and I went in to tell them she had passed and we needed to move her stuff out the two women in the admin office just looked at us with zero compassion and said really that was fast. No my sincerest condolence or we are sorry for your loss, it was really weird and left a very bad taste in both my sister and my mouth. I never felt more like a business than a place that cares for elderly. I have noticed a large vacancy on the third floor and no luck filling them. The care givers are very kind, a new nurse started so not sure about her and the front desk wonderful and they are the only reason I gave three stars. The admin unfriendly, uncaring and just showing up to work with any interest with the residents and their families. I will not be recommending this facility to anyone which is to bad because a year ago I would have and do not want to take anything away from the staff. This is a review all about the administration and this is only our review from our families personal experience. I feel better places our out there.

The Lease Manager, Langley, was incredibly communicative and worked at a very fast pace to help me transfer my dad from his skilled nursing facility. She came out the next day with a nurse for an assessment, and my dad moved in just a few days later. Langley was always positive and helpful, patiently answering my 100 questions at the start! The care staff were excellent, especially Erica, who always made me laugh and skillfully handled my dad's stubbornness. Erica was a tremendous help during my dad's transition to hospice care, consistently keeping me updated and helping me advocate for his needs. I also loved that the staff knew all the residents by name--you could truly see how much they cared! I would, without a doubt, do it all over again!

This Adult Family Home is actually Owned and run by a Nurse (RN), which is not always true. Many are run by Nurse Aids (CNAs). The Owner is very kind and did as much as she could to be helpful in arranging for my Dad's care and medical needs. The RN and CNA's who work here follow medical and safety regulations more closely than the nursing home staff, so it was easy to trust that they would provide good care for my Dad. They even helped my Dad discontinue medications that should have been stopped by the nursing home doctor by helping me understand how to talk with my Dad's primary care physician about his medications. I wish I had moved my Dad out of the nursing home and into this Adult Family Home sooner, because he received better care all around.

Every time I visited she was engaged in an activity (e.g., chair exercises, puzzles, craft projects) or spending time with the other residents at a meal. Almost every time I visited, Traci was there at some point. She is someone that truly cares about her team and the residents. I also appreciated her communication with me... she kept me advised about my mother's condition and provided great and candid advice. As well, the house/yard was very nice and clean.

The Director became ill, and since her departure EVERYTHING has gone to hell. Frequent turnover of resident staff, their assisted living accreditation should be revoked as they have unqualified personnel (not medical staff) assisting to cut costs. The food is sub-par, their handicap van breaks down frequently and there is little, if any response from management to complaints or blatant violations. Case in point: Since management didn't want to pay a professional painter to remodel their public spaces, staff have been asked to pick up a brush when they have time. My mom has been living in a ridiculous construction zone for over a month with paint on the floors, paint over signs and fixtures, drop clothes in the hallways etc. If you don't like your parents, send them here! We are finding another place for mom ASAP.

Not only do they help with pain short term, in my case they diagnosed what was causing my chronic back pain and have taught me the tools to manage myself. At the age of 27 I used to be in pain every day, it was terrible, and now at 37 I hadn't seen them in 3 years and am feeling great. Recently saw Ed for some knee pain and haven't been bothered by it since going in 6 weeks ago. Awesome, as always!
