I'm posting this review as a favor for a friend of mine who happened upon Moura Bistro recently. She is having issues logging into Yelp herself. The following are her comments about Moura Bistro: "The first time, for lunch with a friend, was such a good experience that I returned soon thereafter for dinner with my husband. The food was incredible. Nabil, the host/owner, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. He seated us immediately and described our menu choices. Moura provides both vegetarian options (all organic), as well as menu items available for the carnivorous crowd. I highly recommend the organic vegetarian dishes. Also, their Lebonese wine is wonderful." read more

The most overpriced food in town. $7 for a small bowl of chicken soup is laughable. Our chicken was undercooked as well. The pita bread comes in plastic wrap from a store. read more

My hopes were high but the service here was unacceptable. After waiting 10 minutes to be seated, when the restaurant only had 1 party already there, we had to wait 30 minutes to place our drink order. Then after finally receiving our food order, it was cold. :( read more

I have to say we were both extremely disappointed in our lunch experience today at Moura. We had been very excited to try this place! We were given lunch menus which are apparently different than the dinner menus. My friend ordered a chicken schwarma plate with potatoes and vegetables. They told her no vegetables, they are only for dinner. (But they are listed on the lunch menu!) So, she ordered it with potatoes and a salad. I ordered falafel mezze to share and a chicken schwarma sandwich. Falafel arrived and were good. The server brings our meals and asks if my friend would like pita bread and she said yes. (It never came. More on that in a second.) my friends order was wrong as no salad appeared and they replaced it with rice. So, she got potatoes and rice. Both of us felt the chicken was extremely dry. I ate about 1/3 of my sandwich and she ate mostly rice and potatoes. We both agreed we would probably not return. THEN, I look up to see the server who was serving food and cleaning up tables walk over towards the counter and with unwashed hands and no gloves begin to cut and sort the pita wedges with his bare, dirty hands. I pointed it out to my friend who exclaimed she was so happy they never brought the pita. She also wouldn't take home leftovers because of watching that. If they could do that and handle food with dirty hands in front of the customers, I can't imagine what else is going on. Very disappointed!!! read more

Two great meals at Moura's , and we'll be going back! Baba Ghannouj was excellent, as was the Chicken and Lamb Kabobs. Properly cooked with a very flavorful marinade. Family run, using owner's mother's recipes. Don't fail to get the Baklava for dessert . The best we have ever had. read more

The food is pretty good but I would not call it amazing. There was some lack in flavor in the chicken and beef plates, but the lamb was very good. I do believe the food is way over priced and would probably go back if it wasn't for the price of the food and how little you get. The plates are authentic however easy to make so the owner could afford to lower the prices. read more

This was the best meal we've had in Naples thus far. We're Armenian, and so know from Middle Eastern food, and their food was scrumptious and authentic. We had the stuffed grape leaves, lentil soup, fatoush salad, and shish kebab, and everything was cooked to perfection. We have been to Moura Bistro many times, and every time we go it is better than the last. It is the most authentic Lebanese food in Southwest Florida. The vegetarian platter is my favorite. The tabouli and falafel are incredible. The baklava is the perfect ending to a delicious meal. The owner Nabil is incredibly hospitable and makes you feel like you are family. read more

The atmosphere seemed odd. You walk in place your order at the counter and then find seats. We ordered a falafel and hummus for an appetizer. The falafel was so dry that when you cracked it open it fell apart. The hummus was delicious. The only comment on that is the pita was served cold. It would have been nice to have warm pita. Lunch was a beef and chicken shawarma sandwich. The chicken shawarma was delicious. The flavor of the beef was delicious but was ruined by the over powering parsley and pickled condiments. read more

Being of Lebanese descent I am often skeptical of eating Lebanese food out. Moura Bistro is reminiscent of my grandmother's cooking. Everything is fresh and homemade. It is as good as it gets. The service is second to none and you feel like you are at home. The owner makes it a point to go around to every table because he genuinely cares about your dining experience. The wait staff are very attentive and personable. Moura Bistro is the real deal. There is no other Lebanese place to eat worth your time. Enjoy! read more

We live nearby and have been waiting for months for this place to open! We both love Mediterranean food and Southwest Florida is severely lacking in this cuisine. We finally made it to Moura and will definitely not be back. The service was fast and the servers friendly, however the portions and quality of food were not worth the price. The platter I ordered came without grape leaves, and when I asked the waitress why she said they were out and did not offer any substitutions or a discount. They were actually out of a lot of items on the menu and charged extra for every little thing (pita was extra to go with hummus?!). Our meals were luke warm, the pita was store bought and bland, and, again, it was way over priced. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area I'd rather spend the money at. read more

I have only had one meal here when it first opened but it was kind of disappointing. First, it was expensive for the amount of food you actually get. The wrap had very little chicken in it. My guest said his wrap had very little meat in his as well. We got hummus as well which was not very good and came with half a piece of Syrian bread cut into 2 peices inside a zip lock sandwich bag. I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time was disorganized but they just opened so I was going to give them a second try. Saying the second time was worse is an understatement. Friday we arrived at 11:15 for lunch and half the menu was unavailable. They discontinued the lunch specials so now lunch is around $15 a person (Chicken Kabob Pita and a side of baba ganoush). The lady taking the food orders has no clue what she is doing. In the middle of placing my order she stops and walks away to look for a coffee pot then comes back and was clueless of what I just ordered before she rudely walked away. The wait stalf off to the side was cutting Pita bread without wearing gloves then the girl stops to clean down a table and then returned to cutting the pita's without washing her hands (GROSS) The waiter brought some of the food and dropped it off at the table and walked away. We had to chase him down to get silverware. When the main food came out it was incorrect. The waiter than started to auction it off to others, he finally brought to the kitchen then the female waitress came over and asked what we ordered. I can see the kitchen staff disassembling the platter and making a pita sandwich out of it. Bottom line my experiences were horrendous and will not be returning! read more

I am kicking myself for not having gone to this place sooner ...I live right up the street and decided to give this place a try for lunch with my husband and OMG ! what a wonderful little treat that was, I can't wait to go back we had the dipping sample which was delicious a wonderful starter the gentleman was kind enough to suggest a lovely wine to go with my meal we were served not just drinking water but infused water with mint and lemon which was an absolute delight and then our shish kebab main course came out , mine was lamb - it was so yummy, Dare I say I wish that it was a little bigger size not necessarily because the size that they served wasn't enough as much as it was that I wanted it to be more and I didn't want the experience to stop it was delicious! we ended it off with the most fabulous baklava I have ever had ! Sometimes while eating a meal , you take a moment to savor each bite well honestly I probly had several moments it was that good. read more

We had baba ganoush as an appetizer, followed by falafel sandwiches. Both were excellent. The best that I have had in USA.

When we got there it was very busy on Sunday for lunch time, we had to find our own table because their was no one out front to seat us. Food was very delicious !! But I did notice that they have a few issues to work out. For example they only had one server for the whole restaurant including outside ! He was very good but obviously I could see he was struggling running around everywhere and forgetting to bring us our drinks and silver wear and extra plates. Also the owner was a bit rude to him and some other employees. I didn't like to see that I feel they all need a bit of better training ! I will be back in a few months and hopefully everything will be better other than that food was very good ! read more

Delicious food, comfortable atmosphere! While visiting Naples, my wife and I enjoyed the food here so much we ate here two out of the three days of our trip. The owner found out and visited with us during our second meal, introducing us to the other family members who work there. He was very kind. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious! Here is a brief rundown of what we tried: Appetizers: Hummus- well done; nicely-flavored. The owner of this family operation proudly explained that they actually peel the chickpeas, making the hummus extra-smooth Baba ganoush- the best I ever had. Great texture and a smoky flavor I never tasted at other restaurants Main courses: Chicken kabab (shish taok): nicely seasoned; not overly seasoned; good portion Steak kebab: see chicken comments Ground beef kabab: more seasoned than the others; also delicious Sides: Rice: nicely cooked; nicely seasoned Potatoes: cooked nicely; was too spicy for my wife, but I enjoyed them Vegetables: nicely done; the 2 times we ate, they had the same vegetables, but prepared them slightly differently. Both ways were excellent Garlic sauce: outrageously delicious! This was an amazing complement to anything you put it on. Stopped in on a Saturday around lunch time. I had the Beef Shawarma with vegetables and it was absolutely delicious. The beef was flavorful and moist. I'm glad we stopped in here instead of elsewhere... I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. read more

Outstanding in all respects. High quality food ingredients and preparation. My wife and I have eaten here for our 6th time and each meal has been outstanding. We love the fact that they only use grass fed beef, organic and all natural ingredients. The appetizers and entrees are delicious and all reasonably priced. Don't leave without trying the baklava! It was explained that there is no sugar added only sweetened with organic honey and topped with pistachio nuts. We love it here!! read more

ALLERGY FRIENDLY! Vegan and Gluten free options. In fact everything is gluten free except meat and cheese pies and pita of course. This means Gluten free Falafel and tabouli!!!! With soy, wheat and dairy allergies it is nice to find a place I can eat such a variety of items. I would love to give 5 stars but I can't based on price alone. Way over priced for portions however very delicious. We will go back but unfortunately not as frequently as we would like given the prices. If the ingredients were organic then the prices would be justified. I love that they are not too heavy on garlic or parsley, instead they use just the right amount of seasoning in every bite! read more
