They have a little side patio area, but a lot of the outdoor tables are randomly placed up against the building and in the walkway to accommodate additional guests. It's kind of weird when people that live in the building walk by as the walkways aren't very wide. The inside area of the restaurant is not very large. Our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. Even if she did spill a bit of coffee on me which she was apologetic for. My husband got the crab cake Benedict and I got the strawberry stuffed French toast. Absolutely loved everything! My husband's only note was that he did not like the corn inside crab cake. The cheesy hash browns were definitely a hit for us! The stuffed French toast was divine - basically desert! I like that the dish also came with eggs and bacon! The iced coffee was pretty good as well. Overall, this was a great experience with the exception of the weird outside seating arrangement. 8/10 recommend!

Google knew it though and the diner showed up when I asked for 'restaurants near me'. This diner is right off Tamiami Trail, a place where many good restaurants are located. Since we got there early, dining was set up for outside, but the great spring weather makes eating outdoors a fun experience. After entering the restaurant, we ordered our food and sat down. There wasn't a long wait for lunch, we got fed quickly and everything was good. The menu is the same as the restaurant at Founders Square, with salads, bowls, a good variety of handhelds, kids options and lots of sides. They even have rotisserie chicken, prime rib and miso salmon, for when you want a little extra. The Parque Del Lago taco salad and California panini looked interesting, but hubs went with the grilled Mahi sandwich and I decided on the classic burger. We both got an order of those addictive sweet potato fries! Service is friendly, the restaurant is clean and welcoming and we'll definitely be back for another lunch in the future.
