They chop and fry the tripe until crispy and add seasoning to give it that extra oomph. Each order of tacos comes with the fixings, like lime, radish, onions, cilantro, and salsas. There's a long table at the stand with a few seats so I recommend eating these right away, fresh off the grill. For $3-4 tacos, you can't beat this quality and freshness!

Layers were sticking together at some places and aloo was not spreaded evenly. Owner is friendly person and like to mingle with customer and chat with them. Its run by owner and his wife. Also I heard from a friend that they pack the food very nicely if you are taking to-go.
