I was surprised how big their menu is, and that it spans from Cantonese dim sum to Sichuan spicy dishes. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. The dim sum is your typical standard fare. They make a good pan fried noodle dish and congee. Of the dim sum items, I think I liked the har gow the best. The rest of the items I think they could use some better seasoning. Service wise they do need a few more carts going when it gets busy. The last time we went, my mom just up and walked over to the cart that was on the other side of the room to get some items. Or just switch to the "pencil and order on demand" method. Saves some of the service hassle. There are some nice banquet sized tables towards the back of the dining room, with lazy susans and such. If you're not looking to go east side for dim sum, this is a suitable place.

It felt very traditional, especially with the lazy Susan's and being able to eat family style Chinese dinner. Every dish we ordered was large and perfect for a large family. Very flavourful, too! This Saturday morning, we went for dim sum with a few friends. I loved that they had carts going around. We arrived right at opening with many other guests, but were promptly serviced. We're all from more Asian areas so it's so nostalgic to sit and speak Cantonese. I was impressed with all of the food. They don't have as many options as other restaurants, but they do have all the basics (har gow, siu mai, cheung fun) that you need. And they were incredibly tasty!! The egg tarts especially were so perfect and flaky. I'm excited for them to become more popular.

East Harbor - Seafood Over Crispy Noodles: Not enough shrimp or scallops and the noodles were not crispy. Only dish that I wouldn't order again.

The place was full of hungry locals and tourists but was uncustomarily quiet and calm. From the hostess that seated us, to the waitress and servers, all staff and management were extremely polite, positive and helpful. We were starving. So we ordered 3 entrees and side of Dry-fried String beans. The Green Beans were cooked perfectly and the serving size was generous! One of our new favorites is the Mongolian Chicken. Is not a spicy Chinese food dish but the moist chicken and seasonings produced a yummy & comfort food level dish! As usual, the lightly battered & deveined Butterfly prepared Salt & Pepper Shrimp was mouthwatering, with every bite. As the last entree to be served. The ten Chicken & Vegetable Dumplings were fresh and flavorful. Needless to say, with only 2 patrons eating lunch with 3 heaping entrees plus Dry-fried String beans and white rice - we took home 2 more meals worth of Chinese food leftovers. Definitely dine in at this Old Town location or order To Go!

Every dish we ordered was off-the-charts delicious. We had: * Garlic dry green beans * Szechuan Dan Dan noodles * Beef dry pot * Pork soup dumplings I wouldn't change a single thing--everything was perfectly seasoned, full of flavor, and served fresh and hot. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, great for a relaxed night out. The fried rice's flavor was pretty muted..I prefer a little saltiness in my fried rice and it honestly had barely any salt? It tasted like plain rice with a little soy sauce and maybe oil flavor? Just not very aromantic in general.. I disliked the Mandarin Crispy Chicken the most as I had an issue with the breading. It was very thick and each bite felt more breading than chicken..The flavor of the sauce was good but with how thick the breading was, the inside of the chicken had no flavor at all once I bit in.. Perhaps we ordered the wrong items, but I don't think I'll be back to try any others at least for now. It was a Friday night so it was busy but I'll say service was good and we had a minimal wait time!
