Well they did it again but upped the game, can you say impressed I can... Second move into a new home in 1 year, we had been looking our forever home since moving into our rental. We really didn't even think of who to call for our move. We were quoted about the same price per hour even after we explained that we had quite a bit more stuff this time. Still the same per hour, our hours were raised and we really questioned if they could possibly get it done in that time. They came close, we had a slight addition in time because our gym equipment wouldn't fit through the door of the room we wanted it in. I believe in most cases the story would end right here but it did not. After continuing the move the they decided they could do it if we were willing, we were. Through the window it goes and it did with 3 guys and my boyfriend helping just a tad. Yes, 3 guys got this huge stuff thru a window with struggle, muscle and determination. I can say is IMPRESSED, maybe we got lucky with the crew we had but I highly recommend this company for your move. Quotes pretty accurate, fast efficient and they are BEARS dressed as men. I have a hard time giving 5 stars to anyone but this crew earned this company 5 stars in my book. We did tip above and beyond because they more then worked and earned it in my opinion. read more

We are moving to NC. Move4less offered to come out and do an in house estimate. That went well and we decided to use them for our move. It was easy to have items added or removed from the quote and the price changed accordingly. The moving team was scheduled today at between 7 and 9am, they showed up promptly at 7am. Ezequiel and his crew did a great job. They even re-wrapped some things we didn't do a good job on. Ezequiel explained about insurance options and delivery procedures. It all went very smoothly. What a great experience. I was so nervous with all the competition and their reviews. These guys are top notch and amazing. I was a hot mess move and they just rolled with every punch. I had 2 stops on my move and never had been to my storage unit prior and they were so patient, kind and understanding. I'd never seen such quick and efficient movements from people. I had a great experience with this company. Answered the phone with my initial call. Set up the time, they confirmed before arriving. Movers packed electronics such as TV very carefully. Took apart bedroom furniture and put back together. They did everything you would expect from a moving company. Overall very professional, I would definitely use them again. read more

It took me a minute to write a review and upon reading the others man oh man. I'm now upset with myself for even allowing company to move me for one and to not do research before booking. Another Lesson learned. This company is horrible and I mean that. Let's not talk about how they use the time to look around, see how they're going to move around etc. I moved most of my things except for the heavier items. I left about 30 items for them to move. My bed was the only thing I didn't take down. Fine. When I tell you these guys took their sweet little time. The little items I put in my car and some I came back to get after they left. Once they were done at the final stop. The guys were throwing stuff around well my bed I was downstairs and all you here was boom pow boom. I'm like wth. My son comes down like oh they putting your bed up. They did however they were just passing time because it doesn't take 30 mins to put a bed up and you only put 2 screws back in and I mean two and drilled them in any kind of way. Had I not looked I would've been on the floor by now. The legs were leaning. I had to remove my mattress and have my son to straighten them up and tighten. That's when I noticed the 2 screws. They literally bs around killing time to get the full amount. If you think you're gonna use them for half the time oh they're gonna make sure to get it all. I told the reps that I only needed helped with 2 bedroom sets which one was already down. They literally only had one bed to take down and a refrigerator again and a few other items that took 6 hours. Me and my kids were looking at each other wondering what they're doing and why are they taking so long. We were already done putting the little stuff in the car. I was hoping 3 hours top being it wasn't much left for them to wrap and move. No the full 6 hours almost $900 I was sooooo pissed. I said this wasn't 6 hours he said well we automatically start the time from the warehouse. I said what? The guy was all chatty and I'm like inside get the hell out. You guys stopped by talking and asking about a previous move where something was put. They stall time. The warehouse starting time wasn't told to me and I didn't recall seeing it when I signed online. They played and worked me. Never and I mean never again will I ever. Why complain to them when I knew they wouldn't do shhhh. Now I see why we should always do our best to read reviews first before hiring ppl to love our items and invade our privacy. They were too rough with my furniture and slow and they will drag it so you pay the max. If I had them to move everything aww man I would've been so screwed. Run. Pass them up. Go get some guys from Home Depot. You will most likely get a better outcome and come out cheaper. I used this company for a recent move from LA to LV. They were amazing!!! Coordinating everything in advance was so easy. Making changes to my inventory was a breeze. I even asked if they could make 2 stops, one at storage and one at my new apartment and they were totally accommodating. The actual movers - Audrius and Cesar - were AMAZING!!! They got to my house in LA a little early and got right to work. I went around the house showing them everything that needed to come with me, they tagged it all, put it on an inventory list, and loaded everything in about 3 hours. The condo I moved from had a ton of stairs and they were very efficient in everything they did. I didn't once worry about my stuff getting damaged while they carried things down stairs and strapped them in the truck. They were at my new place the following morning at 8am just as planned. Again were able to get everything off the truck and upstairs in 90 minutes. They were so kind and helpful. Had great attitudes and we were really accommodating when i had questions or requests as they were working. I would recommend anyone moving from CA to LV think about using them. It made a stressful move, way less stressful knowing I had a great team helping me :) read more

move from Sky Condominiums to New Condominiums. I wish i could say i had a good experience but it was far from that. First the move i was told would be at 11-1pm so i reserved the elevators at this time. Next i got 8 text alerts saying it would be at 2-5pm so i called to verify and they said thats the time they had available now. So i rushed and called to change the time with my security offices. Then at 8am day of the move i got a new text alert saying its now back to 11-1. So i had to wake up run down to the security office and tell them this now there were 2 other people moving at this time from sky. The movers showed up at 1pm and i was told later got into an argument with our janitors. My girl friend was a little disappointed in their speed of the move in addition (it didnt really bother me) but then things went south the main reason i called for movers was to move my bed, tv and curtains, being that i only had 4 boxes of stuff in my house and an entertainment center and clothes plus some of my supplements i sell. The movers ended up breaking the elevator which i wasnt sure it was their fault until the head of security sent me the pictures and it blatantly shows them forcing the elevator doors open. I even bought them a foot long sandwhich from subway and cookies (which they requested after i offered turkey bacon avocado no mayo, mustard, all the vegis, salt pepper etc.) i didnt know id be paying for them to eat at $90 an hour and stand around (i figured as they drove one guy would eat or something) anyway i was quoted $270 for 1 room move and ended up paying $360 (which i was told was a discounted rate) and the main things (bed curtains and tv) were still left up. Now im sending you this email first to have a chance to rectify this situation and do whats right Ps this was the original note i gave their customer service person an opportunity to fix this situation yet they didnt. This is after the foreman on the job said he would help make it right by grabbing a uhaul With me the next day and (id pay of course) and just finishing the move (which is all i wanted after being charged $360 for 1 room. Which he didnt either. (His name is joseph he said hed text and never did) after i also gave him a bunch of shoes for his son and a preworkout for his employee (who later i found out was the one who did break the elevator. Well, they moved for less. Very good price from LA to Vegas. Took pretty good care of all the furniture and there was no damage, so what more can you ask for. One of the two guys they sent was less experienced and had a harder time with some of the heavier pieces, and they could've sent them with more specialized equipment to deal with it, as I've seen movers in the past use, so I am docking one star, but overall a positive experience. read more

We stressed the location when talking to Korrie and her manager, Maggie. They repeatedly assured us that it was no problem. We gave a deposit and scheduled the move for a Tuesday (Monday being a holiday). On the Friday night before the move at around 7p,m., Korrie called to say they didn't realize the distance, and we had to pay an additional $1000. I move. I like moving. I move often. I guess you could say I'm a mover. I look at moving as a house cleaning. House gets too dirty after 12 months, move. No better way to clean your house than by moving out of it. That being said, I am always looking for good movers. Well, not just good, the best. And I may have found them. Our family of 5 just moved from a 3,400 sq ft home to a 3,800 sq ft home. And after exhausting research (ok, not really that exhausting thanks to Yelp) I found Move 4 Less. Now, I was not excited about rolling into my new neighborhood with 2 trucks that had huge MOVE 4 LESS writing on the sides. I did not want my new neighbors thinking I was cheap! But after meeting with the rep and liking what he had to say, I cancelled my MOVE 4 MORE (not really their name) reservation and went with Move 4 Less. I was a bit nervous, but I had a good feeling. And the price was right. Moving day arrived and 4 guys showed up, on time, with 2 trucks. These 4 guys did not mess around. They got right to it. Not only did they work as though they were trying to save me money on hours, they were truly caring individuals. They cared about my stuff. And they cared that I was happy. And it showed. I think they took one 5 minute water break during the entire move. From start to finish, they beat the estimate by an hour. And none of my items were damaged or hurt in the process. Moving is like a wedding day. It is always stressful, and the possibility that something can go wrong is always around the corner, or staring you right in the face. Can a bed frame get scratched? Yep. Can a wall get dinged? Yep. Are those types of things always avoidable? Nope. If you have the best mover in the world (let's call him Mr Mover), even he could hit a wall with a corner of your bed, right? Well these guys didn't. And if they did, that would suck, but they are moving a lot of stuff. A lot. And nobody is perfect. Prepare yourself for the stress of a move and you will be just fine. Don't be a Movezilla (get it? instead of Bridezilla, I changed to Movezilla). Someone should pay me for this stuff. I 100% endorse these guys. I am sure they have a lot of guys working for the company and I can only vouch for the 4 that moved me, but if the others are 75% of these guys, you are in good hands. Professional. Friendly. And STRONG!!!... We are antique collectors and were a little worried about which company to use... After so many reviews on other companies, I came across this one... still a little worried, but time was running out... So gave them a call and talked to Paul(ex: 303)... very easy to talk to. We scheduled for Wednesday 27th... between 6am-7am for a few hours... Well... they arrived at 7:05am on account that I forgot to give them the gate code... AND...I had my phone on silent, so I didn't hear when they called... M4L sent out Jay, Tommy, and Eric. I watched them get out of the truck... you know... first judgements... I thought to myself, " There is NO WAY these guys are going to move the heavy things I have upstairs!" Boy, was I wrong... Don't judge the book, my friends... The guys introduced themselves. I gave them a quick walk thru of what was to be moved... and they got right to it... Finally!!! Somebody that uses more tape than I do... LOL.. They wrapped each piece in a moving blanket... Plenty of tape... and loaded it. From very heavy furniture to very heavy potted Plants, they tackled it with little to no problem... Last... Eddie the Elk... I just knew there would be problems with moving a lifesize bronze elk... from backyard to truck thru the narrow path, between house and brick wall. Again, I was wrong. LOL. We unloaded almost everything in the storage unit... and the last few pieces were delivered to my home... Now, here's a little example of how careful these guys are... They moved a very delicate 125+ year old French Cabinet to our home. Each piece covered and handled very carefully. I downloaded Yelp just so I can leave a review of these guys. They are the worst movers I've ever used. I would have been better off just going down tonHome Depot and grabbing a couple of random guys to help. Here is my explanation: 1. When I requested a quote I told the guy who sold me the move that I had a safe. He asked how much it weighs and I told him between 350lbs and 450lbs. He said ok, because he didn't want to send 3 guys if he didn't have to. 2. On moving day, two guys show up, and were complaining about having to be there in the morning before going in. Once they came in, they were complaining even more. The first thing I showed them was my safe (if they couldn't do it I would have rescheduled with more guys or a different company that could do it). The looked at it, checked the weight, and went to work. About an hour in to the move one of them comes to me and says that he can't move the safe because it is a liability thing. Ok, I was upset, so I called Move4Less and spoke to who I believe was a manager with the last name Reed (sorry don't remember the first name). Mr. Reed basically told me tough bananas, he didn't have any other guys to send, deal with it. 3. The truck then breaks down (not their fault, but it added to the experience), and our stuff didn't show up for almost 3 hours. 4. They show up and are then a little nicer, but are in a rush because the truck breakdown put them behind. 5. We stuff in boxes and furniture to go, they took some, left others. It was really a horrible experience. What got me was that my parents have used them, as well as a friend, and they had fairly good experiences. We are 4 days post move and still moving out of our old place. ****. UPDATE***** I was contacted by Elena K. From MOVE4LESS and we discussed our move and what went wrong. Elena was never helpful, and stated that she would get to the bottom of what went wrong. While she could not undo what had been done, she did refund a portion of our moving costs. I would like to thank Elena for working so hard to help rectify the experience that we had. I feel much better knowing that there are some quality control checks in place. I've never used movers before but after 2 moves within a 2 year period time I was just not keen on the idea of asking friends for help and dealing with renting a truck, loading and unloading along with all the other stresses of moving. I found Move for less on yelp and with a solid 4 stars I decided to book with them. I spoke with Eric on my first chat and Megan on my second, both of them we very helpful and knowledgeable. On moving day Kjeld and Ryan showed up on time and were just as friendly and competent as their counterparts in the office. They assessed what was going to be loaded and I noticed them taking a lot of care of wrapping my furniture, following special instructions for some of my fragile items and lastly being extremely careful when carrying large items down the stairs as to not damage or ding my walls. I will never move myself again and will definitely use this company again. Honestly these guys work hard and don't stop. I'd used moved for less a few times before, maybe 3 times over the course of four or five years and had decent service before, but I was really disappointed with the service this time. They guys, we hired two and a truck, for four hours, we're friendly but that's kinda where everything stopped. They showed up 15 minutes later than when they were supposed to (I'll explain how this comes into play later on). At first things went smooth, they were loading everything up carefully, but towards the end of getting the house packed, I started noticing small things, such as screws on the ground. I'd pick a few up, and notice a few more, turns out these were the screws to my bed that held it together, I let one of the guys know, which he then discovered he had a hole in his pocket where he was putting them (I was able to find most of them, but still am missing 3 screws that hold my bed together) I then noticed after moving into the new house, they used a metal dolly which is fine, but not fine against a metal file cabinet that was really abraded and scratched up pretty bad due to the metal on metal, I wasn't really happy about seeing that, why not just put a blanket in between? They then got unloaded really quick, from the old house to the new house, which is literally, 1.5 miles away, about 5-7 minutes by truck including one stop light. I booked them for 4 hours, and after they packed up the old house, unloaded the truck into the new house, we were only at 3:15 (three hours and 15 minutes). I told the guy I had a few extra items I wanted to get from the old house that I left behind intentionally because I wanted to make sure what we really needed was dropped off on the first run, and he said they don't have time to get it, because they had to take the drive time, and "double" it according to their policy before they could take the truck out, and that the doubling the drive time exceeded the time I had booked. I still don't fully understand the doubling of the travel policy, I get it, they're in a truck so extra weight on a larger vehicle takes longer to get there, but we literally only were going 1.5 miles away, I feel this is only a policy put in place to "eat" up time. We had 45 minutes, excluding the 15 minutes they showed up late so I technically had an 60 minutes of time, which still, even if they did their "doubling" of drive time policy, I still was within the window of what I paid for. After we started unpacking, I started to notice more problems, there were 4 screws missing that hold the top "base" to the TV stand for a TV to rest on. There was a baby's crib that was never put together. There were still 3 screws missing from my bed. All in all, the move went decent at best, I had a good experience with them before, but after this go around, I likely won't go with them again or recommend them due to this "doubling" of drive time policy that I actually never even exceeded, even after I tipped each of the guys an extra $20? I was really surprised that this move went as bad as it did, so you might get ok service, you might not, it's a gamble at your own risk if you go with them. read more

If I could give this company a 0 I would. They say they are the proud official movers of the golden knights. The golden knights should be ashamed having this company represent them. Let's start with my move that happened 11/21. The movers were new. They told me they were new. Only 2 months on the job. I have an 1100 square foot home and it took them 8 hours to load, not pack. Just load! By no means would I be considered a hoarder. I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house. Normal house belongings. The gentleman got to my house at 1:00. We didn't leave the house to get to my new residence until 7. At no time did I get a call from the manager asking how the move was going. He did ask if I wanted to pay for a 3rd person, increasing my hourly rate by $40. I said yes if we could Get this ball rolling faster. However that was ruled out shortly there after. Once we got to the final destination original quote of $500 was blown out of the water and they wanted to charge be $1200. They were with me for 8 hours. 8x$125 is $1000! This didn't even get my items to storage dropped off. I spoke with Walter who then told me that because of the length of time it took to get me moved that they wouldn't charge me to bring my stuff back in the am to offload at the storage. I was happy with that considering the time it had already taken and the $ I had spent. Fast forward to the 22nd. I meet the movers at the storage unit and I'm told they are going to charge me an additional $500! Really?!?! I lost my mind. When I spoke to Walter he said that he informed me they wouldn't charge me for the travel charges from the warehouse to my storage unit. Wait, what! That's not the conversation we had last night! To say i was upset was under statement. Walter then proceeded to say look here "lady"! Lady, really? Every other time that I spoke to him it was ma'am. He was being rude and condescending! If I were a man would I have been treated so casually? I feel that I was taken advantage of, bamboozeled! They reference back to your contract, it's just a quote it may take longer. But, how does a 4 hour quote turn into 8, actually 11 once they offloaded at the storage unit?!? Someone doesn't know their job and I paid for it!! read more

I used them for a move from my apartment to thier storage facility in Vegas. They were on time and very professional. They packaged all my items very carefully and everything seemed very protected by the way they were wrapping and moving. My one bedroom apartment only took a little more than a couple hours to move (there is a 4-hour minimum you have to pay). The price was higher than some of the other quotes I got - but I felt it was worth it for the care they took in moving and packaging. My stuff is safe in Vegas storage and I will be calling them for the next move from storage. read more

Do NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS MOVING company!!! My 4-year old son's bed collapsed in the middle of the night when he was sleeping. After I got my son calmed down after he was completely freaked out I lifted up the rest of the mattress and noticed that there was a huge pile of screws on the floor that never even got screwed into his bed frame. This moving company Left almost a dozen screws that were not screwed into his bed!!! Just completely left on the floor. There were also numerous screws sticking out the bottom with the sharp edges exposed in my 4 year olds room!!! There were also screws placed that were not in their original holes, nor screwed in all the way & crooked. This is a liability & extremely dangerous. And I found 2 screws left behind in my old apartment as well that they left. Again do NOT book through this awful company!!!! My son & my younger daughter could have gotten extremely hurt because of this. That is NOT OKAY!!! The pictures speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor & book with anyone else other than this awful company!!! My sons $2,000 bed frame is completely destroyed. I can't believe this company has people working for them like this. And worst of all the man who put the bed together was the supervisor!!! People that don't completely put beds back together. How disgusting, and how much they don't care about someone getting hurt. From the beginning we were not given the procedures that were to take place with our move across country. We were under the impression that the truck that was loaded up with our belongings was the one that would be taking our belongings across country. That was not the case! Our stuff was then transported to a storage facility where it was kept for a month. Upon arrival we noticed a piece of furniture with a huge gouge out of it. Since we were doing renovations, we did not move all our big items into the home until completion. Once we finished, we noticed all the bedroom furniture was damaged on the tops of each piece. Upon speaking with move for less I was informed that I would receive 250.00 for all damages. [One of our pieces had some prior damage to the bottom only. Now every piece is damaged]. They take no responsibility for their carelessness in the move process. Since I challenged them about the damages, she said the records showed damage on "the desk" so she was removing the $250. Offer for damages.My furniture was beautiful before they got ahold of it. One piece had damage to the bottom, that is all. Now its all ruined. This company is a complete joke! Don't let the name fool you. I got a quote for at $347.00. And got a call from maghan next day said price changed due to weekend etc.. She said going to send out someone to inventory my stuff? I thought nothing of it. I live in a 3 bd 3ba home kids in college so really a 1 bedroom. I boxed all stuff streachwrap the two beds make long story short $700.00 WHAT!! BS Did the jod by uhaul and 2 guy's to (movers)Out front $200.00 for movers plus $50.00 for truck. Beats the shit out of $700.00 right!! Dont get taken by these shysters. read more

They have ripped off my grandmother and i am fuming!! From day one she was telling them the dates of her move when she needed items picked up and out and when she was going to need them delivered and unpacked. They put her in the incorrect type of "truck" so that they could double her charges when they delivered the items. When they came to deliver the items the locked the truck and would not unpack the truck until she paid them double the amount. Do not use them if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy business. Update: it gets worse everyone. The driver after moving everything in became extremely rude and would not leave the residence because he did not want us to keep the unapproved changed contract. (They add changes to the contract after my grandmother had signed it without her agreement to those terms.) We ended up having to involve the authorities to get him to leave. read more

Pains me to write this. I have used move 4 less 3 times and would always recommend them. But after my last experience I Would not use them ever again. Spent $1200 plus a $300 cash tip. The movers refused to bring my boxes upstairs in the new house. Simply told me they wouldn't do it. They left all my boxes in the front room of the entrance to the house and my garage. I had boxes stacked 3-4 high. Took my 2-3 weeks of killing myself everyday to get it all put away. They broke my sons toy chest and my bottom tempered glass piece to my TV stand. I had to ask them about it to even get the mover to admit it. I called them the next day. Took a week or so to talk to the person in charge. They offered to send more guys but at that point I was almost done and really didn't want to work with anyone else. The best part is the movers blamed the sales guy saying he misquoted me and that he was wrong. To which the my sales person wasn't to happy about. Then come to find out after going through all my stuff finally that my PS4 and VR set up was stolen out of a box. Go some where else. There was zero compensation for the lost and stolen as well as there employees lying about not bringing the boxes up stairs. They essential just lied and didn't want to do it. Hope this helps some one choose a different moving company. Got property damage, theft, and lied too. Not exactly the best experience for moving. read more

We had a great experience with Move 4 Less! We called them to reserve two movers and a large truck less than 48-hours in advance on a weekend. At the last minute (8-hours before our move) we messaged them and requested two more movers (4-total). They came through immediately and were right on time! The movers were quick, well organized, didn't complain, didn't break anything, and carefully wrapped all of our expensive items. The only reason I am giving them 4-stars is because only two of the four movers were wearing masks. I have an elderly father and we are in a pandemic. All movers should be very careful and wearing masks at all times. Other then that - great service! read more

These guys were amazing. I recently downsized from a 3 story townhouse to a condo and my estimated time was around 3 hours with 3 guys. The movers were incredibly cautious when moving the furniture, they wrapped every item so there would be no damage, and when they notice my dresser was scratched (which I was aware of), they told me before attempting to wrap and move it. It took about 2 1/2 hours to navigate the furniture down the switch back stairs (remember: 3 story townhouse.) When we arrived to my new place I was upstairs in my condo for about 20 minutes and hadn't seen the movers, so I called them and turns out someone was parked in the loading doc and my guys couldn't unload.... I had to go downstairs and talk with a couple people to get the movers going. They actually had to unload in the parking lot and go up the loading doc, through the building, and of course the service elevator was not working, they had to come up the elevator with much smaller loads and wait to use the elevator if the elevator was already in use. The move took much longer than expected although it was out of our control. The guys were awesome with every obstacle, including finding ways to pivot my furniture through a narrow hallway. I've already recommended Move 4 Less to my boyfriends parents who are moving in 2 weeks. read more

This company was great, I've used them in the past. Each time; they are courteous, on time and friendly movers and staff. Paul in reservations was amazing and follow ups. The movers were great, so polite and got done as quick as they could, loved having Odwaldo Rios and Paul as a team for the movers; great guys and so helpful.
